Beyond the call of duty

The receptionist was extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator however the receptionist carried all our luggage to our room. The room did not have a microwave but the receptionist offered to heat anything we needed including popping our popcorn and bringing it to our room. He went beyond his duties to make us comfortable.

Quarto espaçoso e limpo.
Café da manhã bom, com boa variedade e pode-se pedir tapioca e omeletes.
No entanto, estávamos em 3 quartos e em dois deles tivemos problemas.
Em um deles, a chave da porta quando voltamos à noite quebrou e tivemos que esperar o chaveiro para entrarmos no quarto. Como já era mais de meia noite, nos deram um quarto para aguardarmos. Nessa situação, entendemos que nos atenderam adequadamente.
No entanto, avisamos desde que chegamos que os canais da nossa TV não estavam funcionando e o que nos disseram era que não havia nada a ser feito.
Em outro quarto, foram dois episódios de vazamento. O primeiro foi no cifão da pia do banheiro que consertaram no dia seguinte. Mas quando voltamos da praia, tinha um outro vazamento no teto, e a água estava caindo em uma das camas. Também nos concederam a troca de quarto.
Precisam realizar mais manutenções preventivas para evitar situações como a que eu passei.

Amamos nossa estada! O quarto era amplo, bem iluminado, roupa de cama nova, sem falar que a decoração do quarto que era um charme! O ambiente externo é lindo, tudo limpinho, com piscinas separadas para crianças e adultos. O café da manhã simplesmente maravilhoso! A localização também é ótima pra quem gosta de sair a pé para comer à noite!

O hotel se divide em ala de quartos novos e antigos. Os quartos e banheiros são ótimos, grandes. A ala nova é muito bonita. Cafe da manha bom, com algumas coisas diferentes.
Localização excelente
No entanto pontos que atrapalham a experiência e fazem com que o hotel se torne caro paro oq oferece: apos certo horário nao tem recepcionista, vc deve ligar para um numero para virem fazer o check in. Para que a limpeza do quarto aconteça, vc tem que deixar na recepção a chave ate certo horário, caso contrario seu quarto nao sera limpo, ninguém avisou isso no check in. Bar da piscina a conta deve ser fechada na própria piscina, nao é feito no check out

Estávamos na suíte master com hidromassagem em lua de mel e o chuveiro não funcionava a água quente, a torneira estava folgada e quando abria ela girava, a ducha higiênica alagou o banheiro com vazamento. Não tinha água no frigobar e tinha que pegar na recepção, além do frigobar estar desligado. Péssima experiência, não recomendo!

Bom!

De modo geral adoramos o hotel, localização excelente, café da manhã maravilhoso, a limpeza é impecável.
Mas, importante mencionar que no quarto onde ficamos, havia pouca ventilação, onde foi necessário usar o ar condicionado constantemente; não possui secador de cabelo sendo necessário solicitar na recepção por ser dividido com outros hóspedes; pouquissimas tomadas o que dificultou o carregamento de celular por ex, não possui TV a cabo, estacionamento com poucas vagas, o carro teve que ficar em uma obra ao lado do hotel.

A estadia foi ótima! O hotel tem uma excelente infraestrutura e localização, todos os funcionários são atenciosos e simpáticos, o café da manhã é gostoso. Ficamos muito confortáveis e com vontade de voltar! Apenas sugerimos que avisem antecipadamente aos hóspedes de que o bar e a cozinha fecham às segundas-feiras para que possam se organizar e não contar com o serviço no dia. Uma placa ou aviso no checkin resolveriam isso :)

A experiencia por um todo foi maravilhosa. Hotel muito bem localizado, de frente para o canal, proximo de bares e restaurante. Um pouco distante da praia para ir andando, mas nada que seja incomodo. Funcionarios excelentes, super gentis e atenciosos. Preços justo, comida e drinks excelentes!! Minha única dica é que nao fique no quarto de número 1. Foi onde fiquei e por mais que seja super aconchegante, fica ao lado da recepção e da pra escutar tudo, então pra quem dorme até mais tarde ou quer mais privacidade, não recomendo. Mas isso não tira o fato da experiencia maravilhosa que foi e que já quero voltar!

Ficamos hospedados no início de 2024 e o custo benefício foi bom.
Localização do hotel excelente, na mesma rua de diversos bares e restaurantes. Realmente no coração do bairro da Passagem. Eles contam com estacionamento gratuito para hóspedes. Muito bom!
Ficamos no quarto triplo com sacada e ele era bem amplo. Banheiro grande, apesar de não ter janela, mas o sacada era basicamente inexistente. Era uma area externa no térreo, virada para uma parede de concreto. Não achei que valeu a pena pagar mais por isso.
Trabalhei do hotel por dois dias, mas infelizmente não tem estrutura alguma na área externa de lazer para isso. Não tem nenhuma tomada perto de mesas, por exemplo. Talvez hoje em dia com o home office em alta, valha a pena pensar nesse ponto.
Na descrição do hotel diz ter secador de cabelo, mas no final das contas parece que tinha apenas um que ficava na recepção (se é que tinha, porque nem vimos), mas simplesmente todas as vezes que solicitamos diziam que “estava ocupado”.
Área da piscina é gostosa, com vista para um canal bem movimentado e que de lá partem vários embarcações de passeio.

Pontos positivos: vista e localização.

Problema grave: cuidado. Decepção na chegada - minha reserva de hoteis.com dizia quarto luxo e hotel dizia que a reserva era quarto standard. Hotel não se responsabilizou, mas hoteis.com prestou bom atendimento.

No mais - é um hotel ok com alguns probleminhas... internet não funciona direito, durante todo o fim de semana tinha um sujeito polindo uma canoa havaiana bem em frente a piscina com um barulhinho infernal.

Os quartos que ficam virados pra garagem tem o barulho de carros ligando farol aceso, que acabam te acordando. Esses quartos ficam próximo a recepção, e logo cedo na recepção tem barulho de hóspedes o que acaba sendo incômodo tbm. Café da manhã poderia ser mais saboroso. No mais tudo ok, nada de excelente.

Gostamos mto do hotel. Localização mto boa, fica a 1 quadra d ótimos restaurantes e perto tbm da Praia Grande. Nossa crítica seria c relação ao blackout da cortina. D manhã cedo o quarto fica totalmente claro. No mais, é Td excelente!

Razoável! Pelas fotos e avaliações, esperava muito mais. Quarto e limpo, mas não isola totalmente barulhos e claridade, café da manhã básico, praia em frente ao hotel não é própria para nadar.

Excelente Hotel!

Hotel é muito bem localizado, colaboradores extremamente simpáticos e solícitos, toda estrutura do hotel é muito bem conservada. O único ponto é que o café da manhã inicia muito tarde (07:30hrs) o que dificulta a saída para passeios mais cedo, alguns dias optamos por sair sem café para conseguir fazer os passeios que tínhamos agendado que iniciavam cedo (passeios de barco e mergulho).

Tudo extremamente limpo e cheiroso.Funcionários altamente qualificados, prestativos, proativos e simpáticos. Localização melhor não há, pois fica no Pólo gastronomia de Cabo Frio.
Café da manhã atendeu bem ao meu gosto, muito diverso.
A única coisa q deixou muito a desejar, foi o almoço q compramos num dia q estava bem chuvoso, e resolvemos pedir. Muito ruim a comida, estava aquém da grandiosidade q é a pousada. Fora isso, tudo perfeito.

Bom hotel com algumas falhas

O Hotel é muito bem localizado, tem boa limpeza, estrutura, área de lazer. Tivemos alguns problemas como atraso no check in marcado para as 14 h, mas chegamos as 15 e tivemos que esperar 20 min para a liberação do quarto. Na saída foi cobrado um valor a mais por um petisco que depois foi corrigido pelo funcionário.

Funcionarios super educados e atenciosos. os unicos pontos negativos foram a area da piscina que apesar de linda, é pequena e as vagas para automoveis que são desconfortaveis, no restante o hotel é muito bom para o que se propooe.

Tudo de bom, mas conscientizar mais os hóspedes

No geral, foi uma experiência muito boa. O atendimento, a decoração como um todo e a localização são os destaques principais. Adorei ser recebida com uma cartinha de boas vindas e brigadeiros. O que pode melhorar é na questão de propor o reúso das toalhas e deixar isso claro no quarto, ter opções de pratos rápido (sem ser lanche), o horário da piscina e do bar também poderia extender um pouco mais. Quanto ao que mais nos incomodou, foi o jogo de bola na piscina, pois ela é pequena, com isso é fácil de lotar. Por mais que o ambiente é familiar, dependendo da situação, não convém certas práticas esportivas. Acabou que saimos logo que entramos na piscina. Mas no mais, só elogios tudo de muito bom gosto mesmo.

Melhor o reabastecimento da mesa no café da manhã!

Acho que o hotel tinha que manter a mesa do café da manhã suprida do material até o fim do horário, 10:30h, o que não ocorreu, pois às 9:30 já não tinha mais bolo, que comi no dia anterior às 7:30 de muito boa qualidade. Merece manter o produto para que todos possam saborear, o muito bom breakfast!

Quarto ótimo, chuveiro ótimo. Tv ótima, porém com pouquíssimos canais e péssima imagem. Cama mais ou menos. Café da manhã ok, mas acho que seria melhor comprar pão de queijo pronto para assar. Os que nos serviram não dava pra comer. A estrutura é ótima, porém, se estiver lotado, não atende a todos, especialmente se os hóspedes não forem educados. Alguns pensam que estão na sua casa e que podem ocupar tudo, fazer algazarra, gritar, enfim, incomodar os demais, mas isso não é culpa do estabelecimento.
