The Privê Costa Dourada is a group of chalets located in the municipality of Maragogi, belonging to the coast of Alagoas. The property is just a few steps from the blue waters of Ponta de Mangue Beach, with an excellent Leisure Structure and a great cost x benefit for couples or families wishing to enjoy the place.
The property has chalets with two or three bedrooms where all the facilities are furnished with air conditioning, flat screen tv with cable channels, suite with electric shower, kitchen equipped with refrigerator and household utensils, ground floor balcony with barbecue, hammocks, chuveirão and a private kiosk from the chalet.

The bungalows and the beach are nice (the beach is nice, but the water is always murky, though that is something common of the whole reason) but we had a poor experience overall. The main problems, as already shared by some other person:
1. While the rooms have air conditioning, the living room and kitchen space have no insulation on the roof, with visible open gaps between walls and roof, which makes these areas hot and it's not really possible to keep them cold; it also allows animals to enter
2. The window frames are completely open, they don't have actual window, so great and animals can enter
3. We had ants or similar on and under the beds, there was a bat in the living room
4. One night the bathroom mirror detached by itself from the wall and crashed against the sink and floor, as crazy add this sounds, really lucky nobody was in the bathroom at the time; it looks like it might have been due to bugs accumulating behind the mirror
We left early because of all these issues. The place doesn't inspired confidence in being well maintenance.
The staff was always helpful and to be fully transparent and fair, we got a refund for the nights we didn't stay, but nevertheless a bad aftertaste was left.

What a beautiful place to stay. I'm english speaking and it would have been nice if they had at least 1 server who spoke English, but it's understandable. Bungalow was wonderfully laid out, beds were comfortable, and the facilities were beautiful.

The property and bungalow we stayed in was amazing. My wife’s family and I had a great time just laying around on the beautiful beach and bungalow. There is a small grocery store on the property so you can buy what you need to cook and drink during your stay.

Amazing beach, beautiful water, very quiet place, we loved!
No frills, cute and funcional little houses for rent in a secure place (24h access controlled), free wi-fi and 2 parking spaces per house.
Options of 2 or 3 bedrooms, 3-pieces bathrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, terrace and BBQ.
It doesn’t include breakfast or other meals, but there is a well equiped kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, cuterely etc and a BBQ, but you need to bring or buy all the higiene stuff, as soap, toialet paper, detergent etc.
They have a little store where you could buy all these and also food or even meat for preparing a BBQ, the prices in the store are just right!
They have a pool, also a little bar that serves a couple of options of food or some appetizers if you want. There is also a couple of good restaurantes near by as Peixada do Mauricio and our favorites Sabor d’ Maragoggi or a little further downtown Pizzeria Regina.
Our only complains is that they should leave soap at the pool washroom and the pillows should be a bit more confortable.

Estrutura nova e bem cuidada. Equipe simpática. Cama kingsize é um diferencial. Eduarda da tapioca muito simpática e atenciosa. Únicos contratempos são as quedas de energia constantes e mesmo colocando a placa de arrumação na porta do quarto, as camareiras não fazem a arrumação. Só se pedirmos . No mais, é uma boa opção de hospedagem na região.

O bangalô é muito bom, bem conservado e com boa estrutura. Um dos grandes destaques é a área gourmet privativa bem em frente, que faz toda a diferença, com um excelente espaço para preparar um churrasco e aproveitar momentos em família.
Para quem aprecia uma praia bonita e tranquila, o local é ideal. O acesso direto à praia proporciona a agradável sensação de estar em uma praia praticamente privativa, tornando a experiência ainda mais especial.
O café da manhã é bom e é servido no restaurante à beira-mar, ao lado da piscina. O restaurante oferece um bom serviço, com pratos e petiscos saborosos. Como ponto de melhoria, o cardápio poderia ter mais opções, mas, no geral, atende bem.
Como sugestão construtiva, seria excelente se a piscina fosse aquecida. Por estar bem em frente à praia e ao lado do restaurante/bar, isso permitiria aproveitar ainda mais o ambiente à noite — curtindo a piscina, o som das ondas e momentos em família - tornando a experiência ainda mais completa. Além disso, certamente aumentaria o movimento à noite e o faturamento do bar/restaurante.

O chale é aconchegante e bem equipado, possui todos os utensílios de cozinha. A área de lazer é linda e muito bem cuidada. A vista da piscina para a praia é perfeita. A praia em frente é maravilhosa para banho e caminhadas. A única observação que faria é sobre a ausencia de serviço de quarto. Acho que poderia ter a opcao de limpeza do chale e troca de roupas de cama e toalhas.

O local é muito bonito e a área externa é bem cuidada, porém a experiência deixou a desejar em pontos essenciais. Faltam utensílios básicos na cozinha, como cafeteira, chaleira elétrica e forno, o que limita bastante o uso da estrutura. As TVs são pequenas e antigas. Um dos quartos não possuía tv, o que não condiz com o padrão esperado de hospedagens desse porte.
O Wi-Fi praticamente não funcionava durante toda a estadia, o que acabou tornando impossível utilizar internet para qualquer atividade simples. Outro ponto importante é que o ar-condicionado está presente somente nos quartos. A sala/cozinha, que é onde as pessoas convivem, não possui climatização, o que torna o ambiente bastante desconfortável nos horários mais quentes.
Também notamos a ausência de itens básicos de reposição e a grelha da área de churrasco estava danificada, precisando de substituição.
Ou seja, o lugar tem uma boa estrutura visual, mas ainda precisa de melhorias essenciais para proporcionar uma estadia realmente confortável.

Vista deslumbrante, sensação de paz absoluta. Mar à frente espetacular. O restaurante tinha preços um pouco além do que se espera pro local. Os estofados do sofá da sala estavam um pouco sujos, garrafa térmica oxidada. Senti falta de um ventilador na sala, já que não tem ar condicionado.

A localização do condomínio é excelente, e a acomodação oferece tudo o que o hóspede precisa para dias tranquilos e confortáveis. Sem dúvida, eu daria nota máxima se não fosse por alguns problemas pontuais.
O primeiro deles foi o barulho excessivo causado pelos funcionários do restaurante. Em um dos dias, uma funcionária resolveu tratar de assuntos pessoais próxima à minha janela às 7h da manhã, mantendo uma conversa alta e prolongada, o que atrapalhou o descanso.
Outro ponto crítico foi a negligência na limpeza da fossa que atende o meu chalé, que causou um desconforto significativo no uso dos vasos sanitários. Sugiro que a limpeza seja feita de forma preventiva e não apenas quando a fossa já estiver cheia, evitando que o problema se repita.
No geral, o local tem grande potencial, mas esses detalhes precisam de atenção para garantir uma experiência ainda melhor aos hóspedes.

O lugar é incrível, com acesso direto à praia e uma piscina linda à beira-mar, tudo muito bem cuidado. Além disso, é possível fazer passeios de barco saindo do próprio local, o que proporciona um conforto extra aos hóspedes.
Como pontos de melhoria, poderiam disponibilizar um rodinho de pia nas cozinhas dos bangalôs. Na área das varandas poderiam aumentar um pouco a faixa de piso ao redor, pois quando chove a água respinga na terra da grama e acaba sujando muito o piso da varanda. Por fim, o box da suíte poderia ter um fechamento completo para não molhar tanto o banheiro ao tomar banho.
Enfim, são apenas sugestões para melhorar ainda mais a experiência dos hóspedes, mas nada que atrapalhe a nota 10/10.

Belo Condomínio de casas pé na areia, na praia mais linda que você irá encontrar em Maragoggi. Não vai ganhar nota máxima, pois falta TV nos quartos ( só tem na suite) e não possui sistema de faxina (tentamos pagar e não havia disponibilidade). Voltarei com certeza!!!

Localização ótima com serviço razoável
Razoável. O complexo é bem localizado, fácil acesso à praia, piscina muito boa, mas como não tem limpeza diária da acomodação, não existe troca de toalhas nem fornecimento de papel higiênico e de sabonete. Esses itens são fornecidos com um custo para o cliente. Como não sabia desses detalhes, foi uma surpresa desagradável para a família. Além disso, o café da manhã que já estava incluído na reserva, é bem limitado. Principalmente quanto à opção de frutas. Só como exemplo, nosso netinho de 2 anos gosta de banana, mas nunca foi servida.

Este chalé superou todas as minhas expectativas! Desde o momento em que entrei, fui recebido por uma estrutura incrível: o espaço é bem planejado, aconchegante e com uma decoração que equilibra rusticidade e sofisticação. As instalações estão em ótimas condições, limpas e bem cuidadas, o que fez toda a diferença para a minha estadia. A cozinha é completa, os quartos são confortáveis e as áreas de convivência são perfeitas para relaxar e aproveitar o clima. É o refúgio perfeito para quem busca conforto e tranquilidade em meio à natureza. Mal posso esperar para voltar!

Bangalôs muito confortáveis, pé na areia, cozinha completa, facilidade de acesso, bem localizado na linda praia de Ponta de Mangue, próximo às piscinas naturais, possui um mercadinho dentro do hotel exclusivo para os hóspedes, salão de jogos, ótima piscina e bar. Minhas crianças se divertiram muito com os saguis que visitam o hotel todos os dias. Foi minha segunda vez no hotel e com certeza voltaria novamente.

Die Unterkunft war schön. Das Haus bietet das nötigste, das benötigt wird. Es hat eine eher offene Bauart. Daher fliegen Stechmücken dauerhaft ins Haus und laute Nachbarn wird man definitiv hören. Der Strand ist traumhaft schön. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Es gibt einen kleinen Laden für Lebensmittel direkt in der Anlage. Zudem gibt es ein Restaurant, welches leckeres Essen zubereitet aber etwas kostenintensiv ist. Der Service dort hat eine schwankende Qualität und man muss ab und an die Aufmerksamkeit des Service suchen.

O bangalô muito bem estruturado com todos os utensílios necessários para ficarmos à vontade, em uma verdadeira temporada de praia. Churrasqueira na área gourmet de fácil acesso e utilização. A praia um show a parte, com as piscinas naturais bem em frente, proporcionando uma vista maravilhosa. Fomos contemplados com upgrade de acomodação, o que nos deixou mais confortável.
