Checking in after hours was quite difficult using the hotels.com they didn’t prepare the correct booking information which therefore was a problem on the screen after hours. Luckily the call centre helped out but it was a lot of stress and worry so late at night. The room was basic, a kettle and more cups would have been nice. Also the option to have extra pillows would be useful. The bunk rooms are really good, giving you privacy as a couple when sharing with your family but equally knowing they are safe.

Usually very good - but

Normally we stay at this hotel and its very good. Unfortunately this time the sink in the bathroom was blocked and all the drainage was loose and leaked on the floor. The staff member could not give us another room as the hotel eas full - but she helped as best she could. My son fortunately managed to undo the drain and screw it all back together and the staff member managed to obtain some drain cleaner and also mopped the floor. We willl put it down to an unfortunate experience but it should have all been checked in advance!!

Night checkin is Terrible!!

We checked in after hours. Was sent an email giving us our after hour code.

Pffff, the code did not work at first. We contacted the night person. They acted like we were bothering them!

It was 23h00 and the night person finally come down and assist us ... AN HOUR LATER! This was after a few conversations with them.

I stood there with 3 kids and a dog for 1 hour ... late at night ... for this person to sort out our problem.

Hotel facilities and location are great. Night service person is terrible!!!

We booked a family room for one night and were pleased with an upstairs loft for the kids and a downstairs for the adults. The star was very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and there were several good dining options close by. A god choice for a stop at Beauvais airport.

Okay so its 4 stars for me only because its a little outdated in some areas. But if you want a clean very comfortable bed with not frills i would highly recommend this hotel. I normally stay in a hotel that is 3 x the price in the same area..... i ask for what now. Definitely will stay again.

Did the job. Clean and allowed us to rest up before our flight. The gate was closed and locked upon arrival, we didn’t have a gate code. The self check in feature was seamless. If you arrive outside business hours, request the gate code to park on location!

Tried to make us pay twice.

When we arrived the receptionist asked me how I would like to pay, I said we had already paid via hotels.com months ago.
She insisted this was just a reservation and no payment had been made.
I showed the receipt for the payment, she still wasn’t having any of it. I had to show my bank account with the amount leaving my bank and she still didn’t accept.
It took about 30 minutes of her on and off of the phone to a colleague until she said “ok here’s your key” no apology.

I read reviews on another review site and this has happened to 3 other British people so I feel they are trying to get people to pay twice.

We got in late and they had a self check in at the front door which was fine, but it was confusing on how to get the gate code to pull my car in. It finally came to my email but was very frustrating as it was late and my kids were tired. I rang the door bell intercom that says ring for help, but no one answered. So i spent 30 min trying to get in. Finally someone else who had been there already came up behind us and let us in.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Great value for the money. Exceptionally clean room - BRAVO to the cleaning crew. Fantastic shower / water pressure. Window that opens.
If you arrive after 9 p.m., the gate to the parking lot will be closed - park outside the gate, walk over to the main entrance lobby area of hotel and you will see a self check-in machine outside. You just input your code and you will receive the code to your room and gate. You will also owe the room tax at that time, so you will need to pay it with a credit card.
Highly recommend. Everything was very comfortable.

A good hotel for an overnight stay. About 10mns from centre (easy to get to).

Walls are a little thin around the building so it can be noisy (people forget to be quiet) but could not hear television in the room next door so that was good.

Breakfast was good value but I would like less use of 1 time plastic. It's not hard and we all need to make an effort

Clean, functional, terrible customer service

We arrived after 9 pm and were met with an electronic check-in kiosk at the front door. We are new travelers to Europe and were not familiar with this process. We pressed the assistance button and after a brief wait were greeted with a rude and discourteous attendant who quickly told us what to do in broken English. When I asked her to repeat her instructions she said she told us once and didn’t have time to tell us again. We were left to figure it out on our own, which we did. Digital codes to get into the main door, and another code to get into the room. The room was clean, basic, and functional. We were in a family room that contained a double bed on the main level and 2 twin beds in the loft area. The room was a tight fit, but for only 1 night it was fine. The window opened to allow cool air in (no A/C). The room appeared to be newly renovated and was clean and in good shape. It was close to the airport, which is why we picked it. We left before breakfast so I cannot speak to that. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay but disappointed with the customer service.

the first room that I got was smelling cigarettes. The hotel has only non smoking room. But the person at the desk was very nice to give me a different room. Unfortunately the room was over the front and parking below so it was a little noisy. The room was clean though. Also I paid online with hotel.com a breakfast for $15 which is actually around $8 at the hotel.

When we booked there was no mention of a mezzanine and in fact the pictures showed a large room. It wouldn't have been a problem but the lock on the gate didn't work so we couldn't put the youngest up there. He shared with us which isn't a problem but we could have stayed at the premiere classe across the road and saved £20 of we had wanted that.
Staff unhelpful st best.

Rude staff and charged twice!

A disappointing stay at this hotel. When we arrived we met the manager at reception and showed him the Expedia booking confirmation and that payment had been made to expedia. He did not except this and insisted that it was a reservation only. He said if we did not pay again we should leave the hotel!. Not really the customer service you want when you have travelled after a long day and have 2 kids in tow. We paid (again) - (Ive complained to Expedia and requested a refund)
We booked this hotel as we were travelling from the nearby airport however be advised that it is a good 15 minute drive and we were charged 47 euro for taxi!
The hotel is modern and the room was clean. Its situated in a commercial/retail park. Its reasonably quiet but near to a couple of restaurants and a mcdonalds. Cant say I would recommend it unless you are really desperate and even with a printed confirmation page the hotel staff don't seem to understand how booking with expedia works.

Premier séjour ou la propreté n’était pas au rendez-vous, vétusté de la salle de bain, chaleur importante (il y avait 30 degrés) obliger de mettre la clim qui fait un bruit atroce,
Deuxième séjour contraint car je ne pouvez pas annuler ma réservation, la chambre familiale plutôt propre, salle de bain vétuste, les WC une odeur d’urine, et impossible de dormir la WMC fait un bruit atroce, et il y a une bouche également dans le coin nuit au-dessus!
J’ai connu des B&B beaucoup mieux que cette établissement, c’est dommage et l’eco-responsabilité vous devriez intégrer une gestion de l’éclairage car toute la nuit c’est allumé dans les couloirs, idem pour l’éclairage extérieur et il y n’a que des rideaux

A l’arrivée le portail était fermé et nous n’avions pas de code d’accès.
Mon conjoint est aller voir et c’était une arrivée autonome. Ok pas de soucis.

Nous nous sommes débrouiller pour rentrer dans la résidence derrière un autre client.

Chambre de taille correcte, par contre nous étions 2 et 1 seule serviette était disponible ….

Le matelas était convenable par contre le coussin était nul.

Pour le prix il faut s’attendre à un confort en moins.

par contre pour l'accès au code d'entrée de la chambre sur la borne interactive après fermeture de la réception... une calamité, l'écran pas assez grand pour pouvoir sélectionner les options et borne placé juste devant le digicode de l'hôtel, vous dérangez toutes les personnes désirant rentrer dans l'hôtel.....
