Service was very poor otherwise, receptions English was not good. Cleaning was very poor and got a bit better after a complaint (I rarely do)
Calling the cart to pick up was a lottery, maybe they come, maybe they don’t.

check-in was smooth, room was ok , but lots of dust.

The most serious issue was the extreme noise every single night. It sounded like a nightclub or bar was directly behind the hotel. The noise was so loud that the beds were physically shaking, and sleep was nearly impossible. I had to sleep with tissue in my ears just to cope with the noise. I am 36 years old and enjoy nightlife, but this was far beyond reasonable.
On top of this we experienced three power cuts.
Only positives was breakfast and the pool, close to beach but I defo wouldn’t return , I’m sure you could find much nicer hotels in Phuket , but shoutout to Sol who helped with luggage he was lovely , always helping and smiling .

Title: BEWARE — This Hotel Stole money From Me!

I booked this hotel in Phuket for 6 nights, paying a pretty high price. After the first night, I woke up with an intense, sharp pain in my lower back that made it hard to breathe — maybe from their terrible mattress. The pain was so severe I couldn’t risk spending another night there, so I checked out the next day.

That’s when the outright theft started. The hotel refused to refund me the remaining nights, claiming they would “take care of me” if I returned. When I came back three days later, the reception staff actually laughed at me, refused to give me a room, and still wouldn’t return my money. When I mentioned writing a bad review, they basically laughed at me and kicked me out with nothing.

They also clearly took advantage of the fact that I don’t speak the local language, making it even easier for them to treat me unfairly.

I’ve visited Thailand many times and have always known Thai people to be honest — I have never experienced theft like this. But this hotel stole money me without any shame.

As far as the hotel itself, it’s a huge place full of nothing. It has a beautiful pool that closes at six, and to exit the property you actually need a golf cart.

The noise from the bars across the road echoed into the junior suites. Although very clean it is a little dated. Staff were nice. Buffet breakfast good. Spa has been moved to under the rock waterfall while renovations are underway. A sign needs to be put up for people swimming in that area to be quiet while treatments are being done. I had three women talking, laughing and squealing right near my head during the massage for most of the treatment time. I felt sorry for the massage therapist, it was the best massage I have ever had spoilt by inconsiderate noisy women.

Took a long time to check-in as western guests kept queue cutting and the staff went ahead to serve them anyway. We only managed to check-in after we voiced our displeasure at the queue cutting with the staff at the counter.

Room had lots of flying insects and I spent some time getting rid of them but eventually still had a few living with me over my stay.

This was a work trip to attend a conference in the resort, so I was not too picky on the comfort and relaxation parts.

The areas outside the property had a lot going on. Food and drinks are in easy access, so too are pharmacies and seven-eleven shops. Note that there are many cannabis shops all around the area, so be aware of the food and drinks that you buy from the roadside shops.

Brilliant position. We were in the premium deluxe bungalow behind reception. Very quiet and close to one of the quieter pools. Lovely room. Only a wardrobe for clothes which was awkward for our 2 week stay. Could have done with a chest of drawers. Huge choice at breakfast for most cultures. A little tipi food & entertainment area was opened on our second week. Fabulous evening meals and singer. Bus stops are close by to phuket town and for the smart bus along the coast. Great location for trip transfers as no additional fee charged. Close to markets and about 10/15 min walk from Bangla road. We spoke to the new General Manager who was mingling with guests asking for feedback. We loved it so much we booked for Jan 2026 whilst in the taxi going to phuket airport on our way home.

The resort grounds are nice and the pool is amazing, its also very near Patong beach.Everything else is medicore/stuck in the 80s.
- Talk about a first impression: Check in takes about 30(!) mins. They do it very slow and full of documents. Feels like a trip to the IRS, not a 5 resort.
- Entire room has one electric socket, very inconvenient
- Toilet doesnt flush well
- Breakfest is served HOT, and In don't mean the food, I mean there's no AC and the room feels like a sauna. Food is also just OK, with the same stale muffins for dessert every day

Overall this couls have been an amazing resort but the the small details/lack of hospitality really brings thw whole thing down.

The Resort itself is decently good! It offers some things for children (a great kiddy pool, splash pad, kids play area etc).

Unfortunately our stay wasnt the greatest. It was our honeymood and we came from across the world (which means we spent a LOT of money on this trip).

Our room key failed a total of 5 times and instead of addressing the problem the resort issued us new cards that continued to not let us in our room. (We were traveling with a 2 yr old so imagine them crying they need to pee and you cannot get into your own room only to run all the way to reception and the next card not work either.

My husband speaks Thai so eventually he got fed up and told them it was most likely the batteries in the door lock instelf. That took TWO more days for them to change.

Once that was dealt with the next day my son and I were in the hotel room and we heard a downpouring of what we thought was rain.. then I quickly realized it was in our room and the vent above the front door was pouring out water into our unit. It flooded the front quickly before it slowed. I had to call the front desk several times before someone came. It got everything at the front door wet.

They had maintenance come and fix it and left without a word. It was extremely frustrating to have not a single word said to us about any of this.


Overall we will not be returning to this resort unfortunately.

The property had several key features that were closed, namely the spa which was a key feature during booking. Also, the hotel claims to have a kids club but this feature exists in name only. They have colored mushroom shaped buildings that look decent from the outside, but instead on the inside the place smelled horrible and was revealed to be a series of unkept and dirty rooms with no staff and no areas you would actually want your children playing. The final straw was the unbelievably rude interaction between senior staff during checkout where the treatment was worse than I have ever experienced as a guest of any establishment. Recommend staying far away from this place.

After 2 days discussion with the manager we had all issues in the room fixed and my mum was moved to a hotel room closer to ours. The breakfast is great and the staff is very polite. Hotel needs some major renovations as facilities are outdated and broken.
The location is great and there are heaps of bars and restaurants in a walkable distance.

Beautiful resort with biggest pool in Patong!

The resort is very large with beautiful tropical gardens but is so spaced out it is still private. Has 3 pools, largest is incredible, they now have water slides. Breakfast menu very good,plenty of variety. Staff are very friendly, full security, never felt unsafe. Resort at bottom of Patong so is quiet but close enough to walk to beach and to town for all the action. Lovely night market with delicious food!

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at! The hotel staff will track you and lie to you. I ask for a second key and they wanted 200 baht for it, I advised “no”. She gave me the key anyway but since then the electricity and air conditioning to my room was turned off multiple times and I had to call the operator multiple times and ask for my air con and electricity to be turned back on. At one point it was 40 degrees outside and the entire hotel lost electricity, and staff did not care about the guests. At breakfast time, we were not permitted to sit inside air conditioning as the waitress said “only Chinese people” get to sit inside. Avoid this hotel as much as you can, yes it’s quieter but if you want to be robbed for your money and be over heated in your room or the hotel to track where you go and turn your electricity off, then go right ahead. Staff at the front desk were also rude and disrespectful, they wanted 3000 baht on check in, any travellers stuck for cash will have no choice to budget their holidays or spending money. The bathrooms are disgusting, you go to the toilet and you literally put your hand into the water and the shower was broken. The bathroom towels had holes and ripped and the bed is rock hard, could not use the rain shower as rusted.In the past, this hotel would have been great, but now run down. And the fact that I left my Apple Tag in the room and I have evidence via tracking and the hotel denied this, tells me the hotel and fraud!

After booking this I was little concern as there where a lot of negative reviews so here are my honest reviews we are well travelled and this is our 3rd time to Thailand but first to this resort!
We have just had 10 nights here with our family of 4(2 x tennages) we travelled with another party group of 13 that consisted of young children 1-8 years
Rooms are great only fault is the lay out of the room with the bathroom at the front area(we had a grand deluxe room x 2)also ask for 2 keys need to keep air con going
Pools are fantastic(very clean),breakfast is great a lot of range to choose from
Pool access bar is terrible drinks aren’t nice plus along time to make your drinks
You have to remember you are in foreign country so there is a language barrier my advise you use the translate app specially at reception
Rooms cleaned daily times differ
Good location
Also note there are no lifts we were on the 3rd floor few stairs
Also a walk to front gate but can get golf buggy
Would recommend this resort

The staff is horrendous. Out of the 8 hotels I stayed in around Thailand this was the worst. They put my mom and I in a twin room with NO BATHROOM DOOR. An area of the room with a shower, toilet, sink, just open to the rest of the room. Imagine eating some spicy Thai food and having to go to the bathroom with your mom, spouse, friend, or whoever and they can hear and smell everything! Gross! When I asked to change rooms I had to pay more and my check in time was pushed back because I upgraded my room. Guess what, they don’t care. And don’t even take your frustration out on them because they will ignore you the rest of the time like you don’t exist. The hotel was outdated and you have to walk a mile to even get to the exit of the hotel which fine at night but during the day with the heat it is terrible. The pool is nice but you have to claim your chair at like 9 am or you will get stuck in the sun all day.

They got my drink orders wrong at the pool, then forgot my next drink and forgot the food order for my pregnant wife. She was then starving and unfortunately none of the bar staff spoke Thai or English. Then I asked them to bring another drink in ten minutes so I wouldn’t have to get burned walking over to the bar again. They forgot that drink. I walked over 30 minutes later to get it myself again.

Our room in building 5 has extremely thin walls and drum and bass playing through the walls all night so that was great for my baby to sleep.


Pool was great, food at breakfast was good. Hotel was medium. Very very medium.

We had the best stay at this resort. The property is huge and the 3 pools are amazing and not crowded. It’s conveniently steps away from patong
Beach and the shopping areas. The staff is very friendly and are very accommodating. We booked many tours through the resort and the employee that helped us was able to book us every tour we wanted with no problems including taxi services. I would stay here again. If you are going to stay in patong beach, I highly recommend this resort! The property has security and we felt incredibly safe.

My recent stay at the hotel in Phuket was an absolute nightmare. The level of service was abysmal, leaving me utterly dissatisfied. From the moment I checked in, it became apparent that the staff lacked basic hospitality skills, displaying a shocking disregard for guest satisfaction. The room itself was a disappointment – unkempt, with a pervasive odor that suggested a lack of cleanliness. The amenities promised were either non-existent or in a state of disrepair, making the entire experience an egregious waste of money.

This establishment fails to meet even the most basic standards expected of a hotel in a popular tourist destination. The exorbitant cost did not align with the dismal quality of service and accommodations provided. I would strongly advise against anyone considering this hotel; it not only tarnished my Phuket experience but left a lasting impression of frustration and regret. In the realm of hospitality, this establishment's shortcomings are truly unparalleled, making it an unfortunate black mark on the reputation of accommodations in the region.

Terrific area, very quiet but close to the streets and beach. Difficult to arrange a transfer from airport as all emails went unanswered, even though a transfer was supposed to be included. Hotels.com didn't assist when I called them for help either. Room booked was different to the one we received. It was dated, but clean and comfortable.

Upon our arrival the initial check-in was done efficiently. However when we were taken to our room, it was located on the 3rd floor, with NO elevators and the distance from the main office, dining area, was a great distance. This required a supplied Buggie cart. We were reallocated another room only to find that this room was even further away, was not what we had paid for , a premier Deluxe room and had amenities issues.
After a discussion with the Manger the next day, we were reallocated another room, junior suite, which in itself, was adequate. There were issues with this room, these being: the bed was Too hard and the internal bedding reinforcement/springs was very uncomfortable. The television in the room was too small given the size of the room and that there was no seating. There was another issue with the television channels, the fact that there was only (3) English channels and these were only news channels is totally unacceptable for a supposed 5 star hotel/resort. The breakfast was limited, very rarely changing and did not cater for those with special needs.
Overall the resort is TOO big and would pose an issue at the \"high\" season with the limited dining area.
However, the staff that we interacted with were very typical Thai, very friendly and would do what they could to make you feel welcome.

The property is not anything like it looks in the pictures on the web. Yes I know this is a common complaint but it really does not. The main pool is partially blocked off, they are pulling apart the middle island area, you can’t even see where it was. The rooms don’t have satellite TV, pretty sure it is just local! The only stations in English are news, you can’t even get English subtitles. Emailed the management to complain, they didn’t even respond! Stayed for four nights, killed a cockroach in the bathroom on the second. It was still there when we left.
The staff don’t smile or say good morning at breakfast, they all look like they are hating life. It had its good points, the breakfast was good. They also drive you to and from the main gate and your room. Would I stay there again? Very unlikely.

A fantastic swimming pool with a cave and waterfall, plus 2 other good pools. Location is on the south end of Pattong beach, convenient for shopping and dining options. We stayed in one of the villas, which is a bit dated but qas clean and quiet. The bed is probably the hardest one I've ever slept on and the breakfast was ok.

- the grounds are really nice
- the location is good, and far enough from all the noise that it’s not crazy loud at night
- the coffee given at breakfast was good
- the water pressure in the shower was the worst I’ve ever seen. It was next too impossible to shower. Water dribbled out of the shower head.
- the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. We woke up every morning with aches.
- the wifi was horrible. It cut out all the time. Like every 30 seconds sometimes. Lots of times you couldn’t connect at all, or the network would just disappear.
- the cleanness of the pool was questionable. It felt slimy at times.
- the included breakfast was very poor quality. Everything tasted cheap and of poor ingredients. Even the selection of food options was weird and unappetizing, and I have a very wide range of tastes. I didn’t feel like I should’ve been eating what they served.
- the didn’t clean the rooms very well
- the safe in the room didn’t work very well and I couldn’t get my stuff out easily
- the doors don’t seem well, or have a sweep at the bottom, so wildlife and bugs get in easily.
- there was no proper control over the AC. I think they permanently set it and gave you controls to give the appearance you had control beyond an on/off and fat speed button.
- there was a maintenance door outside our room that didn’t latch properly and kept opening and slamming loudly in the wind.
- staff service was poor. They dismissed people quickly and didn’t listen to requests

Beautiful gardens and grounds, very well maintained. Close to Beach and Bangla rd where the fun is. Superb swimming pools with bar and food available close by. staff very helpful and naturally friendly. Great breakfast every morning with western dishes and traditional Thai food. The rooms are very nice and extremely comfortable with solid beds that were great to sleep on.

This was a nice hotel. It was very close to the beach. The breakfast was awesome. It was a real American breakfast. I have been in Thailand for a long time and they usually serve lunch Thailand’s for breakfast there this was a straight American breakfast with everything you could write, loved it.

Beautiful resort. Pool was not crowded at all because was big. I wish they can change the breakfast food choices daily because when you stay for long time like us it get kind of boring. Email replying was fast and very helpful.

Stayed in 2 rooms during the stay. Premier deluxe - very comfortable large bed however small bathroom and toilet door hit toilet. Shower was bath and shower combined. Water pressure was low and hot and cold. Junior suite very spacious however bed very hard and smaller than premier suite. 3 pools very clean and poolside food and drinks amazing. Very large resort with grand entrance an oasis away from noisey Patong beach. Stay at resort 11 years ago staffing levels are lower now. Enjoyed staying and will return.

It is totally 5 star hotel. Hotel area is very nice and lots of green everywhere. Room is very big and comfortable. Bed is very nice. Service in hotel is friendly and they have nice golf car you can use to driver pick you up. Breakfast was a little bit disappointing since there was not so many European options mostly Thai food but totally understand since it is local thing.
