The stay was disappointing. The noise level during the night was unacceptable. Guests were talking loudly and even playing music in the lobby around 3 AM, making it impossible to sleep. The room was far too expensive for the quality provided. There was also no staff available after 11 PM, which made resolving issues impossible. Additionally, the location is inconvenient and much farther from the airport than expected.

This property is definitely not what it looks like on the website or holiday apps. The staffs were absolutely helpful, and very very nice, they go over and beyond to help. But this hotel is rundown old, despite it cleanliness the place smells horrible, the rugs on the hallway are hideous and the smell is really repulsive, the shower curtain was disgusting, booked 3 nights spent the night and left the next. It was prepaid I couldn’t get any money back but I didn’t mind.
The place really urgently needs a makeover, like very serious maintenance

Nice, clean, budget hotel - ideal for stopover

Stayed at the Kyriad Beauvais Sud on return journey to UK from South of France. This is a nice, clean, budget hotel. Dog friendly (additional €5 pdpn). The weather was good, so we ate outside the reasturant, meaning the dogs could sit on the grass by the table - which was good. The meal was very good - €22 per person for three courses (anything off menu or the varied and plentiful starter and sweet buffets). Service was friendly and helpful. Don't expect great views - but handy for an overnight stopover! For those with dogs - there is a big park and lake the other side of the town - but you'll need to drive.

Shabby hotel badly in need of refurbishment.

Stayed at this Kyriad in May 2016 for three nights. Found the hotel decrepit and badly in need of refurbishment. No drink making facilities in the room although there was a kettle but nothing else. Bed not comfortable and there were old brown stains caused through age in toilet and sink bowl.The pillows were appallingly uncomfortable and just balls of lumps, the worst I've ever experienced in any hotel anywhere.

The staff however were very pleasant and helpful but let down by the hotels condition. I've used Kyriads in France many times over the years in various locations but because of this experience I will be looking for a different hotel chain for future visits in case I book another hotel of such poor standard. I've accounted for the fact that it is a budget hotel but will not use Kyriads again.

On Expedia this hotel is rated with three stars. This rating is very misleading and should be amended. What concerns me is that if I were to book again through Expedia would I get another hotel that has been misrepresented.

Excellent for one night stay prior to early airpor

our first visit to Kyriad hotels en route to Beauvais airport. We had reserved a room with small bed which we found to be a very comfortable - the room was excellent for an overnight stay - we particularly liked the kettle and refreshments in the room, which were welcome after a journey - staff were helpful and polite - we did not take breakfast as we had an early flight and unfortunately the restaurant was not open on the night of our stay, but I am sure it would have been good. We will definitely use Kyriad hotels again

Overnight Stay

We booked this hotel as an overnight stop on our way to the South of France. We were only arriving at 11pm and leaving at 6am so thought we'd go for cheap and cheerful and the Hotel Kyriad Beauvais Sud seemed to fit the bill. The hotel is beautifully clean and has comfortable beds. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. What more can I say about a £50 room - it works.

Keep driving to another city

Do not stay here. We thought this would be comparable to a US Comfort Inn, but it's much worse. The air conditioning knob was broken off and when we told the front desk he stated it was only him on staff and there was nothing to do about it. Didn't want to move us to another room. The room itself reeked of smoke and on the first floor - out our window was the neon sign and the roof where people had smoked, littered and could potentially get in our room as the windows had no lock. The bathroom had mold on the walls and the toilet didn't flush. Good luck there. The bed were hard as rocks and internet was slow and sketchy. I advise you travel to another city (Reims, Amiens) but not here. Keep going.

OK Stopover- That's it!

Like all Premiere Classe rooms- Ours was really small (no surprise there). But the room smelled like dog urine that had been washed over by Pine Sol. There was no circulation in the room, so we kept the door and window open whenever we were in the room, until we dressed for bed. The outdoor patio had some picnic tables, but they were ALWAYS crowded and trashy even late at night. The continental breakfast (bread, croissants, coffee, tea, OJ, yogurt) was a decent value for the money.

Easy to find, comfortable and quiet hotel. The staff are friendly and good with English. Our French is not so good so this was a real plus. Beauvais is a short bus journey from the hotel and is cheap! There are plenty of shops around and loads of eating places including the Hotel.

we did not arrive until 01:30am,due to extremely heavy rain on our bike ride from Dieppe,but the porter admitted us and the key cards were in the doors awaiting us. Although the public areas look in need of an upgrade the rooms were clean and tidy,the beds comfortable. very good continental breakfast in the morning .would recommend to anyone needing a reasonable priced hotel

On the outskirts of town, but no (or very few) taxis at weekends, so a bit of a problem getting back. Property looking a bit 'tired' - in need of a lick of paint, tlc etc. Real pity that restaurant was closed on the evening I wanted to use it! Breakfast buffet was fine, however. Staff all very helpful and pleasant.

Excellent staff on the desk and in the restaurant. Very nice dinner and breakfast. Unfortunately the hair dryer in the room sparked and couldn't be used and the table lamp had a faulty contact. The ladies toilet near the restaurant had neither paper or soap over a complete week, and when these faults were reported we were told the management was aware but didn'r seem to do anything about it - this I find much more worrying.

Hotel was a 15 euro journey from beauvais airport on Saturday evening and 25 euro on Sunday lunchtime!!! How this works I don't know. Suitable for the overnight stay for a connecting flight. Small hotel with the same member of staff running reception and restaurant. Local area , or should I say lack of is not even funny. Only a KFC and over-priced and average American grill type restaurant across the road. Hotel located bang next door to a cemetery (not mentioned) some could find this off putting and a huge and ugly industrial estate on its doorstep. Would only use again in absolute desperation. Rooms to their credit are warm and comfortable and a nice size. Tea and coffee making facilities in room. We had a tv that didnt change channel and a non working hair dryer , but apart from that the room was cosy enough.

Was not real happy with the room. We paid more than usual in order to have a 3 star hotel. We were on the top floor of a 3-4 story building and there was no elevator. Our room was more like the attic, as the ceiling of the room followed the roof lines. There was a skylight window on the ceiling that didn't open; and the room had a funny, musty smell. Once you were in the room for a few minutes, you didn't notice the stink anymore. But if you went out and came back, you had to adjust to the smell again. The room was a little tired, but it was clean and the internet worked. Staff was very nice.

I requested late check in, as I was driving from London in the evening. The hotel reception closes at 11pm so we called Expedia and they arranged a conference call between me and the hotel. The staff at the hotel confirmed the reservation and gave us the access code for the main entrance and advised that the key will be at the door of the room and gave us the room number. As we reached there at 2am we entered trough the main entrance using the access code given and headed towards the room number given to us.
And guess what? \" NO KEY WAS LEFT THERE\"
24 h phone help at hotel - no one answers!!!
We went through each and every room looking for the key on each floor with our luggage and luckily we found the key left on the door on the ground floor.. And wondering if it was for me or for some other guest doing late check in.
As I was exhausted and tired from driving decided to take that room and praying that no one will knock the room claiming its their room.
The room was nice and clean.
The hotel is recommended if u r checking in during reception opening hours, otherwise don't rely on staff for late check in.

In need of refurbishment

I have stayed in this hotel before and been pleased with it. This time however I found the general look of the place rather tired looking and in need of a refurb. The stair carpet is stained all the way up, the sink in our room was cracked and had a brown stain around the plughole that could be scraped off with a fingernail, the socket above the desk was loose from the wall and when I turned back the top sheet it had holes in it.
The duty manager was extremely helpful and changed the sheet immediately but they obviously have a problem with housekeeping.
We ate in the restaurant and the food was good except for the lettuce which was very limp and should have been thrown away not put on the buffet.
I will be looking for another hotel for our overnight stop in the summer.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers an excellent, and inexpensive, buffet dinner. Much to be recommended. The buffet breakfasts are also very good indeed. The hotel is very near Jct 15 and about an hour away by car from the centre of Paris.

A motel close to Paris and the WW1 battle fields

This hotel, with plenty of parking space which is unusual in France, is an hour away from Paris and Charles de Gaulle Airport, which makes it convenient as a starting or finishing point for a visit to France. There are hire car companies at the adjacent airport (Beauvais-Tille) and shuttle or limo transfers between Paris and Beauvais-Tille. As a result you can arrange to drive in France but avoid driving in Paris. It is also close to the World War 1 battle fields. The hotel is away from the centre of Beauvais, but it has an excellent restaurant which makes it unnecessary to go out for evening meals.

Don't stay here!

Despite the impression given by the Kyriad website, this 'hotel' is below any reasonable standard. General maintenance and upkeep is poor and the dimly lit stairwells reveal stained and threadbare carpets.

The rooms are no better with old springy beds and mildew in the bathrooms.

Last but not least there is a horrible smell throughout the whole building.

I booked three nights here but refused to book in once I'd inspected the place, Full marks to Expedia for a speedy refund.

The Kyriad Sud in Beauvais

We stayed at the hotel for one night only, en-route to our destination further south in France.
Our room was clean, with the appropriate facilities - the bed was comfortable but the pillows were very thin and gave no support.
Although we did arrive at the end of the breakfast session, I still felt that the food was un-inspired. The corridor and stair carpets, whilst clean, were stained.
The staff were friendly and overall I felt the hotel was good value.

The hotel was on the main road into Beauvais but not within walking distance of the town centre. The hotel was clean, the service was good and the food in the restaurant was quite satisfactory. There is no elevator so you had to haul your luggage up the stairwell. Though you had to drive through Beauvais to get to airport it is only 15 minutes away. The hotel is a good size and the room was well laid out for us 3 adults.

une réparation bâclée sur la porte de la sdb, un élève de CM1 aurait sans doute fait mieux.

L’établissement n’est pas des derniers jours, et malgré une vétusté apparente, les chambres sont propres. La literie est inconfortable, le chauffage est réalisé avec un radiateur d’appoint, tout cela atteste d’une fatigue de cet hôtel, L’absence de restauration sur place est un problème.cependant le personnel est agréable et le professionnel. La salle de bain dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. On regrettera l’absence de prise électrique dans la chambre et le système de chauffage inadapté.

Mais le pire est la literie avec un matelas dur comme du bois et un oreiller aussi fin qu’une couette…

Prix cher vu la qualité de l’hébergement très vétuste, grande rénovation à faire.
Situé à côté du cimetière en plus pas vraiment le rêve.
Seul point positif : l’accueil et le personnel de chambre adorable qui tente de nous aider, vu nos lourdes valises à monter au 4eme étage car les chambre familiales sont prévues à cet étage seulement (sans ascenseur).
On m’a même dit que ce n’était pas prévu pour les handicapés…(mon mari ayant un handicap)
Petit déjeuner correct par contre…
Bref je ne conseille pas d’y aller surtout si handicap.

Juste mais pas bon.

La chambre montrait des signes de vieillissement et avait besoin d'être rénovée. La douche était défectueuse, le pommeau de douche ne restait pas en place, le bouchon du lavabo fuyait, il ne retenait pas l'eau. Le couvercle de la bouilloire était cassé. Le prix de la chambre était très élevé, nous venions de rentrer du Royaume-Uni et nous avons séjourné au Premier Inn, la chambre était deux fois plus grande et le lit était beaucoup plus confortable et à presque la moitié du prix de Kyiad.

Le lit n’est pas du tout confortable, l’hôtel est vieux et pas bien équipé, il n’y a même pas de prise près des lits ! Le pire étant l’insonorisation des chambres inexistante et la douche très mal agencée. Je trouve que ça ne vaut vraiment pas son prix, j’y ai passé une mauvaise nuit et je ne compte pas y retourner. Hôtel d’escale.
Hôtel dans son jus des années 80…. Aurait besoin d’un sérieux coup de peinture. Reste toute fois propre et presente l’avantage d’une bonne literie et d’excellents oreillers. Pas de bruit avec l’extérieur mais les chambres avoisinantes sont entendues si le voisin ronfle. Vaut tout de même le prix

Mais qui a besoin d’un raffraichissement ( moisissures dans la salle de bains…)
Le petit déjeuner est très correct et le personnel est très agréable et serviable

Acceuil froid par hotesse réclamant le paiement immédiat de la chambre.
Prestation vieillisante : Odeur désagreable dans la chambre, télécommande de TV sans piles, Clim non fonctionnelle , Moustiques dans la chambre, tuyau douche perçé....

Diner et petit dejeuner : très bien
