Friendly experience

Wrong time of the year but the location was amazing. The service from the reception was amazing as they took in conceded you as a individual who is new to hiking and they advise you what you could easily achieve. Will come back again in the future

Definitely haunted

The photos of the hotel are misleading. The indoor pool is part of the spa, costs 25 euro per person for 2 and a half hours and you can only go with children in the morning. The rooms are old, smell and lack maintenance. My power socket did not work, instead I had a crucifix on my bedside table. In 2025 the only reason I find is that either demon or vampires live in the hotel and the crucifix is more needed that charging a phone.

Il soggiorno è stato nel complesso positivo ,con qualche piccola annotazione da fare ; abbiamo avuto problemi con la TV che non ha mai funzionato , il che non era un grosso problema , la gestione della soluzione non è stata delle migliori perché di fatto non considerava importante l' esigenza del cliente .Diciamo che le persone addette alla accoglienza potevano essere più preparate .Struttura con qualche elemento da rivedere negli arredi .Cordiale ed attento invece il personale addetto alla colazione.

Great location, bad service

Hotel is located in the most beautiful valley in Dolomites - surrounded by mountains from every direction. Outdoor space is amazing and offers great relax (pool, jacuzzi, sun beds).
Our room didn’t look like on the picture, it could do with updating. Parking was very limited. Breakfasts average. But what was sad is that service was really bad - every request we had was met with „impossible”. Such a shame because that place could be absolutely stunning and good customer service doesn’t cost you money …

Super disappointed in stay. The room/bathroom were in shocking condition. Plugs coming out, exposed wires in the shower (health and safety???), window draughty, dirt by the window, shower condition unacceptable. As I mentioned during my stay, super noisy. One metal door kept closing and our beds were literally vibrating. Pool use at extra cost which wasn’t clear to me. Take your money elsewhere. Cost is €160 for a night. Worst hotel we’ve stayed in in a very long time!

We stayed one night after hiking alta via. The rooms were clean but small. Might be an issue if staying longer. Overall great value and good facilities.
Unfortunately, pool was unavailble as was being cleaned. Jacuzzi was full of dead bugs and leaves.
Sauna and indoor pool was 20€ extra.
Unfriendly and unhelpful receptionist, didn't tell us about the facilities or breakfast. We asked to have lunch in the hotel restaurant when waiting for our rooms to be ready. She told us that it was too late as restaurant was closing in an hour and that we should have booked ahead. She told us to go to town which was 20 min away and we were tired from hiking for days. Fortunately, we went to the restaurant anyway, which was empty, and the friendly waiter seated us straightway with a smile.
We also had a very nice dinner there. Good food at good price.
Other staff were friendly and attentive.

The girl at the front desk was very helpful. We had hiked down from the Dolomites and were very tired. She let us check in early. The amenities were great after the strenuous hike. Pool, hot tub, and spa (extra fee).

This property was so accommodating. We were going to be hiking down from the Dolomites and the girl at the front desk helped us arrange a taxi to pick up our car. She also let us check in early. It’s a great place to stay at the end of hiking as there is a pool, hot tub and spa area (extra fee) to help at the end of your hiking experience. They also have a charging station for your car. Great place. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful villa in a jaw-dropping location. Loved the garden and pool. Hotel itself was a little dated, with a few things in the room which could do with repair, and a few items which were lost in translation in the restaurant on our first evening, but the staff were friendly and helpful, and over all we had a good stay.
There was a fire on our first night so everyone had to evacuate and stand outside for several hours while the fire brigade came, but the hotel made up for this by organising a free buffet and pool party for us all the next evening.
If we stayed here again (which I would happily do) I would ask for a room on the north or east side of the property, as the one we had on the west was a bit close to the road so had some noise.

It was a nice place and staff seemed nice also. Main issue is that it took like an hour to get any hot water in the shower on the evening we arrived and there was no hot water at all the next morning and we had to leave without a shower.

Great location for a trip into the Dolomites. Tired hotel and really shouldn't charge for a swim in the pool! Service OK but over-priced dinner when nearby was excellent Pizza restaurant at half the price.

Nice but Overpriced

Based on other hotels we stayed at in the area, I thought this hotel was overpriced. The room was very small but charming. There is construction going on in the lower level and the trucks made parking tricky. Nice breakfast. About a 10-minute walk into town center. Very quiet area.

Traditional hotel at the edge of the small town, set in a large garden and offering wide views across the valley. Building an interiors are dated, but all are functioning and efforts are underway for upgrades to facilities. Friendly service, basic breakfast included, easy parking and decent WiFi.

Abbiamo trovato la stanza molto fredda, con i termosifoni che se alzata la temperatura producevamo forti rumori. Un giorno è anche capitato che si sono “dimenticati” di risistemare la stanza. Per il resto bella location e anche l’hotel abbastanza attrezzato. Molto apprezzato il cenone di capodanno.

Premetto che siano stati 2 gg in dicembre per cui non abbiamo potuto vivere il parco esterno con piscina, area giochi bimbi ed idormassaggio.
La struttura è in una villa storica, per cui non è moderna ma la parte SPA/palestra è di recente ristrutturazione ed è accogliente e confortevole.
Personale gentile e disponibile. Pulizia della stanza buona ma migliorabile come anche altri piccoli dettagli che però fanno la differenza.
Infine il ristorante: è elegante e propone piatti di qualità e con un menù diversificato durante l'anno. Inoltre è anche possibile (di sera) gustare una buona pizza. I prezzi tuttavia sono un po' sopra la media.

Struttura datata, soprattutto il bagno. Ho chiesto di sostituire il telefono della doccia perché spruzzava acqua solo ai lati ed era impossibile lavarsi, ma la seconda sera la situazione era identica. La camera non è spaziosa ma confortevole, la villa si trova in posizione strategica ed è circondata da un parco bellissimo.

Motorradurlaub in den Dolomiten

Unterm Strich ein gelungener Urlaub.
Zimmer ausreichend groß und sauber.
Freundlicher und guter Service.
Beim Frühstück alles vorhanden.
Im Restaurant fand ich das Preis/ Leistung Verhältnis nicht ganz angemessen.
Außer Pizza gibt es nicht viel Auswahl, da die anderen Gerichte in einer Menüauswahl sind.

Extra kosten!

Wir waren für 2 Nächte hier. Die Innenaustattung des Hotels ist sehr schön sowie der wunderschöne großer Garten, aber…
Als wir ankamen wurde uns erklärt, dass der Innenpool 25€ pro Erwachsene und 10€ pro Kind kosten soll für 2 Stunden und mit Kind darf man nur bis 15 Uhr rein. Diese Infos wären toll gewesen vorher zu wissen, konnten wir nirgends auf der Seite vorher lesen, schade.
Und and sich war unser Zimmer Sauber, aber mit der Dusche war es unmöglich zu duschen ohne dass alles nass wird und nach der zimmerreinigung hatten wir kein Klopapier.
Unglücklicherweise war genau an diesem Wochenende eine Hochzeit, wir konnten den schönen Garten und Whirlpool gar nicht nutzen und die gaben uns ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Garten und die Musik war so laut bis 23:30 konnten wir nicht schlafen. Es wäre besser gewesen uns ein Zimmer auf der anderen Seite des Hotels zu geben!
