Staff, amenities were great. But the room was filled with tiny little ants and couldn't leave food/snacks out. I didn't ask for a room change because i was mostly outside in the city and only come back to sleep for 6 or 5 hours.

The staff seemed underpaid and not very friendly, none of FO staff were smiling, and one staff member, in particular, came across as rude and shows a lack of attention and knowledge about her surroundings.

The phone system is very outdated, when I called reception, it made eerie noises like something out of a horror movie. The AC is old but still functional, so that’s manageable. However, the TV is outdated.

From my perspective, for the same price, you can find better rooms, amenities, locations, and service elsewhere. I stayed at 3 different hotels for this vacation and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had during this vacation.

On a positive note, the housekeeping staff did their job very well, and there are so many good stalls near the hotel.

The fried eggs in the buffet are stone cold as they dont bother to light the flame under the egg tub to keep them warm. Also the selection is not the best and the staff in the breakfast room are more interested in playing on their phones than looking after the buffet food.
If you want a swim in the day then you have to wait until as it is closed some days for cleaning until 4pm. Then you then have to find staff to unlock the pool door area. The up side is that is a 15 to 20 minute walk to Sri Kritha Station which you can catch the Monorail to Phraya Tay station.
Then you can catch many other Sky Trains to get in and around Bangkok

This hotel looked nothing like the pictures online so much grime and dirt still in the bathroom makes me wonder if the sheets are changed i actually left 2 days early so i didn't need to stay there.

The room has small bugs everywhere. I hang my food with clothes hanger the small ants still cover on it. Ants in the bed, in the sink, in the table. Bathroom tissue holder is dirty and rusted. The staff do not speak English.

Bus terminal next door buses idling for hours every morning and people shutting doors loud and can everything in hall way hard to sleep
They dont give all your deposit back when you check out they say you havent paid it all when you have to when you arirve before you get a room key. Room key wouldnt work 3 times when i arrived staff making it out like it was my fault
I wouldnt stay again i actually want a refund for my stay

Not a 4 star hotel

If you're really looking for 4 star hotel, this is not it. It's a nice hotel, but not a 4 star. How did it get that rating? Doesn't have the service level for 4 star. No concierge, no-one to get taxi. Disappointing that there is no shuttle bus for local ABC meeting facilities, Universities or Hua Mak airport rail link, just 1-3 km away. There are 2 separate lifts with a lines waiting for 1 lift but no hotel staff with initiative to direct guests to the second empty lift. Room bathroom 1 small towel per person, need 2. If they increase the service level this could be a good 3.5 star hotel, but right now I rate it as a good 3 star.

More than happy with the hotel and service that was provided. Not so happy with the location but that was my fault. Hotel/Area not widely known by taxi operators from within Bangkok.

Best option was the BTS line direct to Bangkok, cheap and quick.

The first day I arrived i went to the room and wanted to shower i found spiders in every corner in the bathroom plus 2 of them in the room also flys everywhere specially in the bathroom where is the heater. The room isn't clean the cleaners don't really clean everything they just mop the floor and change towels and take the garbages but bathrooms sheets beds they don't even change them at all or take dust or clean the bathrooms it was terrible also there isn't in air conditioner in the hallway

Nice hotel but not good to sleep.

Hotel and staff itself very good and clean, but very bad policies of check-in. A group of disrespectful Chinese arrived after midnight making noise until 4.30 am. Slaming doors, screaming a lot, laughing loudly, etc. And the hotel security despite a couple of complaints calls for that, they did not do anything about it. It was not a good experience for me. I booked there 3 days but left next day. They didn't' offer a refund at all despite the fact that received several complaints from other guests same night, I only received a simple apology from the reception staff.

Because of a lot of work going on in the area ( sky train ) taxi s find it hard to get into,
The cleaners roll up any time of day between 0830 and 3.30 p.m. The freezer in the fridge was a block of ice , has not been cleaned for a month , All night to defrost. The clientele are mostly Chinese who seem happy enough bus loads nightly .

Our taxi from airport to hotel was nearly two hours and jam was horrific!

Hotel rooms were generally clean and decent. However breakfast was disappointing as it should try and cater to non Chinese crowd - at least have croissants, corn flakes and noodles. Hotel staff were generally nice though it was hard to communicate in English.

It was REALLY inconvenient to travel to shopping areas as we had to resort to taking taxi to metro airport link and changing to several stations via bts and not to mention long walking distance. Nothing much to do in this area therefore I personally don't recommend this hotel for people looking for shopping and eating or even services like manicures or massages.
