The staff was very nice . Yousef at the front was amazing and so sweet and helpful with all bags. Ibrahim in the bar /Hooka are was amazing ! It’s sad that the hotel is so old and outdated. The full beds are not like twin beds , the rooms have a weird smell and it’s moldy like. Bathrooms are from the 90’s. Breakfast was very poor as well . The hotel must be at least 50 years old !

Fantastic hotel across the road from the Black Sea. Hotel is beautiful and clean and staff were extremely friendly – especially the man who carried our bags to our room. Our room was spacious and overlooked the water. Buffet breakfast was fantastic with lots to choose from. Lovely bar area at the front of the hotel. It is not far from the town centre but you will need to get a taxi or a bus to get there or drive. There is a free carparking in the front of the hotel. The only issue was there was a big step up to the bathroom and the shower was not the best. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel.

Great! Please put a lamp in each room. The overhead light switch is by the door and the bed is at the opposite side of the room. Had to use my cell phone light to get to the bed after turning off the lights. But fantastic room and location of hotel!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Alperen, Eyüp und Mustafa vom Hotel sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben gute Tipps für unsere Ausflüge bekommen. Unsere Zimmer sind sehr gut geputzt worden; das Essen im Restaurant sowie das Frühstück waren perfekt. Beim Frühstück könnte das Personal etwas offener und freundlicher sein.

Sadece kahvaltı saatini 10:30 yerine 12:00 ye kadar uzatmaları daha mantıklı olurdu fakat zaten herşey mükemmel olduğu için gözünüze bişey batmıyor bile

Uns wurde keine Informationen zu dem Hotel gegeben (Frühstückszeiten und Ort, Parkmöglichkeiten, usw) und mit vier Koffer für zwei Personen kam die erhoffte Unterstützung seitens Personal ebenfalls nicht. Die Betten waren unbequem aber sauber. Wir konnten lediglich ein/zwei Stunden schlafen und hatten aufgrund der zu hohen Kissen steife Nacken.

eşimle karadeniz turu yaparken trabzon da konaklamya karar verdik. yolda hotels.com da otellere bakarken fiyatı uuygun olduğu için tesadüfen buldum aksular oteli. tereddüt ettik ama saat biraz geç olduğu ve yol üzerinde olduğu için gitmeye karar verdik.hotels.com üzerinden satın aldığımız oda tadilatta olduğu için bize daha büyk ve iki odalı oda verdiler ve çok memnun kaldık bu jest karşısında. otel çalışanları odaları ve kahvaltısı çok iyiydi.ayrıca otel denize karşı.kısacası iyi ki bu oteli tercih ettik yine gelsem yine bu oteli bulup kalırım muhteşem bir 14 şubat tatili oldu çok teşekkkürler Aksular otel

Disgusting and filthy hotel!
The hotel was really dirty, they never cleaned the room, and what is, even more, disturbing the breakfast was really not prepared healthily. We found insects in your food and coffee, we also saw a rat going out of the kitchen. Absolutely disgusting. I warn everyone to stay away from this hotel!!

Yapıcı olmak adına birkaç yorumda bulunmak isterim. Otel genel itibariyle ortalama konfora sahipti, aşırı can sıkıcı bir durum yaşamadım. Sadece akşam odaya geldiğimde üst katımda kına gecesi vardı ve oradaki müzik tamamen odamın içindeydi, eğlence yaklaşık gece 22.30'da bitti, ben de toplantımdan çok yorgun geldiğim için hemen uyumak istiyordum, bu gürültü benim için problem yarattı.. Çift kişilik yatağı olan oda satın almıştım, ama geldiğimde bana ayrılan odada tek kişilik yatak vardı, bu garipti, durumu derhal bildirdim ama elimizde bu oda kaldı denildi. Oda hiçbir şekilde kirli değildi, ama hani pırıl pırıl temiz de değildi. Banyo da kirli değildi ama otellerde konulan ve banyonun yeni temizlendiğini ifade eden klasik işaretler konulmamıştı. Bu konulara dikkat edilirse çok daha başarılı olacaklarını düşünüyorum. İyi çalışmalar dilerim.

Отель Аксулар находится на берегу Черного моря. отель очень чистый. Уборка номеров , смена полотенец каждый день. Вода , чай бесплатно.Персонал очень приветливый. Есть терраса на которой можно пообедать , поужинать, но шумно из за рядом пролегающей дороги. ДАлековато от центра. Отель мне понравился.
