Property and location was great with lots of greenery and my upgraded pool access room was clean and spacious. Gym and equipment were also nice and clean. I enjoyed the detox shots and fresh fruits at breakfast. Some days the pastries appeared to be stale and I only had omelette as a cooked breakfast and I didn’t really enjoy it. The coffee was good some days and bad the others. Room service menu requires improvements as well. The Asian food choices were extremely disappointing. I ended up ordering margarita pizza most days as that was a safe bet. A lot more vegetarian options would be nice. A menu overhaul is definitely required and training to deliver authentic, tasty and nutritious meals. Resort is 1 hour and 20 mins from the airport. Overall great property but food was a huge letdown.

Huge shout out to the staff at the seres resort and spa. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and treated you like royalty from the day you came in up until the day you left. The resort was very clean and safe and quiet. I went for a solo trip for my bday and they did such a good job at making me feel welcomed and appreciated for choosing them to stay for my bday. Special shout out to Devi and Eri who sat with me on my bday and talked with me and suprised me with cake and singing. Will be planning my next trip again here real soon. But I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for beautiful views, quiet vibes, and safe atmosphere.

Nice but slightly outdated accommodation. Staff was lovely, restaurant overpriced. There is only one restaurant alternative within short walking distance- Uname which we can really recommend.
Layout of the room with private pool is very smart, you can directly access the shower from the patio area. Gym overlooks the rice fields and has adequate equipment- treadmills, free weights, crosstrainer.
We did not use the shared pools but they have nice views over the rice fields. However, there is only sun until about lunchtime.
Overall we enjoyed our stay

The **property itself is stunning**, nestled beautifully in the lush surroundings of Singakerta. From the breathtaking views to the immaculate grounds, the gorgeous pools, and the luxurious, comfortable rooms, every detail is meticulously maintained. It truly is an oasis that makes you feel instantly relaxed.

What truly elevated our experience, however, was the **incredible staff**. They provided genuine, professional, and proactive hospitality from the moment we arrived until we checked out. Everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant servers and housekeeping, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

We also had the distinct pleasure of meeting **Mr. Chu**, who was nothing but pleasant and delightful to talk with. He exemplifies the warm and welcoming spirit of the entire resort team.

We cannot recommend SereS Springs Resort & Spa Singakerta highly enough. The combination of the beautiful property and the truly excellent staff makes it the perfect choice for a special Bali getaway. We are already planning our return!

The staff was so nice and accommodating Ria was amazing and always remembered to say hi and welcomed us in! The whole staff made us feel like family which made our stay and first experience in Bali a memorable one! The resort itself was clean and so was the room! The star was the buffet breakfast that was included in our stay it was probably one of the best breakfast buffets my husband and I have tried so far. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided excellent customer service, especially Sang and Agus, who were always so kind and patient while chatting with my 7-year-old daughter. The hotel itself was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and overall, it offered a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Ubud.

All the staff were incredible and we felt very looked after. Rooms were lovely as were the pools. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well

The only negative was the dining choices. One restaurant which food was good but would have preferred some more casual snack items. This was also quite expensive.

Most days or evenings we got in a taxi and went to independent restaurants of which there are loads around. This was a great why to get out and see places and try new restaurants.

Location was ideal for us and felt secluded, safe and private when on the grounds. We liked being away from the busy areas and was happy to take taxis to these areas when needed.

Absolutely loved our stay at SereS Springs Resort! From start to finish, everything was amazing — the staff were so warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help with anything we needed.

The hotel itself is stunning — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by nature. Our room was spotless, with lovely ambient lighting, daily fresh water bottles, complete toiletries, and the most gorgeous view of rice terraces in the background. It felt relaxing and happy the entire time.

The breakfast buffet was phenomenal — tons of options, fresh fruits, juices, hot dishes, and attentive service. We looked forward to it every morning! The front desk staff always greeted us with a smile and were super helpful in arranging taxis and anything else we asked.

Next time we’re in Ubud, we’ll definitely stay here again — no question. Can’t recommend it enough!

We weren’t very happy here, I’ll start with the bad. The staff seemed a little unfriendly at times especially considering how amazing most Balinese staff are. We would ask for a pretty simple request and it would often be met with a ‘no’, for example to borrow a towel from the spa, to have a spare sarong delivered to the room… etc…

The food was an absolutely diabolically priced!!! $38 AUD pre tax for a burger is absolutely insane. $34 for their signature Indonesian dish, which was nice but that’s more than I’d pay at home. The quality was okay, but not even very good. Massage was I think $120 an hour? I’m sorry but no… that’s crazy. Cocktails $18 but just not up to the standard you need to be at for $18 bucks.

We got food delivered because the food was way too expensive and just not that nice away and the reception would kind of awkwardly laugh as if we were doing something wrong…? Just not a nice vibe.

$8 for a cab into town, again that’s actually really expensive! I got a bluebird for $2? Just felt like they’re trying to rip you off. Weird with their taxi rules, but whatever.

The interior furniture is over the top and quite tacky in my opinion but we all have different taste.

The room was nice, and we got a free upgrade which was very lovely! But again the bath was weird you couldn’t lie down and had to sit in the middle or everyone would see you half naked. My

I loved my stay at SereS! The resort is beautiful and conveniently located (although location was less relevant for me because the tours I booked had direct hotel pickup and drop off). I had a five night stay here, which is quite a while, and I felt at home at SereS - the staff truly make the place and I didn't want to leave. My room was large and gorgeous and clean and the massage therapists are really great - I had several services at the spa over the course of my time at SereS. I want to specially shout out Sari, Mundari, and Trisna at the spa as well as Sunjayar, my room attendant, the staff who always dropped off my dinner when I ordered in-room dining (which was almost daily) and the staff at the restaurant, who knew me by name at some point because I would go for breakfast every morning. Hospitality in Bali is exceptional pretty much everywhere and SereS is no exception - five stars for this resort and its staff, I would totally recommend! Thank you to everyone!

This resort was hands down the most beautiful place my husband and I stayed at during our Bali trip. From the moment we pulled into the driveway to walking through the main lobby and into our private pool villa—everything just felt super luxurious.

The staff were all super friendly, and the service was great. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly all around the resort, which was a nice bonus. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and our room was always stocked with fresh water bottles—housekeeping made sure to refill them every day.

They also have laundry and room service if you need it, which was super convenient.

Overall, we had an amazing time and would totally stay here again!

This was a beautiful and nice hotel with fantastic view. The reason for poor rating is the location. The hotel is about 30 minutes of drive to nearest restaurant or shops. Each time you have to hire a taxi to go out. Also, if you have mobility or physical issue, forget this hotel. You have to either climb up or down about 20 to 30 stairs to get to your room. If you want to stay in the hotel and just enjoy the view and do nothing else, this is a nice hotel. Otherwise a terrible hotel. Eree the staff was very nice and friendly and very helpful.

Amazing resort. Really luxurious especially the villa style rooms with private pool. Definitely suited towards romantic getaways versus kids friendly resorts. A must try experience where you get getaway from the busy town centre and have peace and quiet. There also many activities available including yoga sessions however we travelled with our son so didn’t take advantage of it. There is also a kids club area with ball pit, children books. Would come again if staying in Ubud for complete relaxation from stress. 24/7 WhatsApp communication was really convenient.

This place is amazing. Everything was beautiful. The bathroom was almost as big as the room and the soaking tub was the highlight along with the private villa pool. The online pictures do this place no justice. If I ever go back to Bali I will be staying at this resort again. The only downside is all the steps if you stay in the villas. There is a ton of steps that you will have to walk up and down without any access to an elevator.

Bali’s best kept secret

On our second leg of our trip to Bali, my wife and I stayed in this very nice secluded hotel sanctuary called Seres . What an absolute gem of a hotel. The staff was amazing, kind and courteous, always willing to help with a smile. Dian greeted us with the most amazing professional attitude and warmth.

The grounds were stunning, secluded in the lush green fields of Ubud, our stay here was magical. A private villa with a private pool.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay in.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast has asian, western, and local food which were all really good! It has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Hotel overlooks rice terraces and has lot of greenery around it. Downside is that it is located away from Ubud center and not walkable so need to call a car. It is a quick drive tho. Massages need to be booked many days in advance.

Room and grounds were beautiful. Staff went above and beyond for us and our 2yr old. Cooked us vegan pancakes every morning!

SereS Springs was amazing! We throughly enjoyed our time here and loved every part of our experience. The food was excellent, staff were incredibly attentive, the rooms were fantastic, spacious and luxurious.
This hotel is situated away from Ubud’s busy central scene which was much appreciated by my husband and I. It gave us time to relax, and to really enjoy the Balinese hospitality. There are not many local shops so when you do end up in the centre, do collect what you need!
My only criticism of this hotel is that there is a local taxi mafia which prevents you from ordering pick-up from the hotel. Drop-off is fine. It’s best to either walk further up, hire a private driver or use the local taxi rank which is not much more expensive than online apps.

My girlfriend and I loved this hotel. The room was beautiful and we were in the perfect spot to see the sunrise each day — so romantic! The fruit and juice at breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Stafff was amazing especially Putu Dian 10/10 she was very helpful and give us tour guide and checked few restaurants we want go. Please give her employee of the month or raise asap she is very good at her job.
