We arrived exhausted from a long day of driving. The front desk staff was friendly, but we couldn't get into our room with the keys he gave us. When we returned, he gave us keys again and told us to try again. We went back to the room and it still didn't work. We had to go back to the front desk and then he came back with us to the SAME room and the keys didn't work for him. He finally gave us keys to a different room. The whole thing took nearly a half hour when we just wanted to crash and sleep. Then the neighbors down the hall seemed to be young men - maybe truckers? And they were loudly enjoying themselves and keeping the whole hall awake. They finally quieted down a little after we complained to the front desk. The beds were perfectly comfortable, but the room overall felt a little dated - there was damage in the shower. and the bathroom was cramped. I ended up hitting my head very hard on the towel rack because it was positioned really close to the side of the shower where the knobs and faucet were. Breakfast was good. Overall it was fine, and the price was reasonable, but could have been better.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The hotel allows pets so be prepared for barking dogs. We had to switch rooms, but staff was very accommodating. The comforter on the bed had a red stain, but otherwise clean!

The parking lot was a little tight to access with a trailer if not done a certain way. There was also plenty of trash in the parking lot. Overall the rooms were clean enough. The building is an older one but still plenty comfortable. Enough decent choices for food nearby.

Parking was over crowded( to be expected with construction in area) property and room were fine and as expected for the price. Clerk was drunk or high and forgot what she was doing halfway through. Checked into room already booked with someone staying in it. Took four attempts to explain the problem before coworker took over. Otherwise, what do you expect for a Benny?

Don’t ask for it if it’s not in your room

We were traveling for business and asked if we could borrow another desk type chair. NO. Specifically chose a hotel/room with a bathtub. There was no drain stop. Asked front desk for one, “we don’t have any”. I said none on the whole property? “None, we ran out and my manager said we need to order new ones”.

I had to park clear away from the motel, but that was no problem! Everything worked fine in the room, the only complaint I had was the morning breakfast, cold coffee, no tongues to get bread out, my sausages were several days old! Other then that it was fine!

Parking lot taken over by trucks and trailers.
Barely found a spot to park. Checked in and gave wife keys to room. Found her standing in hallway scared. Room occupied with stranger and barking dog. Thank God, door didn’t open all the way.
Was told, sorry, no rooms left. Retrieved pickup to load back up. Oops, now they have found a room. Parking space taken. Have to locate another. Crowded.
16 hours driving and very tired. If no wife , highway rest stop would have been better.

I received several insect type bites on my left arm, left hand, neck areas while sleeping. I noted unvaccumed carpet behind the furniture (a simple pull out chair), carpets were old. Water damaged walls/sheetrock surrounding the shower.

We had to check in very late at night (after notifying the staff). The parking lot was almost completely full, with at least one other car circling the lot when I took my dog back out to pee. We were a bit nervous someone was going to try to break into the car. The outside doors were not locked, which seemed a bit strange.
The property is a bit worn down and old. The fridge in our room wouldn’t stay shut, so it didn’t keep anything cold.
Breakfast service was understaffed, the hot food was empty multiple times with people waiting.

If you are just staying for one night it’s not the worst in the world. Overall, the building is run down and feels dirty. The beds were okay, but the bathroom was terrible. Just the look of the shower made me decide pretty quickly I would not be taking a shower there. The pool area is run down, and not very appealing. Breakfast was basic and decent. I’d say if you’re traveling solo and don’t mind a place a little run down then its okay. However, traveling with a family and small kids not so great.
