Spa opens at 12pm and closed at 1am. Not the best time for early sleepers and early risers, but loved the spa! End up traveling more than using the spa.

The facility and rooms were fine for the price although the single rooms areas ac was entirely too cold. I had a big issue with the booking. I was staying there to hold until I found a apartment so I had to book 7 days in case so I wouldn't be homeless. I found a apartment after 3 full days and as per my program director needed to move out immediately to gain residency for my Arc. I asked the hotel about my remaining days and they refused to do anything customer service and use to return even some of my money now lost to the extra days. I asked for a staff manager and was refused several times.i contacted expedia and after 3 days was told management never bothered responding and that they could not do anything. By finding the apartment early the remaining g money was supposed to be used to help me survive the next 45 days here until my first day. Instead I was meet with colda cold shoulder and a. Absence of any empathy. If I hadn't found a apartment I would have just booked out the month and would have saved enough to atleast eat because the month booking at the hotel was cheaper then 3 months rent down payment. Now I had to pay that and without the 2 or 3 extra thousand refund I was needing if I moved I have no way of even getting food to survive the rest of the month let alone the week. This place screwed me over badly and they don't even care. I would not recommend this place.

The room initially given to me the door lock has a problem, I have to ask the guy to give me a new room, otherwise he may not change, I think he may be new here. Then the water pipe may be broken few room next to the initial room, if I get that room I still need to change. Thank God the lock is broken

Won't stay again but not all bad.

Will not stay again. If I need accommodation in Kaohsiung I will stay at the other Single Inn location.

Pros : The breakfast was nice, staff was super friendly, great location (walking distance to Kaohsiung main station). Sauna but I didn't use it

Cons: Dirty, very loud guests, hole in the door anyone can look through and doesn't block out sound. Bathrooms weren't very clean

Overall, if you just need a bed then sure, you can book here. But you probably wont get the best sleep once the other guest start coming back

價格便宜，但附設的設備很有問題。

價格，CP值雖然很好，也有附設三溫暖的設備。
但是既然有附送這樣的設備可以使用，旅館更應該對這些設備多花點心思。

這段期間的居住經驗，冷熱池是沒有意見。烤箱的部分晚上可以正常使用，但早上八九點也完全沒溫度或是沒開？因為也沒有註明開放的時間，不知道什麼時間可以正常使用。

蒸氣室根本無法使用，不知道是已經壞了還是什麼問題？因為蒸氣室已經長久無法使用了！

如果說是針對防疫問題的話，是不是也可以貼個通告或是check in提醒？但是烤箱，冷熱池都可以正常開放使用，那蒸氣室的問題是出在哪裡？

雖然說住宿的價格很便宜，還附設這些設備還有什麼不滿意？但旅館原本就是想要做住宿便宜+三溫暖設備使用，但設備有問題或是沒有開放，也沒任何告知的動作，這會讓消費者感受不佳。

Perfect stay for a single person

The spa was awesome. Though there were just two tubs and a sauna but they were all pretty clean and relaxing. It would be really difficult to find such a spa facility with this low cost. And the room for single is perfect for solo travelers. Really quiet and cozy.

The bad is the wifi very weak cant connect and the breakfast was insufficient... Suppose to 10am and by 9.15am the soup was finish and some days the bread was finish too... If we can toast our self instead pre pack will be a better choice

This is the worst hostel I have stayed in.I am very thankful that I only stayed for 1 night.

Staff was neither friendly nor unfriendly. One was nice and friendly while another was not (asking him for the wifi was as if I was asking him for money).

The bathroom was situated together with the hot tubs (1 sauna, 1 steam room, 3 hot tubs, and 2 cold tubs) is unique. But the cleanliness is a huge put off. There was mildew, mould and slime everywhere including the floors, walls and even the shower heads. The steam room smelt like piss and the hot tub fittings are old, word, and mouldy. And generally the whole bath/hot tub area smelt.

Note that the pictures of the bathroom and hot tubs are not what is shown in the pictures.

The dressing room was in a mess and very dirty too. With lockers(?) that are unlockable. No towel is provided as well. A small fee has to be paid for the towel.

The bed provided was sufficient, but the frame was squeaky and any slight movements will create a lot of noise. The door to the dorm slams very hard as well so I didn’t get a good night sleep.

You will find something nicer for the same money

They take you to another building whixh is actually a basement. You end up in a 32 bed dorm with no windows (fortunately that night there were only 12 people with me). They charge for almost everything such as towel, lockers are very small they look more like safe boxes to put your camera passport amd small belongings. Early check in? Forget about it. You will have to pay a lot for that (I think it was 199 dollars to check in at 10am. It was hilarious and outrageous at the same time). There's a sauna and some backtubs but I felt disgusted to go inside after seeing some naked guys. Showers suck IMO. No curtains around the beds and the bunks are kind of noisy
Positive. There's free breakfast (toasts with butter and jam and lettuce)
Location is really good just 5 minutes from the bus and train station. They have a storage room which is safer if you plan to leave your belongings after checking out

First of all, hotels.com lead me another Single Inn, because of the address on the website. When I got there, they told me the booking was make at the other Single inn, which is not far from Kaohsiung Railway Station. I’m kind of like it, looking new, designed. Specially like the bar, the time when i was there wasn’t busy, so I could chilled alone at the bar during the night. Simple food and drinks menu. You get one half pint beer when you book for, I’m not sure how does it work, per booking per beer or per night per beer, but it’s a bonus for guest. Not far from the main station. Easy access, will be back next time just because of the smiling people there.

Location abit far from Kaoshiung station, prefer to stay at Kaoshiung station branch which is located nearest to Kaoshiung station. Book single room for 3 night, but been request to move to Kaoshiung station branch on last night due to renovation. Overall Facility OK but the room not fully cover which can hear people walking and talking. Door lock also not that advance. If you need quiet room can stay at Kaoshiung station branch which room with window but no TV.

Single Inn Kaohsiung is a typical hostel with the bonus of being newly remodeled and clean. However, the indispensable advantage of staying here is unlimited free access to the hot springs and sauna. Very nice stay!

Some privacy close to the train station

I stayed here for two nights. This place is close to the train station and the room and bathroom was very clean. Wifi was working fast. Despite being private rooms you can hear all your neighbors (if they are noisy) and you also do not have full control about the light, as I could see the floor lighting through the open space close to the ceiling. And you have to be aware that the shower area is japanese bath style, meaning open space, some pools and everybody runs around naked (gender separated of course). This is very nice as long as you don't mind the loss of intimacy that comes with it. The included breakfast was for me a bit disapponting as the portions given were very small for a long day of tourism.

Ruined by irresponsible patrons.

Already the soundproofing is bad, which is the reason why the hotel reiterates that noise should be kept to a minimum. But it's really infuriating that some people just can't follow basic courtesy - that person stays opposite my room, munches on snacks in the middle of the night, doing loud speaker phone calls and practically slaps his feet on the floor every time he walks.

Someone was even smoking in the cubicle.

This has no link to my overall great and accessible stay at the place, but yeah, be prepared to meet \"uncivilized\" people if you choose this place.

The shower and hot spring sauna area is big.

Room was true to picture, small and cosy. The onsen was great. Facilities and amenities were adequate and of quality. Staff provided good service as well, particularly Vivienne, whose service is exceptional and bubbly personality brings a smile to the guests. Will definitely recommend this place for solo travelers!

You have better choices

Yes, indeed you can't beat the price for a single room like this. But, I'd suggest one stay away from this place as there's a huge ventilation gap above the doors of every room! Constantly, I found myself annoyed by the noises from the hallway or the next rooms. I went to sleep with my headphones on listening to music. But I was woken up by the noises at 7am ish. It was just horrible. The room was very clean, staff was friendly, and the facility was almost top notch for this price. The sauna/spa/bathing area was amazing and soothed a tipsy traveler( yes, me. Ha) perfectly. Will I come back though? No, I'd pay more to get a quiet hotel room.

Single Inn's best feature was the Japanese style bath. It was huge and had hot pools, cold pools, sit-down shower areas, a sauna, steamroom, and a massage tub. The staff at the hotel were really helpful and were always there to give me some recommendations of things to do in the city. Although I liked the style of the small, capsule like rooms, the patrons were not good at following the 'quiet after 10pm rule', something I think the hotel should monitor a bit more closely.

Worth every penny

Service staff was very warm and friendly. The rooms looked every bit as clean and classy as the pictures online were. The beds were rather comfortable. The common area is also well tidied and very clean. Plus there's free flow of coffee/tea till 5pm everyday.

Lack of soundproofing can be easily remedied by getting your soft ear plugs from the concierge (on the house)

But don't expect the shared showers/sauna to be anything like its rooms. Nowhere as luxurious and even feels grimy.

Then again, I don't expect to spend that much time in the baths.

Overall, a VERY wonderful experience in part because of the low prices online.

Petite room for single travelers, with lack of proper sound-proofing, you can hear everything crystal clear that is happening along the corridor. Nice bathroom, communal bathtub with Jacuzzi and a sauna room (similar concept as Japanese bath house). Comes with very basic breakfast (bacon & cheese sandwich and lettuces). Walking distance from Kaohsiung train station.

It's cheap but the \"room\" is so small and actually not 100% isolated. There is a big hole on the wall near the ceiling. You may expect to hear some very annoying noise from your neigbors in midnight. Don't go this hotel if you need some quality of sleeping.

The room itself is clean but the bathroom condition is not so well.

Comfortable Room New Experience Hostel Style Stay

Single Inn is more geared toward hostel style accommodation. You get your own room but with gaps above the door so be weary of the snoring going on next door. Otherwise its a rather comfortable room if comparing it to hostel. In the room, you have clean linen and comfy bed with a side table and TV. All rooms are separated in two sections (Male & Female), and joined by the common lounge/dining area also acting as reception. Staff are friendly, the common lounge/dining area are also very welcoming. Breakfast of toast and salad is provided daily. Adjacent to the common area is a resting area and bathrooms. Another set of bathrooms are within the sleeping area. I think this placed used to be a sauna/bath therefore the old facility remains and an additional sauna/bath area is for use. However this is where I fault this place. The bathing area is really really old, run down and dirty. I found moulds in the bathing pools, and all shower area have soap scums or moulds. This part is rather unsettling especially when comparing to the rest of the place which is pretty neat and clean. Oh, and you can't not use the sauna/bath area as this is where you take your daily showers.

Slightly difficult to find although it's near the train station. They forgot about my booking due to staff error. The girl apologized many times though I had to wait 2 hours to get to another complimentary hotel. The complimentary hotel was pretty comfortable, however I missed out the chance to try single inn sauna and cubicle concept stay. Would like to try it again when I'm back, however they don't allow of sharing rooms. Good for solo trips probably.

Because I have a family, I generally stay at a different type of hotel, but circumstances allowed me to spend a night as a single traveler at the Single Inn and it was a surprisingly good experience. The value you receive for the price you pay is outstanding. The room is clean (though small), the staff nice and the spa a bonus. If you are a single traveler passing through Kaohsiung and want an inexpensive, but clean, safe and fairly well located option, then the Single Inn is a good choice.

It's close to Kaohsiung station, but not too close.It takes around 5-10 mins walk to get there. The neighbourhood is okay, but it's pretty quiet at night, so be careful during night time. The room is new and nice, but the spa/bathroom is quite old.

Single inn (SI) should be ideal for the single traveller though the rooms were not sound-proofed and footstep sounds from the other guests along the corridor could be heard throughout the night that could be disturbing to a light-sleeper (like me). The room was basically clean and comfortable. The bathing (male) facilities were in a separate section of the place and well-ventilated with several soaking pools of varying temperatures to relax in and enjoy. The security of the place was quite satisfactory and generally the environment was quiet and relaxed. Location-wise: Close to the Kaohsiung railway and mrt stations (5-10min walk southeast to SI) with convenient access to most attractions around the city.

Service is very good, and everything is very new and clean. Rooms are very small but very comfortable. All of them are somewhat open, meaning that there are doors but the top is open, so you can hear people talking, snoring, typing on their keyboard, etc. on neighboring rooms. They provide you with headphones to watch TV so I used them with my ipod to sleep. Men's bathroom smelled weird, but the bath-sauna area was very clean. Good for a couple of days break but I'd not stay longer. All rooms are single and separated by gender so it's best for solo travellers or friends who don't share rooms either way.

Clean, neat room with nice common showers

No complaints about the room, very clean, neat, and professionally run. The shower room was a delight, a few cold and hot pools to take a dip in after a long day out was wonderful. Soap, facial wash and shaving cream were also available.

Only downside of the room is if there are people that snores, as the rooms are definitely not sound proof. The 3M ear plugs (free from the reception) helped me eliminate the noise and i had a good sleep.

駅からも近く、朝ごはん付き、サウナと大浴場があるのは、とても良かったです。
サウナで旅の疲れが癒されました。
カウンター・客室は地下にあり階段でしたが、スタッフの方にお願いすると、大きい荷物は上げ下ろしを手伝ってくれました。
日本語が話せるスタッフもいて助かりました。
個室タイプに泊まりましたが、一人旅で寝るだけなら充分でした。
高雄空港利用の一人旅の時は、ぜひまた利用したいです。

男生宿舍的床是鐵架的，所以上下不太方便，上鋪充電的插座位置蠻不方便，建議自行準備延長線，值得嘉許是男生的泡澡區重新裝潢乾淨許多，不方便的是沐浴提籃只能找小角落放，建議新增放籃子的地方，下次旅行會考慮再次入住。

人住男性单人房,門閂失靈,沒有每天清潔房間,公用廁所沒有廁紙,男性沒有沖涼間,必須前往sauna 間洗澡但2一12a.m. ,sauna 設施停用即早上不能洗澡,大堂公用空間可高聲談話,但我被告之必須用耳機以免聲浪太大,3p.m 才可checkin, 10a.m checkout. Otherwise penalty follow.

個室を利用。美麗島駅から夜遅く徒歩で向かいました。近くにスーパーや24時間開いているなんでも屋もあり、無事に辿りつけるか心配でしたが、GoogleMapを利用し無事クリア。チェックイン(TVを見る人はイヤフォンを貰う)のあと、宿泊エリアに行く前に靴スリッパと履き替えて部屋を利用。
共有スペースに強力なドライヤーがあ
朝食はビュッへスタイルで、受付のスタッフに部屋番号を告げるとプレート一式を渡され、使用済みのプレートは使用済みの専用棚に置くシステムで、粥、トースト、ジャム、紅茶、コーヒー、野菜、フルーツ等々、簡単な物が並び、足りているかスタッフがこまめにチェックしてくれていた。
バスタオルとフェイスタオルは部屋に備えてあり、🚻の使用済の紙は便器に流さずゴミ箱に入れるスタイルでした。
館内共有部分にはしっかり温風が出るヘアドライヤーも置いてあり、スタッフも親切、快適だった。

地理上有優勢，到小港機場約30分鐘。
位於一個小巷內，不太顯眼，找了一段時間。
男女房分開的，女賓所有房型的浴室都在同一個地方，而且設施有點舊。房間與走廊的上方是沒有隔板，房門也是有孔的，如有蚊子會飛進來。房間隔音很差，晚上非常嘈吵，連隔壁的鼻鼾聲、其他住客的走路聲也是聽得一清二楚。

單人房間並非完全隔開

單人房間並非真的與走廊隔開。實際上是門上方完全打通到走廊，拉門的下方也有很莫名其妙的大開孔，業者提供的照片無法事先得知是這樣的狀況，也沒有說明。這樣根本不能算是單人房間。提供的免費耳塞品質也很差，沒辦法阻擋隔壁房客的聲音（打鼾聲）。這樣的房間品質與一間房多人共用的格局，根本一樣，卻收費比較高，實在不合理。
此外，在地下一樓比較潮濕也是個問題。

อาจมีบริการบกพร่องบ้าง เข่น เรียกเก็บเงินซ้ำซ้อน แต่ก็เข้าใจได้เพราะช่วงหลังโควิด แต่ที่รับไม่ได้คือ นอน 3 คืน แต่ไม่ทำความสะอาดห้องให้ แม้ว่าจะแจ้งไปแล้ว แต่ทางโรงแรมไม่ทำให้

由一開始進去的感覺跟員工服務態度是超級好，三溫暖的設備亦跟照片一樣環境乾淨舒服，唯獨是房間令我很意外沒有想到是三十多床位會放在同一個大房間裏面

整體而言很棒！服務人員態度很好
早餐雖然簡單但是有誠意
澡堂烤箱也都很好
唯獨隔音不是很好，非常注重隔音或非常淺眠的人要考慮一下

櫃檯人員給我很不舒服的叮嚀，因為我是和朋友去，一直強調不能進對方房間什麼的，連拿東西都只能站在門口，然後還說違規會被請出去還會被罰，當下聽得超火的，第一次遇到住宿還被警告！

再來房間因為是簍空的，所有附近的旅客打呼聲都會聽到，而且好多蚊子，一整晚被叮了好幾包！有點可惜是大澡堂只到11點，在外面逛個夜市回來沒得泡了！早餐太過普通～就是吐司配醬料這樣而已！

整體不會再去第二次，很不推！

二店住好幾次了，一店第一次住

不打算回住，個人不排除上下鋪，但Ilea上下鋪鐵架的品質太可怕了，爬起來都心生恐懼，希望店家可以考慮換個床架。衛生很棒，乾淨，廁間無異味，我喜歡單人間，我推薦單人間二店

改裝後，舒適感有提升，
感覺更有實力接待外地觀光客。

spa改裝後不錯，質感度有提升，
唯水質好像不佳...
泡完水後的一個禮拜，身體皮膚都過敏癢癢的，

大涼水池的池壁也有沙沙的感覺，
不知道有沒有定時的放水並清潔池壁呢？

另外，希望可以提高櫃檯服務人員的親切感，
背包客旅店靠口碑，應該讓客人有尊爵的感覺。
