Staff are very helpful and hospitable, however the hotel has limited facilities. Our room on the 8th floor had a separate bedroom was OK, but stuffy as there are no balconies in the hotel and no fresh air circulating from outside. The air-conditioning in both the lounge area and the bedroom were blowing air at high volume, even when you use the lowest setting, and is directed directly above your head on the bed and sofa in the lounge, so you are feeling cold air on your face all night, which forced us to cover our heads or turn off the air con every few hours, basically not comfortable nights.

Close to airport link Hua mak station so good connection to airport. Room was OK. There were many tourist group from different countries. Breakfast is simple and tastes were similar each other. Simple swimming pool & gym (dumbbell & 2 treadmill) on the top of hotel. Supermarket is in walking distance where you can eat and shop.

Great hotel. Great staff. Perfectly situated near BKK. Not much to do in the immediate vicinity, but very close to the airport transit link and a BTS line which makes it very easy to get around town. The restaurant is was great and make sure you try the hot Thai Milk Tea at the lobby cafe!

Very useful location as I was on business in the suburbs but also wanted to visit the city. Very convenient next to the airport link train and one of the MRT lines. Good enough for the price. Lovely staff and a few good places to eat nearby. I will likely stay again when I visit the same customer. Very convenient for the airport without being right there.

Overall, I had a nice stay in this property. I chose it as I had a flight in the morning the day after. The hotel is fairly well located between central Bangkok and the airport, so it is convenient in terms of distance.
The room was spacious and had all the items you need.

However, the amenities were very dusty in some areas and could benefit for thorough cleaning.
Also, I went to the swimming pool at 7am and found a lot of dirt in the pool. It's still good to use, but I can sense that it's being neglected from the staff.

In addition, they had a bulk booking for a tour group from Korea, who happened to be extremely loud at 2am. I called the reception to have a word with their guests to be more considerate towards other guests at night. Unfortunately, the staff has not done their due diligence to reduce this pain point. I ended up talking with the guests myself as they were still loud at 3am.

I hope the management team will take this into consideration to improve their services.

Excellent location near a shopping center that has a Swensens ice cream parlour, a 24-hr grocery store, a massage place, several thai restaurants. Also, a starbucks is within walking distance. The staff is great. I loved the small rooftop pool. Close to transit, but far from the main areas of interest.

Decent hotel not to far from the hotel. Only negative was we needed a taxi to the airport early the next morning, we asked staff to arrange one, they said they didnt provide that service. Suggested we go to the corner and find one ourselves. At 5am in the morning my husband went down a dark unknown street and there was not a taxi in sight. Came back to the hotel and someone in the general area stood in the st and flagged down a taxi for us. The street food outside the hotel was absolutely amazing.

The in room information stated there was a roof top pool and workout facilities. When I didn't see an elevator button for that I asked the front desk and was told it was in another building and they would show me the way. So, when I directed them to take me to the pool I was lead outside the hotel through some construction and into, what seemed like, an abandoned hotel lobby with a pool on the ground floor. There were no towels or lounge chairs and the pool water was dirty.

We loved the room. the shower door should not be so close to the bathroom floor. When the door opens after a shower it leaves no room for the floor towel ( the floor got wet). Got the free snacks with room only the first night was stocked (stayed four nights). Breakfast didn’t seem fresh even at 630am.

Although they had plenty of vacant rooms when I arrived (at 1 AM), tey put me in one next to a nosy elevator. At 06:00 a woman hotel official tried to enter my room while I was asleep. But the door was latch-bolted so even though her pass key worked, the latch stopped her from entering. I woke up and looked out the peep hole, when I saw her approach again and try to open the door. I stood behind the door and asked what was wrong, but got no reply. She just walked away.

Stayed three nights at Zayn. Chose the hotel based off of an affordable price but got more than what we paid for: excellent service, new hotel amenities, great buffet breakfast selection, and beautiful rooms. Only caveat is that the location is a little far from the city center -- expect to pay over 100 baht to get downtown (but that shouldnt be a detriment when picking hotels). I'd stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and kind. In the building itself we unfortunately didn’t find much to praise. We’re pretty sure the first room we were given had water damage. Water (condensation?) also drips from a hole in the ceiling on top of the reception. Rooms aren’t well soundproofed, quite a bit of noise from the other rooms and the hallway. Overall the place just looks in need of repairs.

The location is kind of convenient though, right next to a supermarket and with easy access to and from the airport via skytrain.

Probably if the halal factor is important to you then you might appreciate this hotel more.

Poor sound insulation. Alarms in the next room ringing for more than 30 minutes at 4 am. Called to front desk several times but no actions was taken. Disappointed on how they assist on this. Disturbing my rest. It occurs for 2 consecutive night.
The shower hot water is inconsistent. Hot water seems insufficient and switching between hot and cold water in about every 30 second. Very annoying during shower. Need to constantly adjusting the water to avoid from getting burnt or too cold water.
