Everything would have been perfect if the room had air conditioning or even a fan in the room. It was a hot day and the room was like a sauna. We had to sleep with the window wide open and there is a busy road right outside. By 5am it was impossible to sleep if you’re not used to so much noise.

I stayed here because I had an early morning flight from Beauvais the next morning. I arrived quite late (11pm) and one reason for choosing the Welcomotel was that it has a person on the reception desk 24 hours a day, rather than an automated self check-in system after a certain time, which doesn’t always work well. (After 11pm they close the car park barrier so you would need to buzz through to reception on the intercom for access - not really a problem). There was plenty of parking and the young lady on the desk was friendly, welcoming and got me checked in quickly. I was pleased to find that the bar was still open, so I was able to have a nice pint in a comfortable chair after my long drive. My room was simply but tastefully furnished, and was quiet, clean and with a nice comfortable bed. The en-suite toilet and shower room was a bit tired looking but clean and reasonably sized. Breakfast was available for an extra charge although I didn’t take advantage of this and went straight to the airport. It was one of the least expensive options available and I think it was great value for money. I was very happy with my stay and would definitely stay again.

Amazing Apartment

Our apartment was spacious with great interior design. Very clean and lots of space to move around freely. We were early at check-in and the friendly receptionist allowed us in as our room was ready. Beds were comfy, shower was fabulous, nice warm apartment with prefect dark drapes.

Location was hard to find at first as navigation on phone didnt quit pick up. However it is very close to lots of shops, station and places to eat.

Breakfast was 8 euro but certainty not much variety for that price. Im British so I wanted a nice hot meal but was just some toast, cheese, few ham of that sort slices & boiled egg. Nice orange juice and choice of 2 cereals. Better use the kitchens in rooms to prepare breakfasts for value.

Im certainty coming back to this hotel once back in Brussels, and it's highly recommended.

Basic, Inexpensive, you get what you pay for....

Initially, difficult to find, I put the address into google and it took me to a store - the hotel was (eventually) nearby by it took me 30 mins looking & driving around before I found it.
Check-in was slow, one person with no sense of urgency.
Room was basic, bed was far too soft (I will be paying for that for the next 3-7 days). Room was noisy, with boxed off water pipes for other rooms running through the night, and a small child crying and being regularly chastised demonstrated how thin the walls are.

But it must be popular with somebody, as I said, one person on check-in , and lots folk waiting to get a room.

Breakfast was fine, maybe the best bit of my stay!

I got in around 9 pm in the rain after traveling internationally. I was so tired and was happy to see a warm restaurant downstairs. It was about 75% full and people were eating and receiving orders. I sat down and the waitress smiled at me, and never came to me. I waited 15-20 minutes and two staff members looked at me and literally never spoke to me or came my table. it was clear they were tired and wanted to stop serving, but instead of telling me, just ignored me. Finally, I went next door to a different hotel in the rain and was served immediately.

Expedia lead me to believe this hotel was much nicer than it was. It was awful. Expedia also lead me to believe it was close to the airport in Beauvais and it certainly was not. I will not ever use Expedia (or stay in this hotel) ever again.

Value reflects price, good location

I stayed there due to the location and is summary, don't expect much if you don't pay much, but it is nevertheless a great Paris experience to stay there and I can recommend fitting it in between some 4 star hotels even if you only like the higher level of service. But for one night it works perfectly, especially if you are passing through and in that case more into walking the beautiful Paris streets, eating and having fun out there as opposed to staying in your room and having a bath or watching tv.

As we were arriving quite late in the evening I phoned the hotel before I left home. I was pleasantly surprised that the person who answered the phone spoke perfect English, he was most helpful as were the rest of the staff when we arrived.
Pleasant stopover hotel and good value for money. It was conveniently situated with car parking and I would use it again.

Great hotel for a bit of work (Free WiFi) and sleepover after busy day in Paris and early flight form Beauvais airport next morning. My room was quite small but had all necessities: clean, tidy, well furnished, lots of hot water :) , very comfortable bed (well, I overslept...), perfect heating and window to open for some fresh air during the night. Surprisingly quiet, being that close to a road. Very friendly and helpful staff! And, if you introduce yourself in french, they all seem to know english! I'm Norwegian, by the way. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed at this hotel for the purpose of having a place to sleep on our way to an early flight at Beauvais the next morning. Our GPS had a little trouble finding it, so be sure to look at a map! The staff was friendly and helpful, despite our language barriers. We had two rooms and one of the rooms had a handicap shower (without shower doors/walls); as soon as concern was expressed, the room was changed without any hesitation. Overall, this hotel served its purpose for us and we had a good night's sleep.

Remembering the budget nature of the hotel and the reason for being in the Beauvais area this was value for money. Staff were friendly and the hotel facilities were adequate. NOTE OF CAUTION: should you require an Iron take one with you as the hotel does not supply this service. The taxi fair from the airport should be around 20 euro but if on a tight budget get the number 12 bus from the airport (for .90 of a euro) to LA MARIA and then the number 8 or number 3 back to the area close to BALLADINS (again for 90 cents) and it is a 2min walk to the hotel saving 18 euro

Car a MUST

This is not a hotel for an overnight airport stopover if you do not have a car and even then it is a 5km trek across town from the airport.To get to the hotel drive through the commercial estate outside the airport taking the D901 towards Paris.When this road splits follow the GREEN signs towards Paris and at every traffic light and roundabout go straight over following signs to Auchan and M.Bricolage and when you reach the commercial centre the hotel is signed.Frankly the hotel is shabby and smells musty and is in dire need of refurbishment but the room was clean everything worked apart from the free internet the staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was good.The restaurant is closed Fri Sat Sun but there are plenty nearby including a good value Chinese.The airport is well sign posted from the hotel.
In all honestly if I had paid the advertised rate I would have not been happy but with the price I paid and the good breakfast it was OK

the hotel in ABD in Beauvais was very nice. The rooms were kept clean. The hotel staff overall were very good. However, the hotel front desk staff was not comfortable with customers with limited French. We found that they did not exhibit a warm, welcoming attitude once they understood that your French was limited. A couple of the front desk staff even frowned once they discovered the French deficiency, even if we made great efforts in speaking French. However, we received the biggest smile from one of the staff members when we told her Au'revoir. Complete service means alot to tourists, even a smile, a sense of \"we will help you\" and warmth. So, besides that, the accommodations were great!!! the room was cozy, proper ventilation for that time of the year, comfortable bed, cozy bathroom with hot water. the cleaning staff were excellent!!!!!!!!

Great Service! Kinda terrible hotel.

It's not their fault. This hotel's staff is friendly, warm, conversational, and would literally give you the shirt off their back to satisfy the customer. Unfortunately, they spend most of their time overcoming the weaknesses of the hotel itself. The hotel is poorly located and difficult to access, and is close to few amenities. There is no night supervision, so if you have a problem after sundown, you must call an \"emergency number\" and wait for somebody to assist you. However, since their are no phones in the room (!!!) or in the lobby, you must use a cell phone. If you come from North America and do not have a global phone (like me), that means you are really stuck. You also need a European-compliant cell phone to get on the internet, meaning that the staff must use their own cell phone to register guests on the internet if they have no phone of their own. And of course, this is impossible after sundown. The cleanliness of the hotel is okay, pretty mediocre in the rest rooms, and the rooms themselves are pretty cramped and the beds are not terribly comfortable. I found my room to be rather noisy, and it is pretty easy to hear through the walls. It is a shame, because I really mean what I say about the staff... they were wonderful!

C’est un hotel 3 étoiles qui ne possède pas de restaurant à l’intérieur. En plus, dans une zone peu fréquentée ce n’est pas du tout sympa. J’arrive à la réception mercredi soir et je trouve un jeune à l’accueil qui était complètement à l’ouest. Il a confirmé ma reservation et m’a fait beaucoup attendre puisqu’il a oublié de me donner les clés de la chambre. Ensuite, je lui pose quelques questions concernant le moyen de transport, il répond mais ne sait pas ce qu’il dit. Je lui demande s’ils servaient à manger il me sort cette phrase : généralement on fait des snacks mais moi ce soir je peux pas assurer, il y a un restaurant chinois à coté, allez-y mangez là-bas. Alors je ne comprends pas les 3 étoiles de cet hotel. Aucun professionnalisme. De tant plus que je venais de loin, j’ai le droit de tout trouver dans un hotêl qui est en plus très cher pour un service pareil. Par contre, la dame du matin était sympa. Les chambres sont trop petites, les matelas trop dures, impossible de dormir convenablement. Et y a aucun moyen de transport à côté, ni restaurant ni rien du tout mise à part le chinois qui était infecte.

L’ensemble de la chambre est globalement correcte, confortable et propre. Le lit est confortable aussi. Les murs sont fins mais cela se traduit par un prix plus que bas. Concernant la salle de bain, ne vous fiez pas aux photos, nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour la salle de bain qui donnait très envie mais comment dire… nous avons eu le droit à une salle de bain de prison ! Le bruit extérieur se laisse beaucoup entendre par la fenêtre ainsi que le froid qui y passe. Pas de volets juste un rideau. Malgré cela, l’ensemble de la chambre est très correcte surtout pour le prix et l’emplacement vraiment proche de l’aéroport. Je recommande mais n’espérez pas une salle de bain comme sur les photos, seules certaines chambres en sont équipées.

Accueil tard dans la nuit, remise de la clé en bon et du forme.
La chambre n'est pas bien grande et est viellote, l'état de la salle de douche est déplorable (paraît extrêmement sale au visuel, état de la douche horrible...)
Literie propre et confortable.
Télévision OK
Parking privé gratuit
Pour résumé, notre avis est mitigé. Bien pour se reposer quelques heures lorsqu'on est de passage par cette ville.

Atenção às comodidades oferecidas

Hotel simples, com portaria 24horas. Uma atendente muito simpática, mas a outra era arrogante. Não falava inglês, o que dificultou nossa comunicação. Também não tinha troco para o pagamento da hospedagem, nos obrigando a pagar com cartão de crédito. No aplicativo, ao consultar as comodidades do hotel aparece que eles oferecem traslado aeroporto/hotel/aeroporto, mas na realidade não é verdade. Tivemos de contratar um táxi para o traslado.

Nous avons appréciés : Le personnel gentil, la chambre spacieuse, les lits très confortables et aussi la bouilloire accompagnée de sachets d’infusion et de café.
Nous avons moins aimé : à notre arrivée l’aspect extérieur du bâtiment , pas très propre, trous non bouchés des plaques retirées de l’ancien nom de l’hôtel.
Notre bac de douche fissuré, l’eau coulait par terre.
Les rideaux de la chambre sales, même très sales.
