We moved rooms twice. All three the bathrooms in the shower area was pink mold and black in the grout areas. They upgraded our room to the deluxe room but the show was also dirty. There were coffee stains near the bathroom towel area on the wall. The bidet also did not work the first night, and management sent someone to fix it the next day. The management was great, but the cleanliness needs to be better. My husband and I will not be staying there again.

증미역에서 10~15분 정도 걸어가야 되고 위치가 좀 희안했어요. 아파트들 사이에 호텔이 있어서 당황했던 기억이 있어요. 아무래도 주거지역에 위치해 있다 보니까 편의점이나 카페에 접근성은 좋았고 외국인들이라면 뭐 의미있겠다 싶었지만 위치가 애매했어요.

하루에 물 2개 제공되고 그 외에 칫솔, 비누, 클렌징폼 등은 따로 구입을 해야된다고 해서 그점도 조금 낯설었어요. 출장 때문에 호텔 자주 다녔는데 일회용은 아니더라도 구비를 해놓은 곳이 많았었거든요.

장점도 단점도 다 애매해서 그냥 숙박을 하실 분들은 더 저렴한 곳을 알아보시는 게 나을 것 같고 호텔을 원하는 분들은 위치와 서비스가 좋은 더 좋은 호텔을 가는 게 나을 것 같아요.

A lovely Location with River View!

This Hotel is a lovely gem I enjoyed my time here and extended my stay because the location is amazing and lovely river view. Also a trail leading to a park on a hill very convenient to access by a stairway from the hotel.
I took lovely walks there to view the river and met some lovely locals. This was how I realized how kind Koreans were to foreigners.
The only thing that was a barrier was that there was not enough staffs that spoke English at the front desk but they were helpful enough for me to undertsnad.

I was told I could go up to the restaurant and book a reservation and get a lovely view up there as it's stunning but the staff at the restaurant was not very welcoming and asked me if I had a guide for translation. I beg you pardon? I was traveling alone and just needed a reservation for myself to have dinner and I was refused.
You need to accommodate international travelers better as you have a beautiful hotel so I was disappointed that you refused me as I was Solo and English speaking. Another staff came, and we used translation and gave me an option to dine there or in a hotel room. I ate in the room in the end.

Overall, I had a good experience at the hotel and used the Gym/ Sauna area, where the staffs were very warm and welcoming and they stored my luggage on the first day and checkout. The Convenience store is great. The lady that work there is so lovely, thanks for being kind.

I was Charged a different amount from when I booked the room. The bathroom was dirty and the walls were all marked up with dirt too. 10/10 would not go back. The sheets had hair and were not clean. Overall, not worth what I paid. I have received way more with less money spent.

I did Enjoy the heated floors though.

多分二度と泊まらないと思う。
ホテルまでの道が坂なので、スーツケースをもっては難しい。立地が悪い。
トイレから下水道の匂いがする。
洗面所蛇口からお湯が出なかった。
風呂にカーテンがなく、トイレの所まで水が飛ぶ。
壁などにキズがすごい！
全身鏡ない
USBポートなし(220vのみ)
団体が多く、ロビーうるさい。
観光で滞在はおすすめ出来ない。
ビジネスで軽く一泊は可能かも？

My deluxe room on the 14th floor had a great view and excellent amenities, including an automatic clothes ironing machine. The vanity, shower, bath, and toilet were all impeccably clean and were well maintained throughout my trip. The bed was comfortable, as were the chairs at the small table. The floor heating was fantastic. It kept the room nice and warm without being too hot, and also meant that the air didn't get as dry as it could have if I had used the normal air-conditioner heater. The only reason I dropped my overall rating from Excellent to Very Good was due to the breakfast. It was good, but nothing too special. There was little to no variety each day. However, the convenience of having breakfast available in the hotel was very good, and to be honest it didn't taste bad either.

Room booked supposed to have a separate sitting area but my room didn't have any. No chairs, just a bed and just enough room to walk around. Staff barely speaks English and was not very helpful when asking for directions or things to do around the area. Not close to any stations so have to walk a lot. The rooftop restaurant is nice with great views. Dinner was good. Breakfast closes at 9am which is pretty early and can't order any food after that.

New with nice amenities

New hotel that opened this year so everything was clean. Room had a terrific view of downtown Seoul and the Han river. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and new. There are laundry machines on the lower floor, as well as a gym, sauna and golf simulators. There's a restaurant on the top floor with an equally good view.

About a 10 minute walk to Jeungmi metro station. The hotel's in a residential district, which was nice to see life outside of the city centre, and there are a lot of cafes and eateries along Yangcheon rd, which is where the metro is. It takes about 1hr by metro to Dongdaemun Market, as an example. The flip side is that it is much shorter to the airport than if you were to stay downtown. The #9 metro line connects to the AREX airport line really easily and it takes about 45 minutes from Jeungmi.

Overall, a pleasant stay and really well-priced for a new and modern hotel outside of the city centre.

조식부페에 음식 가짓수가 많지는 않았지만 샐러드가 싱싱해서 좋았습니다.
혼자서 열일하는 조식부페 담당 직원 친절했어요.

De 2 almindelige værelser var som de skulle være.
Men vi bestilte en suite som vi fik en bekræftelse på, men fik ikke en. Der var åbenbart lavet dobbelt bookning og vi fik alternativet at tage et standard værelse med 3 senge i stedet ( til samme pris eller finde et andet hotel til 6 mennesker i 14 dage.
Ikke et rimeligt valg efter 17 timers flyvning, derfor en noget blandet oplevelse og noget der gjorde turen mindre god.

한류 열풍을 제대로 느끼게 해준 숙소였습니다. 생각 이상으로 더운 날씨에 동남아 관광객들이 그렇게 많이 숙박을 하여 놀랐습니다. 그에 비해 아침 조식이나, 욕실 곰팡이는 문제가 있는 거 같네요.

-Lunch-Deal im Restaurant konnte nicht genutzt werden, obwohl damit geworben wurde

외국인들이 엄청 많아서 음식도 떨어지는데 빨리 수급에 안됨

I think this is an average hotel. Not terrible, not amazing. Looks a bit better in pictures than in real life. Quite far away from the metro station, but there are some buses more close by.
Soundproofing is quite poor.
Overall it was a good enough hotel for my budget range.

Hôtel top avec des équipements de qualité
La baignoire jacuzzi et le fauteuil massant sont vraiment des plus.
La vue également sur la han river est magnifique au lever et au coucher du soleil.
À quelques minutes à pieds des transports en communs, de restaurants et accessible en taxis.
Bonne localisation pour se rendre dans les endroits les plus réputés de Séoul.
Seul bémol, le personnel est vraiment pas très agréable, barrière de la langue ou timidité ou autre ? A voir

청결을 중시 비추/경치및 평수중시 강추

좋은 설비라고 생각하는데 관리만 좀 잘되면 훨씬 좋은 호텔이 될 것 같아요.
[좋은점]
1. 호텔에서 한강이 보이니 밤에 아주 좋더라구요.
2. 서울의 호텔 중 가성비 넒은 평수라 편하게 잤어요.
[별로인점]
1. 뜨거운물이 잘 언나오더라구요. 미지근하게만 나오고... ㅠㅜ 더운여름이라 다행이었네요.
2. 큰 욕조가 있었는데 더럽더라구요. 그래서 몸을 담을 생각을 하지 않았지만 방에서 침대공간만큼 차지하더라구요.
