Eric
Very convenient location for travelers. Hotel was better than average for the price. Easy walking distance to dining.
Jacob
Not a clean place. Bugs in the room. The floor in the bathroom was sticky. The room smelled like urine. There was a bright light from the parking lot outside the room that the curtains couldn’t darken. The pool was broken. Breakfast was decent and so was the exercise room.
Nina
Easy check in, polite staff, very clean rooms.
Leah
Very quiet, comfortable bed. Nice hot breakfast. We found ourselves changing course on vacation due to the Colorado wildfires. This stop was unplanned, but it was a good room for a good price.
Jessica
Clean room, comfy bed, hot shower. The sink didn’t drain well, the hall smelled like smoke (our room did not), and the breakfast wasn’t anything special, but it was a nice, affordable stay on our way home.
Julie
Staff was nice. Bathroom extremely small and outdated a bit with bathroom sink set in the room not by toilet. Key cards almost never worked to get in the room. You had to try for 2min to get it to work. Hotel is close to gas and places to eat though.
Lorraine
The room and staff were fine. The breakfast was disappointing because they were out of many items; making it difficult to have a decent breakfast.
Karen
Room had bed bugs
Lacy
The room was clean enough, but the walls are very thin so we woke up a lot from noises outside and in the room above us. The key cards we were given stopped working after we initially got into our room. Luckily we were just sleeping and didn’t leave our room until morning after we were settled in. The parking lot was not big enough for the amount of guests due to several larger trucks taken up several spaces. We got the last spot and saw other people parking in a lot next door belonging to another business. I would probably try to find a better place if I came back through this town.
Andrew
We are not an upscale family. The staff was kind at the front desk, but this facility is outdated but more important to us is that the facility is not being maintained well. The shower did not work properly at all. My son almost burned himself as the shower temperature handle is not functioning as it should—it spins around (not shutting off) and does not mix properly. There is a gap between the water spout and the shower wall. The toilet has about 3 inches of caulking messily applied around the water supply. Overall, we did not care for this stay and would not choose it again.
Brad
This was our second year at the Cimfort Inn. The girl at the front desk was very friendly ans check in was quick. We live the comfort and cleanliness of the room
Kate
Clean room and bed just minor details on corners and grout that could be updated
Dennis M
Nice clean hotel.
Debra

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. We arrived late and left early in the morning so didn’t get a chance to experience or see much.
Lucinda
The strong smell of cleaning astringent was overwhelming and nauseating. The staff was helpful and moved my room, however it did little to help the overpowering fumes. Overall, the place was dirty.
Yuriy
Good clean place
Dwell
Thw breakfast was good. Room was clean. The door keys were very finicky. It took several moments and finesse to get the door to open. We noticed several other guests had similar problems.
Mark
Clean room, decent hotel for the price and in a good location to bar and food
Timothy
The room and beds were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was helpful.
Jennifer
Room was clean. Bed comfortable. The room I stayed in was next to an entrance with automatic doors on the otherside of the wall. Between the sounds from the AC unit and the doors opening and closing, it was like a mild thunderstorm throughout the night. I slept pretty well but I can see this may bother others.
scott
Ok to stop for a night nothing great
Sheryl
Rooms, staff, breakfast all were great! The cards for the locks were terrible as had to get several replacements over our 3 day stay.
Robert
Convenient location. Oscars next door is great!
Darren
Thaw breakfast needs fresher fruits.
Jeff
Check was fast got to our room and it was definitely not ready. The bed was tilted up on the dresser. Went back to counter to let them know. Thank goodness they had another room because they were full.
Terry
Clean room needs updated
Billy
Property is well maintained and really clean for a comfort Inn.
Becky
Building was older, but clean and inside was well kept. Breakfast was decent and coffee was good.
Silvestre
It was great excellent lovely
Zanne P
Connor, who checked us in, was delightful!! Made us feel like welcome guests and gave us all the information we needed.
Scott
A basic chain hotel with easy access to I-70.
Paul
Room was very clean and beds very comfortable.
Edwin
Good
Trudi
Really everything was fine. However our door wouldn't unlock so after many trips to the front desk they finally gave us a new room. Because of that there was a billing mix up. I know that things happen but it was still a bit irritating
Blake
We had an overall good stay. Upside - very comfortable bed and the breakfast was better than most (eggs, sausages, waffles, etc). The downside for me personally was that the smell of the cleaning products/Febreze was overwhelming and having a scent sensitiviy I ended up with a headache which impacted my sleep. I certainly appreciated that the hotel is very clean but wished the smell wasn’t so evident.
Sandy
We didn’t use the breakfast area
Steve
Clean room and comfortable bed. Parking was great and there was a very good restaurant right next door. Connor did a great job getting us checked in.
Don
Bed was comfortable and room was clean. The breakfast buffet had a variety of items.
Margaret P.
The bed was clean and I slept well. The sink smelled very bad. The shower was old and not nice, but the water was hot.
The air conditioning worked.
There was lots of parking. Convenient location.
I would not stay there again.

Could use some updates but worked for one night we were there.
kristie
Rooms were good. Shower was a drizzle and could not get any internet in the room. staff was friendly
Thomas
When we pulled up, my first thought was that I wished I had known this place was next to the truck stop and I was concerned about noise. However our room was very quiet and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have experienced! Much better than expected! I wanted a King bed and we ended up with an accessible bathroom so the shower wasn't ideal (the shower head was a handheld with not great water pressure). Overall I would recommend.
Scott P
Very nice one night stay
nolan
I reserved a suite but was told at the property they never had any suites other than that the stay was good
Teton
Mattress was firm
Brandy
It was decent for the price. The bed was hard and uncomfortable but the room was clean.
David
It was a very nice place to stay for the price. The shower was excellent.
Stan
Overall excellent, but I noticed two things that need improvement. First, the heater, air conditioner/heater seemed to be working independently of the thermostat. I finally got the temperature to be comfortable, but it required a lot of experimentation.
Also, there was snow and ice outside the exit that was not addressed in a timely fashion. I almost fell as I was exiting the first time in the morning. That was at 9:00AM.

Don
Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Great selections for breakfast.
Karey Ann
This place was such a welcome find. It was affordable and the breakfast was actually great, unlike a lot of places that claim breakfast. Once the pool re-opens I would recommend staying here instead of somewhere in Denver if you’re heading west.
Savanna
Room was clean. Enjoyed my stay!
Joshua
The room was very nice. Conner helped me check in and was very polite and fast. Great stay.
Hearl
The advertised a indoor pool and hot tub but did not state that it was out of commission being remodeled. grandkids were not happy.
Ben
If pool n hot t down take that option off your page.
Patty
Yes the place needed some attention! The pool and hot tub not working!
Patty
The place is kinda run down! Was looking forward to pool and hot tub! Not working! Very disappointed
Kara
We arrived exhausted from a long day of driving. The front desk staff was friendly, but we couldn't get into our room with the keys he gave us. When we returned, he gave us keys again and told us to try again. We went back to the room and it still didn't work. We had to go back to the front desk and then he came back with us to the SAME room and the keys didn't work for him. He finally gave us keys to a different room. The whole thing took nearly a half hour when we just wanted to crash and sleep. Then the neighbors down the hall seemed to be young men - maybe truckers? And they were loudly enjoying themselves and keeping the whole hall awake. They finally quieted down a little after we complained to the front desk. The beds were perfectly comfortable, but the room overall felt a little dated - there was damage in the shower. and the bathroom was cramped. I ended up hitting my head very hard on the towel rack because it was positioned really close to the side of the shower where the knobs and faucet were. Breakfast was good. Overall it was fine, and the price was reasonable, but could have been better.
Joe
The stay was amazing in general. The staff, the pool and hot tub. Quiet and clean. All amazing
Michelle
Comfortable, clean , convenient

did not have room type
Hotel.com advertised and charged extra for. Hotel.com owes me $30+ and other than the nice hotel beds and linens, the room and bathroom needed general maintenance.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The hotel allows pets so be prepared for barking dogs. We had to switch rooms, but staff was very accommodating. The comforter on the bed had a red stain, but otherwise clean!
Mike
Lobby and breakfast room were very cold, room lighting was terrible, check-in was fine, room keys didn’t work well.

If ever a hotel needed a remodel it is this one. It was clean but everything is so run down, paint chipping, the pool area had exposed wires, etc

1) Electronic door lock malfunction (multiple trips to front desk. 2) No Internet (staff said it was too cold...). 3) Microwave in room broken (staff did not know and would report it). 4) Room smelled dirty - like urine

The parking lot was a little tight to access with a trailer if not done a certain way. There was also plenty of trash in the parking lot. Overall the rooms were clean enough. The building is an older one but still plenty comfortable. Enough decent choices for food nearby.
Gary
Very good

Upon arrival there was a dead mouse in our room. The toilet wouldn’t flush the contents and the refrigerator wasn’t cold
Pamela
There was plenty of room for breakfast. The person stocking the area was helpful and pleasant. A very nice stay.
