Do not wait until checkout to try and go to the lobby. Waited almost 30 minutes for an elevator that had room but it seemed like there were a lot of tour groups so it could have just been due to the groups and Buddha’s birthday. The view and local restaurants were worth every penny I would stay here again.

Hotel is ok and does the job, might need some updates and a few things that were in the description were not available for our stay. Some people smoke in their rooms which is quite noticeable and the furniture, rooms might need a renovations soon. Overall good locations and easy access to Gimpo airport.

Was a nice and comfortable stay. The bathrooms unique and stylish. The bed was just firm enough with aome squishiness for a great night sleep. There is also a 24hr emart located in the lobby, which was a suprise. A shame there is no offer for complementary breakfast with the reservation of their more expensive rooms. Just free pool access. Other than that, everything was great!

I booked this hotel because it was very close to Gimpo Airport and it was my first time in Seoul so I needed to just get a good night sleep at a clean and affordable hotel and it was very clean and cozy. Loved the bathroom and bedroom had enough space to recharge. I was travelling from Osaka and needed to do my Laundry and this hotel had a nice Laundry and was able to have a full case of clean clothes I was unable to do in Japan so thank you for offering this service.
The only discomfort I had was, the AC was off because of the time of yr I think all the Hotels in South Korea set their AC on Auto throughout the 4 seasons but my room had a huge enough window I could open and got lovely fresh air from the river. The only things I did not like was they don't offer the swimming pool area to all guest. It's the first hotel I booked where they charge extra for hotel and extra for additional towels. I think is you remove these and offer to all guest, it would be a better experience.

The convenience store was very convenient but there is nothing nearby and no public transportation. I loved that there were English speaking staffs available. Overall I good stop for a few nights if you are just arriving in Seoul from Gimpo Airpot.

저렴한 가격에 너무 잘 쉬었습니다. 요트뷰도 아주 좋았지만,
특히 침구 깨끗하고 바시락 포근한게 특급호텔 부럽지 않았어요.
중저가 호텔서 자고나면 꿉꿉한 기분 드는데,
대규모 체인 호텔이라 그런지 역시 침구 관리가 잘 되어 있어요.
기분좋게 숙면하고 늦잠으로 오버차지 지불하였습니다 :))

From the reception to all the staff, they were very helpful. They meticulously cleaned the rooms every day. The gym was good; there was enough equipment to stay in shape. The only drawback was its distance from the city center. Otherwise, everything was good.

수영장 운영방식이 폭우가 쏟아져도 30분이 지나면 실내로 이동불가. 한번 정하면 그대로 끝! 또한 sns의 수영장과 완전 다름. 인피니티풀이 진짜 작음 진짜 폭이 좁음 사진 찍는 용아니면 수영할 생각이면 절대적으로 아님

조식은 가격대비 타 리조트나 비지니스 호텔에 비해 너무 별로임 먹을거 자체가 없음 차라리 가짓수를 적게 하더라도 음식간의 조화를 맞추면 그나마 나을듯한데…아무래도 한국사람이 운영하는 호텔은 아닌듯 한국사람이 운영하면 저렇게 음식을 구성 할수가 없을듯

객실은 일부러 비싼방을 했는데…베개에서 냄새 올라옴

入室時に水回りが汚れていることが気になった。他は悪くなかったため、清掃をきちんとすればさらに良くなる。
また、16時台の空港からのシャトルバスが見つからず結局タクシーでチェックインすることになり追加費用がかかったのが少し残念でした。

먼지 청소가 필요.. 셔틀버스 굿~!!

침대 머리맡 먼지 청소가 필요해 보입니다. 데굴데굴 굴러다니는 먼지덩어리들이 너무 많아요. 그리고 누웠을 때 보이는 천장 환풍구인지 에어컨 구멍인지에 검은 먼지들 좀 닦아주세요.
하필 누웠을 때 바로 얼굴 위인지라...
위생 관리가 안되는 호텔이구나...라는 생각을 하게 합니다.
일단 셔틀서비스가 가장 만족스러웠습니다.
셔틀 기사님이 짐도 싣고 내려주셔서 아주 감사했습니다.

조용하고 깨끗하고 친절하며 시설도 아주 좋습니다! 단지 호텔 주변 인프라가 거의 없고 교통 접근성도 안좋아 접근성은 좀 떨어지네요! 주변에 밥집이 하나 없다고 보시면 되고 택시비는 김포공항까지 8천원 나오네요! 셔틀은 11시부터 6시까지 1시간 간격이도, 조식은 유료랍니다
