A estadia foi maravilhosa. O hotel é lindo, muito bem cuidado, extremamente limpo e com várias comodidades que fazem toda a diferença, como guarda-sol e cadeiras disponíveis na praia. Tudo é exatamente como nas fotos, o que traz muita tranquilidade na escolha.

A equipe é incrível, pessoas gentis, educadas e sempre muito agradáveis, o que deixa a experiência ainda melhor.

O café da manhã é simplesmente a coisa mais linda, muito bem apresentado e com bastante variedade. Como sugestão, apenas alguns detalhes poderiam melhorar, principalmente a qualidade de alguns cremes e recheios de bolos, para que fiquem tão bons quanto a apresentação.

This hotel is in front of Praia do Peró, next to Praia do Conchas. Words fall short to say that they are beautiful and incredible. In the mornings you can go for a walk or run on the beach. The hotel is beautiful, the food is exquisite. We went to celebrate our birthday, and we were surprised that they noted the date of birth in our passports, because at breakfast they sang Happy Birthday to us and made all the Brazilians who were staying sing and they did it with great pleasure. And they gave us a cake that we loved. There are also gluten-free options. What a beautiful hotel... the room was very comfortable. I'm going back to Cabo Frio... and this hotel made us feel at home.

Good and highly recommended, but could be great

Small but nice, clean hotel in a gorgeous location, beach across the street. Breakfast buffet is excellent, and restaurant dinner is good, but service is poor. Very noisy hotel on the weekend. No office chair in the room to get work done at the built-in \"desk.\". To reserve a room, it must be prepaid and is non-refundable. They are manning the check-in desk 24/7 now.

The hotel is located right across from the beach. Its only separated by a paved road and then your feet touch the sand a few steps later your feet are in the beautiful blue clear water. The staff spoke English and were very friendly. The breakfast was outstanding. The hotel is perfect for families or couples. This is not a party hotel. They have sound restrictions from 10pm until 6pm. I har a very wonderful relaxed time with my wife and 1 year old son. You can go for walks and find shopping and places to eat very easily and its a very safe area. Police monitor the beach along with life guards as well. I will be back again.

No café da manhã, só poderia melhorar o café em si mesmo, pois é de garrafa térmica, e sinto um sabor de um café que já está passado, uma máquina de café, deixaria tudo perfeito! Praia ótima e ainda com o atendimento do hotel, disponibilizando guarda-sol, cadeiras e toalhas, bem como servindo as opções de bebidas/comidas do hotel. Acho isso formidável! O atendimento foi protocolar. Não foi oferecido upgrade de quarto nem qualquer outra facilidade pelo fato de eu ser cliente GOLD do hotéis.com. Ainda nos jogaram para um quarto adaptado para deficientes em que nada funcionava direito: geladeira não gelava, pia entupida e descarga do vaso ruim. Um dia saímos às 08:00 e retornamos às 15:30 e a limpeza e arrumação do quarto não tinha sido feita. Todas as situações que precisamos de atendimento, não conseguimos. Em resumo, o hotel é confortável e muito bem localizado, mas precisa melhorar o atendimento e saber cativar seus hóspedes. Apesar de gostar muito do hotel em si, não sei se volto ou se testo algum outro.

Hotel agradável na praia do Pero

Hotel agradável em frente ao mar. O ponto alto é a oferta de garagem, com manobrista, para os hóspedes. Isso porque a rua do hotel tem grande movimentação de carros e a fiscalização local multa a todo o tempo. Os funcionários são uns queridos, apesar de estarem sobrecarregados em suas funções. No café, apesar das opções de tapioca e omelete feitos na hora, eles não são bons. Acredito de falte ao hotel contratar um chef e uma equipe de cozinheiros para oferecer refeições gostosas e saudáveis no local. Destarte alguns senões, eu voltaria ao hotel em nova oportunidade.

Me hospedei no Paradiso Peró Praia Hotel com minha esposa Ione e nosso Golden Retriever, Luke, e a experiência foi incrível!

Ficamos na suíte Ipanema, no piso térreo, com uma vista espetacular para a piscina e para o mar. Foi ótimo poder ficar na piscina enquanto víamos o Luke curtindo a varanda.

A localização é excelente — basta atravessar a rua e você já está na areia!

Um ponto de atenção para quem viaja com pet: tivemos um contratempo com a Guarda Marítima, pois a praia em frente ao hotel é certificada com a Bandeira Azul, então não sabíamos que cães não são permitidos na areia. No entanto, isso não atrapalhou a estadia.

O café da manhã é fenomenal, com opções para todos os gostos, e o restaurante do hotel surpreendeu pelo cardápio variado, refeições deliciosas e preços justos.

O atendimento por parte dos funcionários é excelente. A estrutura do hotel poderia ser magnífica, mas o banheiro não dá muita privacidade pois é a erro na parte de cima. A porta de blindex que dá acesso à varanda/sacada não fecha pois está danificada por parte da maresia, sem manutenção devida.
Como minha estadia foi em período de chuva, não existem panos/carpetes/tapetes para secar os pés, ou o quarto ao transitar de um ambiente para o outro.
A cozinha é excelente.
E foinessuecido um item no banheiro, de valor sentimental, que estava bem visível. Porém não identificaram para devolução.

Minha estadia no hotel Paradiso Peró foi Sensacional, atendeu além das expectativas. Todos os funcionários (sem excessão) foram acolhedores, prestativos e educados. O Hotel tem uma excelente localização, um café da manhã da manhã variado e de ótima qualidade, os quartos são confortáveis, com camas e travesseiros confortáveis que fizeram muita diferença na qualidade do sono e descanso. Oferece um guia turístico para uma caminhada nas trilhas que levam à gruta...o que nos acompanhou se chama Victor, e foi responsável, cuidadoso, educado e muito sábio com as informações históricas e turísticas do local....Amei a experiência e quero voltar.

Já havia me hospedado no hotel em setembro/23 e gostei muito!
Realmente o pessoal do atendimento é muito educado desde a recepção até o pessoal da limpeza e manutenção.
O hotel é bastante limpo. O café da manhã é top!
O hotel fica de frente pro mar, então, mesmo nos quartos de fundos, dá pra sentar na piscina e apreciar o mar à noite.
Dessa vez ainda teve um forró e barraquinahas de festa junina no sabado à noite!

Um hotel comum mas com bom staff.

O hotel é bom mas precisa ter mais atenção a manutenção das instalações. O quarto 104 estava com o ar condicionado não refrigerando. Como o hotel estava cheio não houve o que fazer a respeito disso. Quando chegamos o frigobar estava desligado da tomada com as bebidas todas quentes. O isolamento acústico dos quartos também não é bom, escuta-se a rua a noite toda e também o gerador que fica na garagem. O ponto bom é o conforto de descer pra praia e voltar e o atendimento do staff que é excelente.

O único senão foi o valor da estadia do pet ( paguei 500,00 para 5 dias) o valor mais alto que já paguei até hoje. Minha pet usou 2 tapetinhos apenas, não sujou nada, esteve sempre conosco, nem latiu. Muito caro pra tão pouco. Mas o hotel em si é ótimo 👍
