We stayed here before but now it’s a Mecure it has really improved. A full remodelling has been done and it’s a great job! Lovely room with great bathroom. Plenty of sockets and tea/coffee making facilities. We took the breakfast in a great bright dining area. Food was good a plenty of options. Hotel is right on the front and is a five minute walk from station. Highly recommended.

Great staff, construction was an issue for me

The room was great and the staff were so so helpful and accommodating. The downside to this hotel was the ongoing construction, started at around 9am and continued going on until around 5 or 6pm some evenings, so expect intermittent power tools during the day. It seemed to me that the hotel was being completely renovated which is great in the long term as my room was perfect, just watch out for the noise in the near future especially if you plan to work during the day.

Lovely hotel on the waterfront in Saint Raphael. Everything was clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had a very nice two-night stay here. We highly recommend this hotel.

We had an excellent vacation stay at the Continental Hotel. Very friendly and considerate staff, spacious and clean room and unbeatable location - right across the street from the sea, and in the middle of everything. Multiple dining options around including the on-site breakfast, and excellent shopping. Because of it's location it may be a bit noisy outside of the hotel at night, but we liked the vibe coming with it. Great place for vacation in Saint Raphael. It is also pet friendly. We loved this hotel, and we'll be back.

Staff was friendly, on site parking is a bonus for ocean front hotels this region. Room was very large though outdated and could have used some maintenance, likely as a result of being closed during covid. The main issue was the leaking toilet.
For me the real bonus was the room size

The hotel is in a great location. Close to the beach, restaurants, and the train station.
I plan to stay in the hotel again in September, but will request not to be in room 45 as it is quite noisy and there is a light that shines from the street through the bathroom all night. Due to Covid 19 breakfast is served in the room at this time.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel having stayed along the road in s different hotel for previous years. I always have my breakfast outside watching the world go buy- excellent service and very affordable. At the end of the day I have always enjoyed a glass of two of rose wine outside , even when I stayed at the other hotel. Again the service is excellent. In truth I don’t use any other facilities but room is cleaned every day with new towels. Can’t fault it & will continue to stay there in future

Good Location

Hotel is well located, opposite the beach and close to many bars and restaurants. Our room was a good size and had plenty of storage space. The bathroom was also good but we had a blocked shower drain for the week we were there, which they were unable to fix. Breakfast is available but at 18 Euros, it is expensive and better value breakfasts can be found locally. Staff friendly and helpful.

Made a change from the my usual hotel next door but one. Nice room but still noisy even with very good double glazing! I had a sea view room, but if you want any room here (all rooms are facing outwards onto a road) you will still be woken by street cleaners and dustbin men at 5 in the morning. Quieter during the day ! From the front, it looks a big hotel but rooms are only on the 1st floor. There's no swimming pool or gym, Reception friendly. A bit dark.
However, chose this hotel because it is overlooking the sea and it is in a great location for shops, cafes, boat trips, the casino and events they have in the gardens.

Lady on reception was excellent. Room was lovely, didn't have a view but booked on the day we stayed. Good deal booking through hotels.com, cheaper than they offered us at the hotel itself. What is it with the French and their predilection for washing streets?? Hotel was good, staff were friendly, location on the cornice near restaurants was great and they have secure parking. But the stay was marred by an untimely wake up at 5am by the hellish noise from the water trucks pump as our unsung hero's wash down the streets of San Raphael . This wasn't a 5 minute affair either. It went on and on and on!!! Travellers tip - we dined at nearby seafood restaurant called Sirrocco. We thought it would be great to try the bouillabaisse even although it was a bit pricy. What we got was a piece of fish and 5 rubbery mussels in a luke warm soup. What a rip off!!!

Sauberes Zimmer. Direkt am Strand. Am Abreisetag kann man auch noch an den Strand und das Auto bis 14:00h beim Hotel lassen. Man kann sogar nach dem Check-out noch in eine Dusche, bevor man abreist.

Flacons de gel douche et de savon pour les mains trouvés vides à notre arrivée, obligés de relancer les équipes après le signalement pour avoir enfin les produits.
Interrupteur des wc très abîmé
Dimanche matin très bruyant à partir de 8 heure, le personnel glousse dans les couloirs et claque les portes…
On aurait pu espérer mieux d’un établissement 4 étoiles.
Dommage, car la chambre est agréable et l’emplacement de l’hôtel parfait, proche de la plage du Veillat.

Morgenmaden var under al kritik. Der blev ikke fyldt op og der blev ikke gjort rent løbende. Bl.a. kunne man selv presse frisk appelsinsaft - hvilket jo kan være nok så dejligt - men maskinen kørte rundt på bordet, som var smurt ind i appelsinsaft. IKKE særlig lækkert.

Arriver à l’hôtel le soir la personne sur place ne comprenez rien. 30 minutes pour avoir la chambre.
La chambre n’est pas conforme. Hôtel en travaux non indiqué sur le site. Bruit à 9h le matin.
Pas de service déjeuner ou dans la chambre ou la personne vous dit si vous voulez une brioche il faut nous le dire avant si on il n’y a que café.
Pas de changement de serviette. Pas de papier wc. Le téléphone de la chambre ne fonctionne pas.
J’avais 2 nuits payés mais je suis parti dans un autres hotel. Je leurs fait cadeau de la nuit.
Je vous le déconseille et je pense que les avis à 10 sont fausse.

We like the central and good location of the Hotel. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby and the beach is also in front of the Hotel. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of different kinds of meals. The waitress in the breakfast room are also very fast and friendly.
Our Hotel room was very old and we had problems with our sink and air condition didn’t work. After three days we get another bigger room where everything works. But it was not so clean at all. Also in our first room there where hair on the ground and in the bed. In the bathroom there was a lot of mold. In the first room and also in the other which we get.
After all we enjoyed our stay and where happy with the food and the location. I think the hotel have to be renovated and the cleaners should be more consequent with the cleaning.

Une arrivée a 16h, attente d’une heure pour y acceder car la chambre n’était pas prête. J’aurais préféré passer cette heure a faire autre chose plutôt que d’attendre dans le hall avec ma famille.

Pour ce qui est de la chambre je m’aperçois que les 4 étoiles ne correspondent pas à la même qualité d’un hôtel à un autre. La grille de la clim est couverte de moisissures noire et les joints de carrelage du mur de la douche laisse a désirer également. On sent que la chambre a du vécu. En tout cas j’aurais appris que 4 etoiles ne veulent pas dire grande qualité. Déçu

Reception molto disponibile e gentile. Condizioni dell’hotel che però non sono fantastiche. In particolare il bagno dovrebbe essere rinnovato (è presente una vecchia vasca da bagno, dove ho trovato anche uno scarafaggi dentro un asciugamano! Le tende della camera fanno passare la luce. Diciamo che il letto piuttosto comodo, non posso dire lo stesso per i cuscini.
La posizione e’ però davvero top. Secondo me è un discreto 2-3 stelle, non certamente un 4 stelle.
