However I do find some of the staff lacking initiative e.g. like helping with luggage or bags or even providing the right direction to hailing a taxi because we are foreign. I would book again if the service improves but either then that the amenities was great!

The hotel was very clean however the rooms were a little small but okay. Just needed to live out of our suitcase.
Staff were very helpful, buffet and the al la carte breakfast was very good however the restaurant had limited meals of an evening. Food was great just not enough choices.
The hotel is a long way from everywhere so had to use a taxi and they can be expensive.

Hotel provided excellent cleaning services of the rooms. Also the frontline staff were proactively helpful. We got to leave our bags there pre-check in and also after we checked out for a matter of hours. We found the convenience store which is nice and close on day one. I was really happy with the service received, given it’s not an expensive Hotel in my opinion. (We are from Australia). I would stay here again if ever in Seoul.

Location of the hotel is good as its nearby many attractions. You can take the bus directly from airport to the hotel nearby and walk for 5mins. It is also around 10mins from the metro station. Service of the staff and cleanliness of the room is also good. Will return here again in future.

I was very surprised, I have never been in a hotel where I felt so unwelcome. The staff didn't even say hello not even good morning etc. They always looked away immediately and avoided eye contact, maybe it was because of my skin color or I misinterpreted it and it is the culture of Korea wich i doubt. However, I was shocked and speechless about this behavior. They were very distant and cold, i thought I had arrived in North Korea. I have never felt so uncomfortable.
To be fair the women were the most friendliest and polite. The English of most of the staff was very poor even the staff at the 7/11 had better English. I've been to well over 150 hotels so far and have never had to give such a bad review.
The room was very old but modernized and clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok on average. Anyway, it was the last time in this hotel. I would gladly pay a more money and feel comfortable and welcome in a 4 or 5 star hotel.

This was the hardest bed I have ever slept on in my life. For a 4-star hotel, you shouldn't have to pay for amenities. Every amenity was free at a 3-star hotel we stayed at in Japan with a much comfier bed.

They were still cleaning our room after check-in time and missed a Q-tip sitting on the nightstand.

It’s a great, clean hotel in a quiet area and near the subway station. I’ve stayed here a few times because of that. However, know that it isn’t in the centre of Seoul so you’ll have to take public transportation, sometimes for long amounts of time, to get to any tourist attractions. But overall, it’s a good place to stay and I recommend it!

Genuinely shocked how this hotel is considered four stars. My room had mosquitos which bit me all night. The staff provided me with mosquito spray and a plug in when I reported the issue. They didn’t help me spray, just gave me a can to handle on my own. I had to sleep the rest of the night with a face mask on due to the fumes from the bug spray. The fact they had mosquito spray and a plug in ready also made me wonder how many hotel guests had mosquito infested rooms. The entire building needs an upgrade as the walls are super thin (you can hear every footstep, sound, and snoring from adjacent rooms), and AC was weak which did not help the mosquito issue. Horrible stay, would not recommend, the staff didn’t even pretend to be apologetic about the situation

Clean and big rooms. Welcoming and friendly service desk stuff. Checkout by midday, nice.
The position is just a few minutes walk from a subway station which is a plus, but please be very mindful of the hours at which you're traveling. That station gets very busy and the trains are incredibly packed during morning and evening rush hours, so moving around with luggage at those hours would be a big no-go. Also beware that if you're in for tourism, most touristic attractions are at the north side of the city and having to cross the river means long travel times despite the metro's cheap cost and reliability.
Now, unluckily, the bad stuff:
- the room seriously needs refurbishment. The wallpaper had big stains due to humidity in the aircon area. All (bathroom included) furniture was full of scratches and notches and screaming \"change me\". The mattress was likely pretty old, it was not flat and instead was sloping towards the side of the bed.
- there were ongoing works in the hotel (not disclosed on the booking page) and also road works in front of the hotel. The hotel is also in front of a busy road. Loud traffic and work noises started everyday by 7am.
- apparently you can't set aircon when they have started heating the hotel. In my room, that meant a (for me) very uncomfortable 26 and half degrees temp. Could not find a way to make it cooler, even opening the windows.
- personally did not like the pillows. I sleep on the side, and the height of both pillows was not enough.

This is a great value to stay in a convenient Seoul location without breaking the bank. Clean, accessible to subway and taxi transport, great staff who are able to speak English and several languages, in-house restaurant, business center. The rooms are a bit dated, but well-maintained and the bath, a/c, bed and electrical system are great. Walk to food and shops, safe and affordable. Breakfast buffet is Asian-oriented, several Western options. Service is outstanding.

Overall the hotel it’s pretty decent, nice location, friendly staffs, big entrance. But once you go into your room you don’t feel at all that the hotel is a 4 stars. The room is kind of small after putting a queen size bed and two midsize suitcases. I might be a little bit harsh, but being part of the germophobic gang, the room wasn’t that clean honestly. However, you do get a decent view at the 12th floor.

The hotel was fine for the price and the staff were very helpful. The issue was that there is that no food available after breakfast time. When I arrived after a long flight I went into the restaurant to find there was a private event and it was closed, worse than that both restaurants are closed until further notice. I understand the restrictions are due to Covid but they continue to show the restaurants on the website and advertise the menus with no mention of restrictions.
That said, the staff were very helpful, particularly a guy on reception who ordered a pizza for me on his personal app when I complained about the restaurants.

Initially i booked for the triple bed room. When i reached the room there is no window. i requested to change to any other room with window. Staff was refuse to entertain and said that all rooms are fully booked. Another thing room temperature was so high almost 27-28Degree. Requested to switch on the aircondition. they said that during the winter they wont operate the Aircon. Then again i requested to change the room with window. they refuesed as well.. Overall experience was OK.

Quick trip, lovely stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, I had some minor hiccups trying to get home and they let me keep my bag behind the desk, exchange yen to won, and even called me a cab to the airport. The hotel itself was nice and clean, I was especially impressed because the price was low but the quality was much nicer than I expected it to be. Everything was clean and seemed newer than most low priced hotels I've experienced before. The location to the number 9 line is only about a 3-4 minute walk and it's surrounded by coffee shops. It's very close to the airport, but a bit of a train ride from the main city stops such as Gangnam, Myeondong, Itaewon, etc. It made it nice as I had a later flight so I was able to leave my bags with them and go sight see a bit more before heading back and it was on the way to the airport. Only $12 from taxi to airport from the hotel too which was awesome! Overall I really enjoyed my stay and recommend this hotel to families or solo visits.
