Spartan but serviceable accommodations for a reasonable price - but this place takes self-service to absurd extremes. There is apparently no desk staff, and attempts to call the hotel to inform them of our late arrival were greeted with obnoxious canned music while we were placed on hold - perpetually. We called more than ten times (at 1€ per minute) and never once got through. If you arrive after hours, be prepared to check yourself in using a digital kiosk in front of the hotel with the six digit code that you SHOULD have received when you booked. We booked through hotels.com, though, and they did NOT send us the required code - necessitating a lengthy interaction with grumpy B&B Hotel 'help' staff in Paris via the kiosk intercom to locate our reservation. A long discussion about our confirmed and paid-up booking ensued, and they continued to deny its existence despite confirmation emails and credit card records of the transaction. After more than a half-hour of argument, they finally summoned an onsite staffer (who was inside the hotel all along, but completely inaccessible from the front door by phone or intercom!) He was pleasant enough, and sorted out our reservation mess-up, but why was he not available upon arrival?
I can understand cutting costs by reducing services, but this is extreme. Customers should expect efficient and speedy check-ins and functional business-hours communications with the establishment as a bare minimum. Very disappointing service.

With little choice in the area this is a good find and good value. If you are picky this is not for you. It is off a busy roundabout with easy access to \"toute directions\" it would be helpful to advise guests about the restricted check in times. We arrived at 3pm and had to wait until 5 pm. Staff was really helpful and kind. We didn't avail if breakfast but it looked good. Basic restaurants close by but good choice in Roquebrun which is a must visit. If you are looking for a one night stop this fits the bill. Any longer you may feel cramped as rooms are small.

Nous avons passé une seule nuit à l'hôtel de Roquebrune sur Argens, la chambre est satisfaisante, par contre les sanitaires sont un peu vétustes, vieillots; la chasse d'eau avait une petite fuite,
mais surtout la ventilation de la chambre était très forte et le bruit très gênant,

enregistrement compliqué pour pouvoir rentrer le véhicule et obtenir la chambre passé minuit : le parlophone d'entrée marchait par intermittence et hachait le discours et..le précieux code d'entrée ! des guetteurs patibulaires sur le parking et dans le couloir de l'hotel !!! pire je n'ai pas dormi car un couple libertin s'en donnait à coeur joie dans la chambre voisine à grand renfort d'intervenants et sans discontinuer jusqu'au petit matin. le B&B un hôtel de passe à la fréquentation douteuse : A FUIR je n'ai même pas pris mon pt dej pourtant payé

L'adresse est erronée, le GPS vous envoie faire le tour de la ville ! Les consignes de saisie des codes d'entrée devraient être plus précises. Merci à la femme de ménage qui nous a renseigné. Quand on se nomme B&B, le break fast est compris dans le prix. Le chauffage de la chambre est limite insuffisant !

La propreté de l'hôtel est à revoir la chambre etait très sale la douche le WC très sale le peaumo de douche casser du coup l'eau aller de partout on en metter de partout par terre une inondation le mec n'a pas pu le changer on es rester dans la même chambre pas de prix on as payer la totalité l'hôtel en lui-même était très sale. Mise à part l'hôtel le lieu es très bien on es à côté de Fréjus st Raphaël boulangerie resto supermarché à côté de l'hôtel.

Séjour d'une nuit: chambre mal nettoyee, oreiller posé sur une etagere poussiereuse,poubelle non lavee, rideau de douche taché...mais tout cela n' est rien à coté du petit dejeuner : sac a emporter, aucun endroit pour dejeuner, on nous propose de le prendre dans la chambre, ce que nous ne faisons pas par respect pour le personnel de netoyage et apres avoir fait remarquer à la receptionniste que les chambres n' etaient pas prevues pour cela, ce dont elle a convenu. Finalement dejeuner sur le parking: deplorable. On ne s attend pas à un palace quand on réserve un BB mais là, nous n' avions jamais vu ça...pour 266 euros pour deux chambres
