We just stopped late one night just to sleep on our roadtrip. Staff was okay and everything was just okay
Doug
The property was very clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was sufficient but would have liked to have more fruit options.
Annie
very nice clean hotel. probably one of the nicest best westerns i’ve stayed at.
Jeff
Probably the highlight of our trip. We had stayed down the street previously and had liked that, but Best Western was on sale, so we \"upgraded\". I don't know if I would say it was a significant upgrade, but the hotel was very clean, appeared nearly brand new, the room was clean and comfortable, and I even got to use the work out room. The hot breakfast was great, with plenty of eggs and bacon, and of course, a waffle bar. Oh, and sprinkles for the yogurt? Oh, and an espresso machine? Come on!
Edgar
Very clean room and bath, extremely friendly and informative folks at the front desk, room temp right on and ample parking!
randall
Front desk was very helpful.

The room was small but clean. Thd bed was comfortable. The staff was very kind. Besides leaving somebody our clothes in the closet it was a perfect stay after a long day.
David
Nice hotel
Melissa
Arrived later so ended up on the first floor. Room was ok. Carpet had a huge worn area and definitely needed to be replaced.
Beds were comfortable, air conditioner was quiet, staff was friendly. Breakfast was basic, although it did have a waffle maker. Juice tasted a little off though so I didn't finish it.
Room was pretty quiet even though it was next to the freeway. Soap was placed really high next to the sink and was kind of awkward to use. Shorter people or young kids would struggle reaching it.

Sharla
The room we had was clean, the A/C worked very nicely, the parking was nice, the breakfast was really good. The staff were friendly. We've stayed here before and enjoyed the accommodations.
Wayne
Very clean property and friendly staff.
NORMAN
Did not enjoy breakfast. No coffee.
Tammy
We went down for Breakfast at 7am , already out of sausage gravy and no milk for cereal or coffee . I had issues checking in the night before and the gentleman went above and beyond to help me get it straightened out . Highly recommend to stay . Just need to have more food and condiments for a breakfast crowd
David
Clean Easy in and out
Carol
Great hotel in many respects. Dog friendly, and they meant it. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
Krunal
very clean and comfortable.
Suzette
Were pleasantly surprised they had great parking for our extended trailer.
Amy
Beds were very uncomfortable. Pillows were a step above bricks. Breakfast was not edible. Cleanliness was barely a pass for my personal standards. It's definitely worth the extra money to stay across the highway at La Quinta.
Waldemar
Very nice hotel
Travis
$50 charge added on for booking through expedia was garbage
Josh
Room small but good. No problems.
Tracy
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Kerrie
Night staff was very helpful and friendly. Managers seemed to not treat them well however. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, but not as good as most Best Westerns we’ve stayed at. Seemed like they were trying to save money by not refilling items.
sheri
It was good for a stop over. Rooms very small. Don't look anything like the pictures at this property. No hot tub.
Tom
Very clean seem to be a pretty new hotel.
Jerry
very clean and rooms comfy and usable.el paso mexican resturant so close and very yummy
Debbie
The breakfast was amazing! The facility was so clean and the beds were very comfy. The staff was very friendly. We definitely would stay here again! We’ve stayed in lots of hotels over the past few years and have been so unhappy. This was a welcome change!
Marcia
Close to the best Mexican restaurant I have ever experienced! Check in was a little slow, computer issues, but otherwise, it met our needs.
Eduardo
Overall a very good experience they just need to improve the coffee and services around it.
Kimberly
Clean, comfortable room
Marlene
Breakfast pretty nice . Probably could be improved upon. Sometimes coffee was out.
Joel
Great hotel just off the interstate. Clean clean clean
JEFF
Very good breakfast lots to choose from.
Michael
room floor was not clean
Oscar
My son was bitten by bed bugs
James
Overall, nice hotel. Staff was efficient, but not super welcoming or warm. Facility is clean and updated, but dog relief area could use some attention. Breakfast was organized and clean, and nice mix of standard hotel breakfast. Enough food to get you on your way until lunch.
Sandra
Front desk very personable and helpful. Breakfast menu varied and fresh. Maintained nicely and neat. Video access easy.
Catherine
Great breakfast, good A/C. Shower water was lukewarm at the hotest.
Denise
Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. The thermostat in our room didn't work properly, so we were either hot or too cold, no in between.
Karina
had a nice breakfast and great stay
Allison
Very clean rooms with nice new furnishings! Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Room was a great buy especially for how nice it was. Would definitely stay there again!!
Rochelle
Very clean. Pleasant staff. Only one complaint. No hot water really. Just enough hot to take a lukewarm shower for 5 minutes.
Debanik
Good
Wendy
Property and room were very clean. Room was modern and bed was comfy. My only complaint was that the shower head was low flow which makes it hard to rinse my long hair. But the bathroom was very clean and the water was hot. Breakfast was really good too. I would recommend this hotel.
Christy
yes it was clean, breakfast was very good

Nancy
We stayed here both coming and going on a recent trip. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. This is our new spot to stay on our way through the area. Plus the waffles were great!
Nickolas
Staff is great, I like the breakfast, plenty of choices and even bacon, eggs, potatoes, yogurt with toppings! The room was clean and bed was comfortable. We like to stay here when we poss through
Nickolas
Good food, clean and nice rooms, great staff and usually affordable, we have stayed here multiple times. A+
Kenneth

Katrina
The room was clean. Had a quiet night. Good stay overall.
Pia
Person that checked us in was fine. Not overly friendly. The staff was getting breakfast when we were getting breakfast. One of the maids had a toddler running around the food service area. Seemed inappropriate but there were no collisions or spills.
randy
very up to date facility, clean and in shape
Marty
Great stop! Hot breakfast! Nice staff! 👍👍👍👍👍
JOHN
The breakfast was ok, but disappointing. Soggy fatty cold sausage patties, weird eggs (powdered?), and under cooked, hard, ‘seasoned’ potatoe pieces. NO BACON! They have oatmeal, various fruit, waffle maker station, yogurt station, cereals, various baked goods, granola, hard boiled eggs, biscuits, bread, toaster machine, and a large hot vat of gravy. If those things are appealing to you. If you love bread, this breakfast is for you! I went here specifically because I thought their breakfast was going to be good, and after the first experience, I wanted to leave and try a different hotel. I was very disappointed. However, I did not leave, because that felt like too much effort, and I wasn’t sure any of the other hotels in the area would be much better.
Everything else about my stay was fine. They have a working pool. They have a Gym, which has 1 treadmill, 1 cable machine, a few medicine balls, a non functional water machine, and zero free weights.
The room was the best part. Beds are comfortable. Staff is good.
I was not able to take advantage of the 3 night stay $50 gift card, because I didn’t book through ‘Best Western’. That was a bummer.
The hotel is located right next to a Taco Bell, which ruled! Very nice Taco bell. If Taco Bell did the breakfast for the hotel it would be 10/10. But currently the hotel breakfast was probably 4/10. It has the potential to be good, but it just was not. Fancy Coffee maker didn’t work 75% of the time. Probably not serviced enough.

Nicholas
Clean rooms and property. Breakfast was very basic and gym was small
Kaycee
Great place to stay when you’re tired on a road trip. This is the second time we’ve stayed just for the night and it’s perfect for that. Good breakfast too. Coffee is watered down but other than that everything was great.
Kassadee
Room was fairly nice however when I took a shower I found hair in the shower, and when the shower walls got wet you could see slimy stuff on the walls that looked like boogers. Other than that it was a decent stay for the price.
Michael
Hotel is a refurbished Microtel, according to front desk person. Room smaller that other hotels I've visited, but still a comfortable bed, good shower...all that matters to me. Was a good stay.

The parking was easy. The breakfast was great. The room was clean and updated. There is only one elevator and it is extremely slow. Staff was more curt than courteous. Decent experience. Would stay here again if I were ever in Limon.
Rana
Easy parking, clean room, comfortable bed. Pretty good for the cost
joyce
Difficult check-in, uncooperative ( maybe just dumb) front desk person , noisy blower in room … not happy with best western

Michelle

Eric
All was good
Janine
Nice room. Nice towels and bedding
John
Best Western was my hotel of choice. Best Western Limon signals the decline of Best Western. I have never seen such a small room. And breakfast at 7am - I'm gone by then
Thomas
I have stayed here since it was practically new, it is time to upgrade carpet and bathroom. My room had an obvious ripped area of carpet. Considering these things the rooms are priced accordingly.
Frankie
Clean room, very quiet, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Carpet is a little beat up, but really very nice overall.
Stefanie
We arrived after midnight and the guy handling our check in was a delight - so friendly, warm, just overall super pleasant. I'd also called ahead to let them know we'd be arriving late, he was nice on the phone and told us to drive safely. The hotel itself is clean and everything was as expected. Only negative was the coffee - hot, light brown water. Someone please teach the person in the kitchen how to make coffee.
Lynn
Clean and comfortable.
Morgan
Yes, the front desk staff were not so friendly though.
Rebecca
Great place
Dean
Staff at front desk was not very receptive and seemed to want to be on his cellular more than being polite.
Kelley
Very hospitable staff. Clean room. Great service. :)

Frankly I thought this was a brand-new hotel. The hotel is super clean, excellent staff and great rooms. The pool was not working when we were there, so I am sur they have fixed it by now since we were there in July 2025. If we are travelling down I-70 and we stay in Limon, it will be right here at the Best Western
Richard
Needs update. And the parking needs to be clarified before reservation. Parking is one time. You can’t get your car and come back, and they are not part of the hotel, they’re contracted.
