The hotel was quiet but not empty. The staff were great and helpful, the pool was lovely and a great space to relax .

The evening meal and the hotel staff were great, I’d go back if in that area again.

Great place!

The hotel for me looked like a hidden diamond) We liked it a lot and this is very seldom I put 10 as the highest rate. Everything was great - the big suite with the balcony, the breakfast at the open terrace, the pool, which has never been busy at the peak season, the big parking place and the location of the hotel just 5-6 min driving from Saint-Raphael - overall great! The pollows, which is a special sign of hospitality for me, were extremely comfortable, hypoallergenic (which is also very important for person like me), the air-conditioning worked exceptionally well. Great place!

Not only good for golfers but couples too

Our de luxe room and bathroom were both very well maintained and clean. Reception staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. One improvement however would be for the very pleasant Pool to be heated . Excellent location for a wide selection of restaurants and a pleasant relaxing holiday.

Overall it was good, friendly reception ladies, friendly staff at the bar and restaurant. Restaurant manager Julien was great after I had an issue with a member of staff, he went above and beyond to make sure my stay was superb.

The issue with the waiter was he refused to speak English with me, he was talking with all the other tables in English if they asked to speak English but with me he refused to do so which was racist and rude. I raised the issue with the restaurant manager and he informed the general manager and they both ensured I stay happy and enjoy my stay.

WIFI isn't great but it works. I had the luxury suite and the size of the room was big and enough space for everything.

nice hotel next to golf course

Generally, my wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The staff was very helpful in arranging a spa for my wife and my golf tee times. We loved our stay there. I do think there could be some improvement in that level of hotel with replacing the stained carpet in our room and providing more toiletries, better sound proofing in our room above the reception from the clicking heels noise of the shoes of the staff on the tile below as they walked about, and a fitness room looking out on their lovely pool and its grounds.

Pleasant stay

I visited with my son to go to the Monaco Grand Prix. The staff in general are excellent in the hotel. We used the golf course and needed to hire clubs. The professional claimed not to speak English but then remembered he did!!rooms are tidy clean & comfortable.i would visit again.

Nice hotel for golfers.

We enjoyed our time at the hotel. It is a lovely area but a car is really necessary if you want to go anywhere. Buses are fairly infrequent. Lunch at Golf Club very good & reasonable, but dinner in the evening was expensive. Beds were very hard, not too good, if like me, you like a bed you can sink into. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Summer stay. One week.

Low rise hotel, large room (I think the de luxe) very well decorated and exceptionally clean with good terrace. Grounds were well kept and pool immaculate and well supervised. We didn't eat at the hotel dining room but a couple of room service meals were pretty good.

Great location in the middle of a golfing area with cool pleasant very well kept gardens and outdoor pool - perfect for relaxation. Pool and golf course view rooms have far better views than larger superior rooms but are not as well finished and really should have tea/coffee makers in addition to the in room fridge and safe provided. A Table Tennis table would also be a worthwhile addition. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful.

Stay away from Hotel Restaurant

Hotel is nice and clean, but hotel restaurant was awful. Told hotel manager that i felt sick, but she did not care. After the stay i got an email \" how was your stay\" i replied and told them to be ashamed of their restaurant, but the rest was fine. The reply was shocking. They commented on what i bought on \"Spar\" a nearby shop. Where i bought yogurt and water, because i did not feel well. My stay here went from \"ok\" to worst ever after that reply. But if you like reheated and \"frosen fresh\" food, please visit their restaurant.

Ants! Everywhere!!

Very clean hotel. Room seemed newely decorated and was a good size with a large batchroom. Staff were welcoming. Pool is large and garden spacious. Breakfast was ample and staff attentive. No complaints.

Golf Hotel Valescure, July 2012

This is an excellent hotel in an upmarket neighbourhood. Though away from the beaches, it was quiet. The staff were helpful. I would certainly stay art this hotel if I were to return to the area. However, I would make two complaints: The first is that our room was above the plant-room for the swimming pool. The plant-room made a constant clicking noise, which was mildly irritating. Secondly, the hotel advertised as a No-Smoking hotel, yet it was permissible to smoke on balconies. As a non-smoker, that was annoying.

nestled in nice woodsy area-close to St. Raphael

Having been in hotels in central busy locations, Hotel Valescure was a perfect hotel in a perfect place, nestled in the woods, far from the chaotic busy-ness of the touristy downtown St. Raphael. By car, it is only 12 minutes away which was very convenient.

Hotel provided great service and had lovely atmosphere. The pool and lounge chairs were great. Hotel also has a restaurant and is connected to a golf club. I did not go there to golf but it seemed convenient for others who wanted to golf. Free tennis courts and archery as well. Overall enjoyed my stay here. Fairly isolated and calm. Mini mart located a few minutes away.

Le seul bémol c’est le spa qui n’est pas compris dans le tarif de la chambre, et qui n’est pas non plus en accès libre, il faut le réserver et payer 25 € pour y accéder 1h. De plus il ferme à 19h. Je n’ai pas pu en profiter alors que j’avais pris cet hôtel uniquement pour ce service. C’est bien dommage …

Mooi gelegen met nette kamer met balkon. Hotel is voor golf sporters maar wij gebruikten het als uitvalsbasis voor riviera trips naar st.Tropez, Monaco, Eze, st.Paul de Vence dat heel goed te doen is . Aanrader. Helaas was de wifi ontregeld tijdens verblijf maar receptie regelde een oplossing. Restaurant was wat minder. Verder prima accomodatie.

Je ne retournerais plus dans cet hôtel.

Aucune climatisation dans les chambres avec une chaleur étouffante. Tous les clients se plaignaient, l'accueil a fourni des ventilateurs.

Le wifi fonctionne très aléatoirement. Il est impossible de travailler car la 4G/5G ne fonctionne pas dans l'hotel également.

Au restaurant, le soir, il faudrait penser a chauffer le pain et ne pas fournir le pain du matin du devient très dur.

Au prix de la nuitée vous pourriez également fournir une ou deux dosette de café tous les jours et fournir des sets (cotons tige par exemple).

Très cher pour l'expérience vécu je ne retournerais plus dans cet hôtel.

Repos dans le quartier de Valescure

Accueil charmant, rapide et efficace. Hôtel dans le quartier de Valescure. Piscine moins belle que sur les photos, mais, bon, ici, tout tourne autour du golf. Parking sur place. Ce que nous n’avons pas aimé, c’est la circulation autour de St Raphaël et Frejus, déjà en mai..même pour simplement rejoindre l’autoroute. Endroit parfait pour se reposer, peut-être pas idéal pour découvrir cette partie du Var ou bien aller se promener dans la ville et sur le port ou sur la plage.

Un lieu décevant ,triste, par son décor et sont mobiliers démodés.
Les moquettes sont usés et sales.
Les extérieurs sont pas entretenus ainsi que la piscine.
La vue de chambre est sans intérêt.
Le restaurant du soir ,sont des plats bas de gamme, omelettes, burger, pâtes...
Pour bénéficier du SPA il faut prendre un massage pour 2 personnes de 300€ ,ce qui n'ai pas précisé sur la réservation de l'hôtel.
Ce n'est pas digne d un 4 étoiles.

Bonjour, j'avais réservé cet hôtel pensant pouvoir accéder au spa malheureusement sans prendre de soins nous ne pouvons pas en profiter. Le personnel de la réception nous a dit que c'était complet et que même si on voulait prendre un soin on ne pouvait pas.
Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles je suis très déçu de la la réception du wifi nous n'avons pas pu nous connecter.
La moquette était pleine de taches et ne donnait pas envie de marcher pieds nus.
Nous avons pris la prestation petit déjeuner c'était très bien.
Le personnel de réception était très chaleureux et accueillant.

Seul bémol restaurant pas assez de choix menu du jour à 39€ Pas extraordinaire plutôt ordinaire et les vins sont hors de prix….
Nous avons dîner 2 fois gras ( petite portion et 4 très petits morceaux de pains toastés .
Deux Wook de bœuf en plat. Bon mais ça casse pas trois patte à un canard.
1 mousse au chocolat blanc pistache.
2 verres de blanc et rouge . Très peu dans les verres

Lækkert venligt hotel i skønne omgivelser

Najeti GOLF hotel ligger i et fantastisk område i Saint-Raphael hotellet ligger jo som navnet siger i et golf område og derfor er naturen stort set uberørt i mere end 100 år.
Vi golfer ikke men tog udgangspunkt i at golfere kærer sig om naturen og det må man sige det gør de sørme.
Hotellets reception er yderst hjælpsom og venlige.
fra kl. 19.00 kan man spise i hotellets restaurant der dig er lidt PRICY og personalet , dem vi mødte er lidt udlændinge SKY( dog det eneste minus)
Trænger man til en snack eller en drink efter hotellets overdådige morgenbord så ligger golfklubbens bar/restaurant i forlængelse af hotellet.
Ja og så har hotellet egen parkering.
Fra hotellet kører man hurtigt til havnen i Saint-Raphael hvor der er liv og glade dage med musik og en masse kulinariske oplevelser (ikke dyrt selv for en nærig dansker)
Man kan fra lystbådehavnen tage turen langs Strandpromenaden mod Fréjus hvor Middelhavet viser sig fra sin smukkeste side,gratis adgang til stranden:
Dette hotel vil jeg gerne anbefale til andre som kan lide ro og fred efter kl. 22 .
Søger man natteliv så er det lige i nærheden.
Var provinsen er fyldt med seværdigheder og aktiviteter for alle aldre

la chambre devait être une chambre de luxe, elle faisait plutôt vieillotte. De plus, il y avait une odeur de rance et de vieux dans la chambre dès l'arrivée. Cela devait être dû aux personnes précédentes qui étaient âgées, cependant même si nous avons désodorisé la chambre, cette odeur était stagnante.
Je ne sais pas pourquoi cet hôtel a 4 étoiles... dans un hôtel 4 étoiles, cela sent bon dans les couloirs ou lorsque l'on rentre dans l'hôtel, cela ne sent pas le vinaigre...

Facture à surveiller au départ

Séjour organisé avec des amis pour jouer au golf. Rien à dire sur la chambre (confort et calme).
Nous avons par contre été surpris du montant de la caution demandée à l’arrivée (1ère fois pour nous dans un hôtel).
Puis : Lors du check-out, 4 petits-déjeuners avaient été portés d’office sur notre note alors que nous n’avions jamais mis les pieds au bar ni au restaurant et bien sûr encore moins fait enregistrer notre numéro de chambre sur notre compte. J’ai donc signalé cette erreur au Check-out et il nous a alors été réclamé la taxe de séjour que j’ai alors réglée. La réceptionniste s’est contentée d’encaisser la caution.
C’est moi qui ai dû m’enquérir du sort de la caution : elle avait oublié! À ma demande elle a donc annulé la totalité de la caution et m’a remis le ticket d’annulation en me précisant que mon compte était clôturé.
Si donc je n’avais pas réclamé l’annulation de la caution, celle-ci serait restée « pending » dans mon compte! Vraiment peu pro pour un établissement comme le Najeti!

Hôtel situé dans les hauteurs de Saint-Raphael dans la zone des golfs. L'hôtel dispose d'une belle piscine et d'un spa agréable. Personnel attentionné. Petit déjeuner simple mais complet. Petits bémols : moquette des chambres et du restaurant vieillissante et tachée. Verres au buffet ébréchés. Nous n'avons dîné qu'une seule fois au restaurant car la cuisine nous a paru un peu fade. Pour une nuit malheureusement, l'accueil remarquable et croyez moi ce n'est pas toujours le cas dans des établissements de cette classe, environnement magnifique, grand calme et très propre.
Seule remarque si je peux me permettre, moquette a changer dans les escaliers pour donner cette image de perfection en terme de propreté
C'est sur on reviendra plus longuement.
