Huge room especially for the price. Easy walking distance to the yellow line mrt Lat Phrao 101 station. The cafe serves a really good and reasonably priced breakfast buffet. Directly across the street is a very nice laundromat with machines that wash and dry your clothes, and also adds detergent and softener automatically

I came with fairly simple expectations, but this hotel genuinely exceeded them. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. The staff were warm, attentive, and truly made me feel welcome throughout my stay. For the price, the overall experience was far better than I expected.

I recently stayed at MetroPoint Bangkok and had a truly wonderful experience!
The service was brilliant from start to finish—the staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive. It really made my trip stress-free.
My room was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious, providing the perfect quiet retreat after a busy day. I slept great!
But the biggest highlight is the location. It’s so convenient being very close to the new Yellow Line Monorail (easy to get to the station!). If you need quick and easy access to public transport to explore the city, this hotel is perfectly situated.
Highly recommend MetroPoint for comfort and convenience! I'll definitely be back.

It was only for one night but the room that was given to me was in the front, so it was very hard for me to sleep due to the noisy street and hearing everyone conversation that walked by. I was on the second floor. I didn’t use the shower because of uncleanliness. Again, it was just for one night and I was so ready to leave. But the guy staff at the front desk was so nice and friendly.

When we are checking in. The receptionist saying that we dont have reservations. She doesnt know how to check or where to check a guest. Manager left earlly for the day. No hi hello & welcome greetings. OMG ! The lobby is super dusty and dirty. The breakfast buffet is the same Daily. Coffee is not hot enough. Our room smell like urine & no iron/board. Horrible experience.

Great hotel !! Would be a FANTASTIC hotel if they cleaned better ( filthy windows, mirrors, elevator,counter tops,etc )
Room was decent but needed painting and a good thorough cleaning.

The hotel is basically as advertised though a bit outdated. My room was spacious. The chair in my room was very old and broken. Balcony was dirty. Internet was slow and unreliable. Breakfast buffet is cheap (100b) but the food is cold. No cheese. Basic coffee. Staff speaks almost no English. This is place is okay but could use some improvements.

Overall good and decent hotel! Room was tidy and cleaned when required. Hotel had good access to a 7/11 and train station nearby so very convenient! We weren’t informed about this beforehand but there is a 500 baht deposit when you check in for the hotel card key, which they will give back to you once you check out.

Pros: affordable, $6 buffett, nearby mall, accessibility to other areas, quiet, rooms are clean, and wifi is strong

Cons: staff does not speak great English, staff does not greet you, staff does not return your emails, even though buffet is cheap, the food is nominal at best and does not vary really, also no real vegetarian/vegan options available other fruit, rice and bread.
Overall: 7.1/10

I recently stayed at Metro Point Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I found hairs in both the toilet and the rooms, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. Despite bringing this issue to the staff's attention multiple times, the room was only cleaned after two days of repeated requests.

Additionally, the internet connection was highly unreliable. It kept dropping, making it difficult to stay connected for any meaningful length of time. This was especially frustrating as I needed to get some work done during my stay.

Overall, the lack of cleanliness and poor internet service made for a disappointing stay. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

We were happy with the stay at MetroPoint Hotel. Its pretty good, clean, nice, staff is friendly. Hotel is close by Mall (20 minutes walk or less), close to bazar as well and pretty affordable. For that little spent money we received much more.
I would stay here again!

The hotel is old... but value for money, it's not 5 star but it met my needs and budget. Room is big, check-in and check-out were smooth reasonably clean... but they did not change my dirty towel :( it's no big deal but something for tge hotel to improve.
Generally i enjoyed my 2 nights. It is walking distance to huge shopping mall and many food choices, not too far out of the city, but traffic is a \"minus\".
I was comfortable.

Really good facilities... once you got to know some of the transportation routes, you weren't far away at all. Sidewalk areas somewhat tricky cos very narrow along the 130 but that had nothing to do with MetroPoint. Excellent shopping within a mile.

Not like the pictures , not worth the money you spent, the girl at front desk so rude , I arrive 15 minutes before check in and just told me cannot leave bags here at corner we have. Coffee ( hotel owns it) go there and com back after 3 pm ... Really ? I was in a 13 hrs flight . Check out , the worse 11 am and people knocking at my door to get out the room , I payed 75 extra us dollars for a late check out . Not recommended stay in a better hotel like Hilton it's almost the same cost , with no rudeness . And people working and making noises since 7 am

Me and my husband are backpacking so we are on a budge but like certain comforts that we like to have.

As a hotel for the money. It is what you pay for. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Just remember you need 500 baht in cash as a danage deposit.

The rooms them self could do woth an upgrade especially the showers. And re-painting as there were marks all over alls in the room.

The bedding had stained marks on them that iust need putting in the bin.

Bed was ok in comfort. Am unsure if most beds are hard. It wasnt a brick but not soft. I slept okay though so it wasnt too bad

When we first arrived the front desk lady could not speak English. It was so hard to communicate with them. Finally after checking in, we wanted to freshen up. When I got into the shower, the shower head was covered in mould. The bathroom was filthy and smelled like ciggerates. The hotel is located 20-30 minutes away from any touristy attraction. There’s no place that is good to eat around the hotel. Lastly the biggest problem we had was you can hear all the noises going on outside. We were woken up at 3am by an escort knocking on a door outside for an hour. Hotel staff did nothing about it, and when we called to complain. All they said was “no English” and hung up. By the way they have no safe so you need to carry a backpack with all your documents inside. Needless to say, don’t ever EVER stay at this hotel. There are many better options, even hostels are better than this craptel.
