First time to Niagara Falls. Exceptionally well located hotel with wonderful falls views. We had a room located on the eighth floor. Floor to ceiling windows. From the bed, it looked like you were staring at the ocean. As you approach the window, you had a full on view of Horseshoe Falls, American Falls, and Bridal Veil Falls. Great shower!

Easy walk to Table Rock.

Starbucks in the lobby is a plus.

Parking is expensive but easy access to rental car was important to us.

This was an amazing stay! The staff was friendly, the room was beautiful with a full view of the falls, and the parking was easy. We were also happy we could keep our car there the next day after checking out so we could tour the falls. You won’t be let down with this place!

Booked a room with a view and 2 queen beds. But the beds looked like doubles, and was placed in an adjoining room - so heard almost everything my neighbours were saying. Also asked for a higher floor but was told only a room on the 6th floor was available. Not worth the $700.

We stayed at Marriott Niagara Falls for 2 nights and overall the hotel was clean, but the service did not match the price we paid. Our stay cost $679 for only two nights, which in my opinion is not inexpensive.

One major disappointment was housekeeping. Yesterday, when we returned from our excursion around 6 PM, our room had not been cleaned — the trash was still there, the towels had not been replaced, and the beds had not been made. I had to call and eventually even go to the front desk because nobody came initially. For a hotel at this price point, I expected much better attention and service.

Another thing that was disappointing was the parking fee. On top of an already expensive hotel stay, parking was an additional $50 per night, which felt excessive.

I chose this hotel because of its excellent location near Niagara Falls and also because I had such a wonderful experience at one of Marriott’s hotels in Punta Cana just two weeks ago. Based on that experience, I expected the same level of hospitality and service here, but unfortunately that was not the case.

On the positive side, the Milestones restaurant was excellent. The service was great, the staff was attentive, and the food quality was honestly very good. The prices were a bit high, but the experience there was worth it.

Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again. I feel that for less money I could probably find a place that feels more welcoming and offers better overall service.

We did get a room with a view on the 31st floor. The room was hot, ac wasn't working and the floor was soaking wet. The ac mechanic did try to fix it .. but it did nothing.
Plus they charge 50$ perday for parking.
I will not stay there again and don't recommend anyone to comprise comfort the a view.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. the location is perfect, with amazing views of Niagara Falls. The check in experience was very smooth, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only exception was our experience at the Milestones restaurant, which did not meet the same excellent standard as the rest of the hotel. The person who assisted us was not friendly or helpful at all.

It was a great stay and location although there was a fire alarm that happened on Monday, 6/15. We all had to get done and out but nobody did say what happened and why? We saw fire trucks and firefighters but it would have been nice if there were some kind of information.

We had a FABULOUS stay at The Marriot on the Falls! Our room was on the 22nd floor facing the falls. It was amazing. Highly recommend getting a Falls View Room.
Incredible view of the falls and the fireworks each night.
The bed was comfy, nice furniture to sit on and nice bathrooms.

We had the buffet breakfast each morning and it has a very large selection of options including an omelet bar. We got right into the restaurant each morning, no long wait.

Checking in was a breeze and simple, the front desk staff were very nice. Parking is easy, though not cheap. You can walk just about anywhere from this location or hop the WeGo bus from the stop just a 1/2 block from the hotel. I did a fair amount of comparison shopping before I made our reservation here and we could not have been happier with our choice.

Pool is clean (saline?) and warm (80 degrees?) and hot tub was hot but jets were not working. No microwave, no free coffee in lobby, parking at hotel is $50, your location is a 15-20 minute walk to get to the Falls unless you want to pay $8 round trip to take the mini incline down. Not convenient. The room costs way too much to not have a good view. Pillows were barely stuffed.

There was a menu in the room with a 4 digit phone number to call. BUT IT NO LONGER IS AVAILABLE TO
The breakfast you could order and delivered to the room was not
worth the outrageous price plus they forgot items and it was cold.
We purchased an update that gave us a better view of the falls but was not worth the cost.

The building is showing its age and as a result shows it.

I booked this room through Expedia largely because of the stunning falls-view photos shown in the listing. The room advertised featured a panoramic, unobstructed view of Niagara Falls from inside the room.

Unfortunately, the room I was assigned was very different. A large exterior roof/ledge directly outside the window blocked a significant portion of the view. While the falls could technically be seen when standing near the window, the obstruction prevented us from enjoying the view while sitting in the room, which was the main reason we chose and paid for this specific room type.

The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the actual view did not match the expectation created by the listing photos. If some rooms have partially obstructed views, that should be clearly disclosed during booking so guests can make an informed decision.

I feel the photos used in the Expedia listing do not accurately represent all rooms in this category, and I was disappointed that the experience did not match what was advertised.

This hotel has a beautiful view of the falls and is very close to the falls area. Our room could have used some updating as the carpet was worn, but it was clean and comfortable. There is a bus stop very close, and that was very helpful to get to the more distant attractions and restaurants. It doesn’t quite live up to the photos used in advertising, but all in all, it’s a very nice place to stay.

Super rude front staff. Impatient cutting me off all the time just want to get off the phone.

Charged me for $56 to upgrade, the room ended up no sofa bed that we originally booked. We got a cot.

No apology from the manager, no follow up.

Called the front desk about my bill. A man received the call. Super short and rude. Arrogant and not care just to show the impatience and rudeness.

Check in staff messed up with my upgraded room; night shift manager pushed me to next day daytime manager and no apology, daytime manager didn’t follow up, I called the front desk and the man was also very rude and short.

On my, I met across four rude staff already.

It’s the most disappointing experience I have ever had with the hotel.

I just expected more for a Marriott. The room itself and the property were great. The view of the falls from the 20th floor was awesome. The disappointing part came on the amenities.
They offer deals on breakfast bar but you can’t take anything back to your room for folks that did not want to be in public yet. They offer deals on milestones Resturant which is their in-house restaurant but the deals are only for dine in customers. There are no snack machines in the motel. They do have a souvenir shop that sells snacks but it closes early. The pool seemed nice but it had tons of people running in and around the pool and the pool itself had a super strong sanitizer smell, wow, I think the pool guy dumped about a ton of chemicals in the pool to keep it sanitized which almost made us gag due to the smell.
So minus the lack of amenities that we consider important, everything else was great. We were in walking distance to every attraction. The incline tram was almost just below us which was great not having to walk up and down the stairs daily to get to the attractions. We were able to see the nightly fireworks and laser show from our room window. So fix the snacks, allow us to carry food from the buffet and restaurant back to our room then we would have had a great stay. By the way food, drink and snacks when you find them are extremely expensive. And there is a Walmart with in 12 minutes. All the water in the air made it just a tad too cold for shorts this week. Hope this helps

I saw a bug( I don’t know it’s a bed bug or some other bug) in bed and reported to reception (around 10 am) to change the bed sheets while going out. They dint change till 6 pm and I have to instruct them to clean the room when we are going out in the evening.
There is no kettle or microwave in the room.
View was good and property was well maintained.

We had a great time and the hotel was very clean. It was convenient to restaurants and attractions. The only thing that I didn't like was having to pay for parking in your lot. I have never had to do that at any hotel anywhere. I should be a little more clearer on the website. Also we should be made aware at the front desk that there is a charge for parking.

Nice hotel. Parking is expensive and view of the nightly fireworks is obscured by other high rise hotels. Be sure to get as high a room as possible. We got to the hotel at 6:00 and our room still wasn’t ready. Booked a falls view (higher price) room four months in advance and they originally put us on the 3rd floor where there would be basically no view of the falls. They moved us to the 8th floor which had an OK view but would have preferred a higher floor.

The staff were all very nice and the property was clean. What was very ridiculous was that you have to pay for parking. When you go stay at a hotel you oay for the amenities, this includes parking. You have to pay 50.00 per day to park your car then try to find a space. They rent out parking to outsiders and make the guests struggle to find parking. Then for a hotel that size they only have 3 handicapped parking spots. You have to request beds be made and fresh towels or they do not change them out. When I asked about this I was told that they are close to the falls so you have to pay for parking. This to me is crazy
