The staff and location are great! The hotel rooms and amenities itself are very run down, a lot of dust and moldy smell from the bedding and carpets. Sanitization wise not really up there, if that’s important to you I would skip this place. It could use some renovation. Parking overnight is $50 :)

Before you could sit down, the staff would come up to you and ask if you were gonna pay tip or not, and if you say no (since it is a self serve buffet), they would treat you like sh**. Having teenage boys running up and down the hallway, having loud conversations right in front of my door up to 1:00am from 11:30 pm when I got into my room contacted front desk 2x and no security came up as they said they would because the kids kept banging on doors, running and laughing hysterically and after the two phone call complaints not once did management contact me or attempt to contact me to take responsibility for not removing these kids from the floor or contact the parents to take responsibility of their minor children! The next day the exact same thing happened. The hotel makes you sign a form if you’re a part of a hockey team/tournament about rowdy noises, inappropriate behavior but when I called twice there was no action on the part of the hotel! I paid almost $700 for the weekend and could not get decent sleep as my agitation from the rowdy behaviour made it difficult to get any sound sleep or fall asleep and then to have to wake up to it again at 7am was frustrating again.

hotel not very clean, ice machines not on every floor, extremely long lines to check in and out, $50 to park - what do they think that I have the option to walk there - parking should be free or bundled in the room rate, parking lot was packed with long walks to the hotel in freezing cold weather - should provide a shuttle, elevator had arriving lights but did not work causing a guessing game to grab an elevator before the doors closed. Once we arrived, we discovered that the sofa does not convert into a bed at all.
As a result, we had to sleep very uncomfortably, which took away from what could have been an otherwise enjoyable stay. Accurate room descriptions are extremely important for families, and this was misleading.
I hope the hotel can address this issue so future guests don’t experience the same inconvenience.

Make sure you book the right Marriott hotel. The Fallsview is the one with the spa even though the images attached on the Expedia website says that this hotel has the spa. The pool was too small and congested and our room smelled like weed.

Staff were good, hotel needs attention. For the amount of money they charge, ice machine doesn't work, elevator lights letting you know which elevator is available doesn't work. Rooms are dated. Milestones dinner service is a joke for the money.,on my reservation they were informed of our 60th birthday celebration and nothing from staff at all. Soooooooo dissatisfied with the lack of caring considering were paying 150 dollars for mediocre food at best. Breakfast buffet staff were fantastic especially the omelette station gentleman who is definitely the hardest working person there.

The room's exhaust fan was incredibly noisy, and the heater fan kept turning on for no apparent reason, producing a deafening noise that made it impossible to sleep! Finally, the buffet breakfast was terrible, with very limited selection. Although it wasn't expensive, I hope it can be improved! The only redeeming quality was the excellent service from the breakfast staff.

The staff no problem they were great. The room was ok but from the day we arrived the room was freezing. There was a small added in space heater that did not work but i do understand why it is in the room as that room is so cold. Very uncomfortable, the bathroom was also very cold. You could feel it coming from the wall and floor.
