Expedia showed us booked at the hotel. When my wife arrived after 2am, after driving an extremely long time, they told us they had no rooms. Staff at hotel was helpful, had to be on with Expedia customer service for over an hour. End result was they would refund my stay and I had to find another hotel.

Nice breakfast and comfortable room. If you like to unpack and hang clothes, please note that there is not space to do this. There are no drawers, and not a dedicated closet. The bed is comfortable, there's a mini fridge to store room snacks, and the ice machine is close. You have to go downstairs for coffee (no maker in the room), but there are plenty of cream options.

The bathroom has great amenities, and is a good size. Love having breakfast and a mini mart in the lobby.

Parking is easy. A solid hotel.

Was advertised that there was an \"arcade\" but there was not. There were some board games in the lobby. The breakfast was inedible and microwaved Styrofoam. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom could use some maintenance and upkeep but was fine enough. Wallpaper was peeling everywhere.

Very small room. No in-room coffee. No microwave. No chair other than desk chair. Hardboard base of bed sticks out beyond the mattress. My wife and I both banged our shins twice, because there's no room to move around. We had reserved an
\" accessable\" room but when we checked in we were told the \"accessable\" room was not cleaned yet. We reserved two nights, but we left after one night. Breakfast consisted of waffles, toast, cold cereal or donuts. Way below what we expected. We didn't eat.

This property was eh. Stayed 5 days. Front desk staff were lukewarm at best, some of the cleaning staff were extremely please however. Asked for the shower floor to be cleaned at least once a day during my first three days and ended up buying flip
flops once I realized it wasn’t going to be done. The elevator had liquid and handprints on the walls, hallways didn’t seem to be vacuumed. Will go in another direction for the next time.

AWESOME HOTEL.

Only issue was with the pool, and this is a personal preference. The water was cold. It's an indoor pool with no sunlight coming in. I prefer warmer water. One super positive is that the filter assembly is in a separate room and you can't hear it.

Our room was fantastic and very clean. And what a FABULOUS staff. And location, can't beat it. Really loved this place. Thank you.

This was our 4th stay here and normally the property has been pretty clean. This time, the property was not tidy...stains on the walls/doors in the room, carpets in the hallway not clean - had debris the entire 3 days stay, floors in the elevators spills not cleaned up.

The breakfast is the simplest, humdrum, bland I have ever had in a hotel. I went to the grocery store to buy breakfast. I stayed 9 days this time and one of two elevators were out all but the first day or two. That is better than my previous stay of around the same week and a half. Then the elevator was out the entire stay.

The room was fine, but the heater in the room stopped heating, so we reported it to the front desk, and was told they would send someone to check it out the following morning. This was not acceptable, being that we were checking out the next day, and we didn't want to sleep in a cool room all night. So they decided to move us across the hall to another room.

The room was great. Clean, fresh, spacious, modern - all you could want or expect. The biggest problem was FINDING the hotel! It is set back off the freeway with other businesses in front of it, and you get to it through a dark side alley at night - not what you would expect. But the hotel itself is very good.
