Overall the property was fine - but it is really showing its age. Cracked floor tiles in the bedroom, broken bed foot, loose electrical sockets, overgrown front garden etc. Maid was friendly and helpful and room was clean. Nice pool! Desk staff averagely helpful. A 10-15 minute drive to the beach.

Stay away, there are better options
Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Barely a 3-star hotel. While the front desk staff was really nice (except for one guy), this hotel had way too many issues. The room looked outdated and dirty, the A/C was not working properly, no WiFi in our room (try a 4-day stay with teenagers and no Wi-Fi), mold in the showers. Additionally no one to talk to after 7 or 8pm because the front desk is closed. We chose this hotel because it was listed as a 4-star hotel on hotels.com, and it was not cheap, we clearly got misled and taken advantage of by both the hotel and hotels.com

The exterior of this hotel looks like a concrete prison in a residential area. Staff was friendly. Room was odd shaped with the toilet and shower/sink in separate rooms on opposite ends of a long hallway. Living room has more of a single bed than a couch and not comfortable. Geared towards longer stays with a kitchenette. Functional for the price but not a comfy room.

Perfect quiet holiday
We had a wonderful stay, we stayed in a ground floor apartment with a large terrace with sunloungers and a table. The bed was super comfy and kitchen facilities were perfect (the only thing it was lacking was an oven). The pool was clean had had plenty of comfy sun loungers and there was always a sunny spot. There was a spar a 10 minute walk away which had everything we needed, there was a bus stop right outside the hotel gates which took and to and from St Raphael for €1.50. The buses stopped running around 6pm but a taxi from St Raphael ranged from It €15-25. The hotel is slightly out of the centre but perfect if your looking for a super quiet getaway. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. :)

It had an enclosed private car park which swung the deal. Reception was very good. Problem with a microwave was dealt with immediately. Room was basic, clean (albeit the bottom of the shower door was full of dirt), needed a refreshing with a coat of paint. Small cups but no mugs.

The hotel was in a quiet location so ideal for people who love to explore the surrounding areas. The staff were helpful and friendly with the rooms a little basic but kept clean and with lots of space...having a balcony was a nice touch. The pool was great for relaxing.

Nice, clean but basic appartment facilities with very helpful staff. Segel, in particular, was extremely helpful. Location is quiet with accessible routes to beaches, etc... a car is a must to travel around.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is surprisingly big and was very clean. Surroundings and pool were great and my whole group had good rooms. It was very secure, with codes and keys to enter areas of the hotel and also a key fob to open the main entry gate.
Only down sides were the reception opening hours which were a bit strange. Not really a big issue and shouldn't put you off staying here.

La photo est trompeuse parce que l'hôtel lui-même est vieillissant, la vue depuis notre chambre donne sur des cactées défraîchies et des tuyaux. Les interrupteurs étaient collants, la télécommande du téléviseur hyper sale, des moisissures dans la douche, impossible de faire fonctionner le four à micro-ondes, les couverts sales, des verres et des assiettes dépareillées, etc... Par contre le matelas était super confortable et la chambre est plutôt spacieuse.

Första natten fick vi ett rum som var i dåligt skick och luktade starkt av rök. Vi fick byta till ett bättre rum andra natten.

Lisäksi viimeisenä yönämme hotelliin tuli iso sähkövaurio eikä mm. ilmastoinnit toimineet tehden asuntomme makuuhuoneesta sietämättömän kuuman nukkua. Asunnon yleinen siisteys oli myös kohtalainen tai jopa huono: astiat olivat likaisia, pation lattia ja kalusteet todella likaiset, kosketuspinnat ja kaukosäätimet likaisia. Mainittakoon myös että suihku oli todella huono: vain kylpyamme jossa pieni suihkupää jossa ei riittänyt letkun pituus jotta 185cm mies olisi pystynyt peseytymään kunnolla. Suihkutilan korkeus oli myös niin matala että pääni osui kattoon.

La struttura purtroppo non è come nelle foto, è molto vecchia,malandata e sporca,basta varcare il cancello e ci si rende subito conto.

La camera,alloggiavo in una superior,divisa così :
-Stanza con wc(molto piccola)
-Stanza con lavandino e vasca(molto bassa e senza la possibilità di fissare il soffione)
-Cucina(unica nota positiva della stanza)
-Soppalco con letto matrimoniale(credo sia 1piazza e mezza,il soffitto è attaccato al letto,il che da una brutta sensazione.
Inoltre le porte scorrevoli per accedere allo spazio esterno,sono rotte e quindi si possono aprire anche da fuori,non proprio molto rassicurante.
La pulizia non è delle migliori,ragnatele e polvere un po’ ovunque.
In 7 giorni è stata pulita solamente 1 volta.

La zona offre ottime spiagge, ed è collegata bene con l’autostrada.

Super séjour , l’hôtel est super y’a vraiment rien à dire tout était parfait l’accueil est top la propreté de l’établissement est un sans faute les studios sont nickel , nous étions 4 amies et nous avons toute très bien dormi dans les lits ils sont très confortable , l’hôtel est situé dans un endroit bien fréquenté est calme ! Nous avons passé un bon séjour au sein de l’établissement. Très calme et très basique en terme d’équipement. Au niveau de la propreté il y’a mieux … pour un séjour de dernière minute en famille c’était très bien. Le personnel est très gentil et à l’écoute.

Oulala que des surprises...3eme fois que nous venions ici, les 2 fois précédentes il n'y avais rien a signaler tout s'était super bien passé...mais là...entre la poignée de la porte qui est en 2 parties (l'autre partie est tombée a l'intérieur de l'appartement) le montant du lit gigogne qui nous reste dans les mains, la tringle d'un rideau rideau qui est a 2 doigts de tombé, la vaisselle sale, les odeurs d'urine dans les wc, le linge blanc plein de tâches de maquillage, en bref, ce n'était pas top, nous l'avons signalé a l'accueil le jour de notre de départ, soit le 24 août et 1 semaine apres toujours pas d'appel de la direction. Bien dommage.

Het complex is mooi en compleet. Ons appartement had helaas enkele gebreken. De vast was ronduit smerig in de kasten geplaatst. De afvoer van het bad werkte niet meer waardoor onze slaapkamervloer onder water kwam te staan. Alles werd gelukkig snel en netjes opgelost.
