This was my second stay. The hotel is located minutes away from Placa Espana and the bus station so traveling about the island is super easy. Staff was wonderful and my room was super clean. I will stay again if I find myself in Palma..............I hope I will someday

Overall, the place is nice. Room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that it was noisy in the morning. Each day I was awakened earlier than I'd have liked because of the noise. Various power tools being used (a jackhammer one day, a powerwasher the next), loud guests in the courtyard, etc. If you're one of these people who wakes up at 6AM everyday it might not bother you, but if like me, you like to sleep in a bit on vacation... its something to consider. This despite sleeping with ear plugs in. Other than that, its okay.

Large room with comfortable bedding. Only thing lacking was having take stairs to your room. Breakfast was well presented and self serve. Enjoyed the coffee and croissants each morning along the Spanish ham very tasty

We had a relaxing stay. The hotel was well located for everything we wanted to see and do. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable.

Hotel perfectly located for old town walks and and well connected with airport public bus a1. Literally 5 mins walk from the bus stop. The staff went over and beyond to make our short stay memorable. Receptionist was lovely and spoke immaculate English. Very friendly and accommodating to our 2 year old. Breakfast ample. Bar reasonably priced with very good cocktails. We stayed in a junior suite which was designed with style, simplicity and functionality in mind. I would not hesitate to stay there again though in high season I anticipate it might be outside of my price range.

Great central location. Only a one night stay, so it did the job. Nice room but maybe could do with a little TLC with touch ups. Very comfortable bed and nice spaces with the hotel. Good breakfast to start the day.

I really like the location, right in the heart of the city. I thought the room was lovely and the staff were superb. BuT, i have a gripe: i informed the hotel as soon as i booked that my wife and I are both vegan, and would be very pleased if they could take that into account, during our stay. I even made some suggestions such as mushrooms, tofu, vegan sausages, vegan cheese, berejenas etc...
Every breakfast, for 4-days running, we were offered avocado on toast. After the 2nd day, we asked, please can we have mushrooms on toast the next morning, just for a change. The waitress said she'd tell the kitchen. But the next morning, yup: avocado-on-toast.

A great city retreat
A wonderful small boutique hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful any time of day or night (as we arrived from the airport really late). The atmosphere is wonderful - so relaxing and a haven of little courtyards.
They were always willing to help us out from taxi bookings to recommending places to see.
We really enjoyed the ability to book the roof top pool, it made it a relaxing experience and not rushing to try and secure a space.
Breakfast was delicious, our only comment is there could be a little more choice of hot food as it was running low as the morning went on but the whole spread was delicious.
We have recommended to friends and will be back for sure!

lovely hotel in the centre of Palma with Boutique vibe and friendly staff , I had a double room for solo use that was nicely appointed and very clean with excellent bathroom , only comment is there was no view and below the window was a generator of some sort that fired up and ran every 20 mins or so it went all night by night 3 I had kind of stopped noticing it but not the quietest room I've ever stayed in , but the location in Palma definitely made up for that.

Great location and a comfortable hotel
For the price, the location is fantastic. You are 30seconds from one of the main shopping streets and a couple of nice coffee shops. Overall, the hotel room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We had a broken AC on arrival, but it was fixed within 24hrs. They gave us a fan as soon as we told them about it. The night porter was friendly and helpful when we arrived after midnight. Room needed a few paint touch ups, however this did not change how comfortable we were. You can only book the rooftop pool for an hour a day, it would have been better for 1.5hrs as by the time you get up there and get comfortable, you don’t have much time relaxing. Restaurant is clean and the breakfast selection was great.
As I said, the location alone makes the price reasonable. We also used the parking for €20 per night, you can only park a small car in there. We hired a Skoda Octavia estate and I just about managed to get in and out without scraping it!

Very nice hotel, a couple of points for management though. The room needs 2 comfortable chairs in it, without them, it is difficult to just relax and read in your own space. The pool was closed, and this was one reason why we booked the hotel as the weather was fabulous. Minor points otherwise a lovely stay and lovely hotel. Thank you

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. A very warm welcome, friendly staff and lovely room. The front desk manager(s) were so helpful. Even to the point they emailed recommendations for bars, beaches and restaurants!
Easily walkable to all main locations but quiet and relaxed when in the hotel. Pool was small but ideal after a long day of exploring.
We didn’t chose the breakfast option at the hotel but there is a bakery across the street which made the best pastries of the trip!

The property was really well put together and the staff were great. Really convenient location on the high street in the old town and close to Plaza España for transport connections. Our first room in the hotel had an incredibly noisy AC unit but the staff organised the next day a transfer to another room which fixed the issue.

Loved our stay at MHOUSE Palma, a great location and easy to walk everywhere. Rooftop pool was great and accessible most days if needed, staff were very accommodating. Room was very clean and spacious with plenty of amenities if required - fully stocked mini bar etc.
Note that the restaurant isn't open on Sunday and Monday eve but otherwise a great spot for a cocktail or cold drink in the courtyard.

Good but a little overpriced
Lovely decor, great location, extremely friendly staff especially the lovely Santi on the bar and the reception staff, the breakfast was good but maybe just a little overpriced. Our room was comfortable enough but faced directly on to a graffitied wall as it was on the ground floor. We didn’t really use the pool as it was very small and we went to the beach most days. At almost 1000 for four nights stay with no breakfast included i think it was a little overpriced to be honest but nonetheless a nice hotel.

The hotel is a lovely welcoming space in a quiet little alley off a busy shopping street. The staff are excellent and the court yard is beautiful. It has a little roof top pool which you can book for an hour too. Breakfast was good but didn’t try the other food as they close the restaurant Sundays and Mondays. Very comfy bed.

Lovely staff and really nice room, only problem was there’s no lift so we had to drag 4 heavy suitcases up and down stairs the girl at reception did offer to help but we felt bad and did it ourselves, hotel is in a great location! I would return to this hotel it’s really nice.

Loved the location. Room is perfect for two if all you need is a place to stay. Everything is so walkable. The breakfast is amazing!! And so are the drinks. Staff is so sweet. Even the manager came up to me and asked how I was doing. Love the small rooftop pool. I’d stay here again!

Our room was a fair size for the most basic, and the windows opened to let air in, plus the a/c worked well to heat the room.
Great shower. Lovely large and soft towels. Toiletries nice tho no hand/body lotion which was missed (I was backpack only so hadn’t taken my own)
Bed & pillows were extremely comfortable. Robe & slippers much appreciated.
A wardrobe which had interior lights - one of life’s little bonuses!
The bar/reception area is nice and comfortable too. The outside patio is attractive though not warm enough for us in January to sit out.
The only downside is the access area to the hotel; lots of graffiti (and that’s a huge problem in most of Palma city…) but once you’re inside, it’s a little piece of paradise.

Amazing stay. Hotel in great location in the old town. Superb customer service. Everyone so friendly and very helpful. Fabulous beds. Rooms are around a lovely Spacious courtyard. There is also a small rooftop pool with 4 beds. All in all delightful.

i enjoyed my stay, located in a great place, 4 min walk to the main trains station. the receptionist are wonderful and sooooooo helpful. i loved hanging out in the lounge area. all the restaurants are in walking distance. already booked to come back.

Lovely stay here. The room was modern and spacious. The communal breakfast and relaxing area was stylish. Only downside was the noise of the busy town outside the window, although it was still quiet at night. Also the sunloungers next to the pool could do with a revamp/replacement. A very good hotel that is located not far from the main shopping area of Palma, easy walk to the Old Town and market. Hotel was Clean tidy and very comfortable, the breakfasts were lovely and were in the bar area. The staff were excellent giving good recommendations on restaurants/ tapas bars also. The ladies at breakfast work very hard keeping you supplied with great coffee and hot food, also a good selection of cold meats/ cheeses and pastries/ bread etc.

On the whole very nice, with some minor annoyances. One morning had cold showers due to a fault and found some hair and dust in the bathroom. Our room 104 had half dozen loose tiles coming away from the wall. Not enough hooks and shelf space in the bathroom and limited hangers in wardrobe.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, great location and easy to find when punching in the address in the GPS even if in the heart of Palma and navigating through narrow streets. Parking was easily arranged directly with the hotel at a cost of €12 per night which is fair and parking in Palma in general is horrendous. As the hotel is very close to just about everything, we didn't need to use the car at all and just left it in the hotel. We arrived at 15:00, one hour later than we had informed the hotel but the staff was so friendly and service-minded. The hotel itself is beautiful and cozy. Modern with a designer touch which creates a homely feeling. Room was arranged right away and the cava I had pre-ordered to the room was there on chill. After this we didn't spend much time in the hotel as we had plans for the afternoon and evening and only got back late around 1am, we realized we had forgotten our phone chargers but a quick call to reception and within 3 minutes the night receptionist was knocking on the door and let us borrow one of their chargers for the night. The bed was incredible, so good we even missed breakfast. Check-out nice and smooth, would have loved to stay longer than just a single night but it was a little get away for us as we work a lot on the island. Personally I never really take the time to write reviews but on occasions like this when the hotel and the staff was incredible, they deserve all praise they can get.

Lovely hotel, very clean, rooms have everything you would need. Breakfasts very good, staff friendly. In the centre of Palma, close to all amenities. Will stay at his hotel on my next visit to Palma. Recommend.

A comfortable hotel,but probably wouldn't go back
Let's get the good things out of the way first because most things about our stay were good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the location in the city is very central
We stayed for 6 nights, and by the end, I was finding the breakfast quite unappealing. It is a set menu - choice of 6 dishes for first course, same for second course. I don't eat eggs and 4 of the first course dishes were eggs. That was accompanied with a very small glass of orange juice, with the chance to buy some more exotic fruit drinks at 5.50 EUR each. It didn't matter that the quality of the food was good, the effective lack of choice wasn't great, I can't tell you how much I would have preferred a buffet with hindsight - and more drinks!
The second thing to say is that the hotel hides right at the bottom of the small print that it has no lifts. That caused me quite a lot of difficulty as I have arthritis in my feet. It really should be more clearly started. A few years ago it would have been no issue but now it is, and though I managed it was a bit of a trial. It should also be noted that access to a taxi is down quite a long flight of narrow slippery steps - though the hotel can't do much about that

Hidden Gem in Palma Old Town
Lovely boutique hotel in the centre of Palma old town. Great location for the local attractions and shops. The rooms are clean and modern. The food is excellent and staff are very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Although a little tricky to find as its located in a side street, it is right in the middle of the old town only a 10 min walk to the Cathedral and harbour/marina - so great location. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the service was excellant. Our room was a little on the small side (that it what you expect in an old converted town house in the middle of town) but cleanliness and facilities were very good. Breakfast was great...waiter service rather than buffet but a great choice, enough to keep everyone happy. The only downside to our stay was the evening meal in the hotel we had one night - the started was great but the main course let it down by a lot of the dishes being cold.
Overall a great stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a bit of character in the middle of town.

A genuine, hostile tourist trap.
A room that had no chair, a breakfast extreme on calories and a tiny bathroom. On top of that they have a garage that only takes small cars and with no warning before you are stuck. The manager was fully prepared to document he had taken his legal precautions - makes me wonder why not instead put an effort in advising his guest before damages occur.

Cosy little gem hidden away in the old town
Chose this boutique hotel as it is right in the centre of Palma old town and looked very quirky. It was tricky to find; the entrance is at the foot of a narrow passage. There is parking under the hotel but the access was too narrow for my car. However there are plenty of nearby car parks.
The hotel has lots of character and is beautifully presented, with a pretty internal courtyard for dining, a trendy bar area, covered, external dining area and another bar in the basement.
Our room was lovely; very clean with a large comfy bed, music system, extensive mini bar and small shower room. The shower products are Rituals brand and I appreciated the additional, thoughtful items such as the toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair brush, shaving kits and body sponge, as well as the fluffy robes, slippers and huge soft towels. It certainly was very comfortable. Unfortunately some of the lights and plug sockets didn’t work and the curtains did not close all the way across the window.
Breakfast is a la carte. It was delicious, but I waited 20 minutes just to get a menu, and didn’t receive any drinks or food for 40 minutes. I nearly walked out of the restaurant. I was desperate for coffee and that waiting time was unacceptable. It rather spoilt what was otherwise a comfortable stay.

Hotel has recently been refurbished in the past few months and it shows in a good way. Has a great feel as soon as you walk in and is well decorated.
Really friendly welcome and check in, and was given a lovely welcome drink and also able to check into our room early.

Only thing to note is the underground car park is very tight to get into. Our hire car was a Passat and I’m a really good driver and it took me a while to get in and was very close to scraping it a few times. I’d recommend getting nothing bigger than a mid sized car. We were able to use a sister hotels car park about 5 mins away for the same price however.
Would definitely recommend staying and would do so here again.

It should have been made clear before we booked that the pool is not open as this was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel, and it still implies on the M House website that it is open .
