Staff were very friendly, supportive and very welcoming. I activated "don't disturb" by mistake, returned late and room wasn't clean, I asked them to make my room and they sent me very polite man who cleaned the room and gave real attention.

The room is very nice, very modern and very comfortable.

This hotel is phenomenal in every aspect of your stay. From the moment you enter the hotel until you check out you will receive a seven star outstanding service that I have never experienced before. I’d like to give it an evaluation of ”fantastic” in service, location, food, entertainment, room size, level of luxury staff, security amenities, convenience ,comfort, room equipment and preparation. I just can’t count and list them. You can just say everything. Will definitely stay here again, and these guys have raised my ceiling in selecting my future hotel stays.

Check in wasnt welcoming at all maybe she was having a bad day. Bit rude.

Can hear all the noise from neighbouring and adjacent rooms. Not for me wouldn’t recommend it on this basis. The guy blowing his nose and on his phone for most of the night was difficult. I didn’t get any sleep. That aside food and drink pretty good as was the rooftop bar. Iron and hairdryer were spot on really good quality. Bed has a gap between headboard and mattress. House cleaning was sufficient. Shower wasn’t the best. Overall I’d say room wise probably a 3/4 star

Eric was lovely assisting us in room 418 from giving us our bags to our room, was very friendly and lovely will miss his presence! The receptionists could of been abit more useful at times but the hotel restaurant staff were lovely especially prokash and khaled and the Philippines woman working there. We enjoyed getting our luggages and baggages from the car to the hotel and the Nepalese staff was lovely dont know his name. Overall was a 5* hotel felt luxurious and i had a good night sleep without any club disturbance for my child. Would recommend room service putting in bags in bathroom but lovely room service staff also the lift was abit problematic as it would close would would suggest adding sensors to stop l. Overall i enjoyed my staff at the hotel got abit bored with breakfast but nonetheless great stay! We love this hotel! Thanks guys for making it extremely hospitalible for us!

I mad multiple concerns that were never fully addressed. Was moved rooms 3 times due to cleanliness and unbearable noise from the club in the hotel. Being moved at 3 am. Also getting woken up early morning due to “maintenance”. They say this hotel is 5 stars but I’ve stayed in my hotels and I don’t think this reaches a 3 star hotel.

Good location in walking distance to Saad metro station and a couple of restaurants

Staff are nice and polite but not very helpful, I had a couple of requests , all promised but none delivered

Rooms 🛏️
Rooms are old and not 5star-clean, king bed is actually attached-twin-beds and does not feel as comfortable. You will feel space between two frames. Pillows are not comfortable.
Room size is decent

🔌🔌 Power outlets are horrible, they never work and everything is loose including room electric furniture. Power broke my hair blower due to power inconsistency.
There is no power outlet close to bed.

Wonderful pool and spa, very clean with a nice architecture

👨‍🍳 Restaurant
Food is good, staff are not well trained and it gets forever to call them as they are never around.

Price
It is expensive compared to other options, recommend to choose other higher end 5 star hotel or decent 4 star with more comfortable room

We had a fantastic time at the hotel! It's beautiful, clean, and definitely feels like a five-star spot. It's conveniently close to restaurants. The pool was very nice, the lifeguard kindly gave our one-year-old a float to enjoy it safely. The staff were super friendly, especially to our daughter. Great stay overall!

Comfortable stay during business trip

As a business traveler, the hotel was perfect for my stay. Very comfortable bed, large standard room. All the standard amenities, both espresso and regular coffee in the room which I appreciated due to irregular hours while I travel. Wifi was sufficient for video calls. Overall very nice upscale hotel. Clearly not ‘brand new’, but very well maintained and still great ambience.

Hotel is very old, rooms smelly, bed uncomfortable, breakfast average, but everything over pricey.
For sure not 5* quality you would expect around Doha.
I wouldn’t use again.

Good location and staff

Is a mature 5 star property, showing a few signs of wear but this is overshadowed by the excellent staff. Dining options are good but expensive, some rooms suffer noise from the bar night club.

Very enjoyable stay for our anniversary. Easy check-in. Nice room with quality bedding for a good nights sleep. Leisure facilities incl. gym, pool, steam room, etc were exceptional. Cannot fault staff for effort and service. All in all a very nice hotel to relax.
