The hotel was an excellent location! It was super easy to walk to everything in the old town. We also really enjoyed breakfast every morning from the local pastry shop, although we didn't receive our vouchers every morning. However, we encountered a few additional issues. I had messaged through hotels.com and through Whatsapp to reserve parking and a crib since we were traveling with an infant. We never got a response until we called the day of trying to find parking. We ended up having to just find parking on the street, which was frustrating since part of the reason we booked this hotel was due to the parking option. Another reason we chose this hotel was to use the crib. However we were told that the crib was in use and we wouldn't be able to use it until the second night of our stay, which was very inconvenient. The wifi was okay the first day but was worse than our limited data plan for the rest of our stay. Other than the wifi, most of the issues were at the beginning of the trip and the rest of our stay was fine. The location was a huge plus!

Outrageous that they advertise parking. I booked there specifically because of that but found when I arrived they had limited spaces and they were occupied. Drive around till you find something was the response. The shower head was broken and disconnected, the sink drain would not close and the air conditioning unit did not work. There was built up grime around the shower door. And there was no one to address any of the issues. This is the worse hotel experience I have ever had.

Never anyone at the reception, never received new towels, hotel worker booked me a transfer to the airport and it came almost 1 hour late where I almost missed my flight. Would give this one a miss.

We enjoyed staying at this property that was a short walk to all of the major sights in Lecce. The room was fabulous and well set up with everything you need. My only detractor is that the shower needed a deep clean and bleach to get rid of some stubborn discoloring in the corners.

Rude host, location is good.

Check in agent Marco is rude to guests. He accused me of making a “fuss” when I politely inquired about possibly retrieving some expensive personal toiletries left behind - realized the next day. I understand if they had been thrown away, but he was rude and cocky. He also told he “look, I have three properties to manage when I addressed being locked out in the street at check in Another guest and I were talking and he was also rude to him.

My friend and I found this great place a few hours before we decided to go to the town of Lecce- and it was a great find! Marco met us at the front desk and was very helpful! our room was nice and comfortable- and the place was right inside the old town- great to walk everywhere and enjoy the charm of the city. They also have a nice rooftop terrace. I would definitely recommend Dimora San Biagio!

Great location in the old part of Lecce. We were able to walk to all the historical sights we wanted to visit. The room was spacious and very clean. We particularly appreciated the towel warmer since we were travelling in April and the weather was still quite cool.

For breakfast we were given vouchers for a nearby cafe. Mondays, however the cafe is closed and the hotel provided us with breakfast. They went out of their way to accommodate my gluten intolerance, providing me with many options, both sweet and savoury. It was much appreciated.

Ganska livat under stora delar av natten mot söndag. Stenväggar och tak gör att ljudet fortplantas. Trasig stol som kunde ha förstört ett par byxor. Supergod middag på Signuria kompenserade allt annat.

Jättefint boende mitt i gamla staden

Som svensk så är kaffe och kaka väldig konstig frukost men den var fräsch!
Killen som tog emot oss hade ett väldigt överlägset beteende, däremot tjejen som städade var rar och vänlig!
