Liked waterfront room with view. Parking garage attached to hotel for easy access and exiting. Enjoyed free breakfast.

Repairs needed in bathroom. Flooring dirty in bathroom. Air conditioner was very noisy. The fan was so loud had difficulty sleeping.

Wow what a fantastic hotel. Location is incredible. Lots of local events at the door. Hôtel is right on the water and restaurants are so close you can taste the variety of options. Highly recommend the on site restaurant and the the Lemon Grass restaurant for excellent choices. Breakfast was included and well appointed variety of options. Would highly recommend and repeat visit is is in view.

I loved this location and they offered a beautiful breakfast buffet. One like I’ve never seen in many years! The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the place is quiet. We had harbour view and we were not disappointed. I want to return to this place in the future. It was excellent value for money!!!

If staying in Saint John, this is the most convenient location to be. Right along the harbour passage and close to the boardwalk. Underground parking is extra, but well worth it if you want things to be easy!
Great hotel in many ways but could use some upgrades in the bathroom. The shower was hot but not draining well, not what you'd expect in a hotel.
Breakfast buffet was pretty good and lots to choose from.

Parking underground is not a good experience.
The machines were jammed to accept the parking pass, then the same equipment were so out of date they have no tap option and cannot read strips on new cards, you are therefore stuck until a very \"unfriendly\" attendant comes by and tells you how your holding up traffic, takes the ticket and finds he cannot operate the machine either and states \"do you have cash\" , I handed him a 20 for a an 18 dollar parking fee, he said you will need to wait for change. At that point I did not want to loose it, I told him keep the change, he stated I had to wait for him to go to another area of the garage to open the gate.

Suggestion to either put in a better system for payment or have a permanent physical attendant accept payments .......like we did in the old days

Lots of construction going on around the building. The building is hard to find as there are no signs to say where to go. Once you find it it’s good and the staff was very friendly. Just need to make the hotel easier to find with some signs not flags because if it’s windy that’s no good so signs would be great

This hotel is badly in need of renovation. Rooms and lobby/restaurant are very dated. Bar advertised Moosehead for $7 during their happy hour, but were out of the beer the 4 days we were there. We were told the beer would be in the next day. Great location on the waterfront.

Staff were super helpful and accommodating. Our room was a nice size and Im sure in it's day, it was a great place but jthe room was tired and had a very musty and old smell. The mattress definitely needs replacement as it was like lying in a hole all night. Room is dark, windows seals broken, curtains are smelly, and basically it needs a total overhaul to brighten it up.

The front desk staff gave us 2 drink coupons and 2 bottles of water after I asked what the difference was btw 2 types of rooms. That was a very nice gesture. Breakfast was great. So was the pool and all the amenities at the hotel. Got lots of walking in Thur the pedways and the streets . Lots to do and see close by.

Check in was very quick and easy once we discovered the entrance to the hotel. They need some signage out front. The hotel was very beautiful, beds were extremely comfortable. We did have an issue with the TV and they sent a technician right up to fix our problem and it was 8pm. The breakfast was fabulous. Fresh croissants, amazing multigrain bread, fresh coffee, and many other wonderful foods. Parking was convenient but a map when we check-in and some signage would be helpful. Overall an excellent location so close to downtown.

When I first checked the bathroom there were some small holes which was probably due to renovations done earlier but Rohith was courteous that he offer us to transfer to another room but my husband was ok with the room so Rohith has asked the housekeeping to just deep cleaned it.
On our second day, while we are walking along Union St. to get lunch at the city market, I tripped and fell on the ground, thanks to 3 ladies who helped me get up and gave me first aid. Rohith learned about my accident and sent me a card wishing me to feel better plus a piece of their delicious key lime pie. I appreciate the gesture.
Thank you so much to Saint John Harbourfront hotel staff. They are so courteous, friendly and so welcoming.

It is a beautiful property and I had the luxury of a sea side view-which was spectacular. Inside the room it had everything I needed to a big TV and a Larger fridge than what I usually get at other hotels. There was lots of Room in the bathroom for toiletries. The hot breakfast was great. For me, it is #1 hotel. Loved it!

The room itself was unfortunately extremely hot with no airflow. We fiddled with the AC which sounded like it was working, but the room was just an uncomfortable hot temperature the entire night - The staff didn't really care do do much about it.

Everyone says this hotel is dirty and very old,all lies this hotel is extremely clean and up to date, staff is extremely helpful & friendly only request would be coffee in the lobby like all hotels I’ve stay at, but other then that 10/10 an it’s in prime location for shopping, site seeing, lots of restaurants and bars to pick from this is a gorgeous hotel it’s cleaner then the delta this hotel should get 4 1/2 stars out of 5, this hotel is very safe parking is underground an very secured, parking is cheaper then hotel prices but overall we will be back soon..

Everything about the hotel, staff, breakfast, location was excellent except the room was a disappointment. Very dirty. All along the walls the baseboards were full of dust and there was a 1/2 line of dust all along the edge where the vacuum cleaner doesn't reach. In the bathroom the bottom shelf and the wall between the vanity was dust balls and dust webs. The walls haven't been cleaned in ages. While the rest of the hotel appeared clean, modern and spacious, the room was a disappointment.

The staff on the front desk at check in were excellent. The cleaning staff somehow missed making up my room on the first day . At 4:15 the front desk told me housekeeping only worked til 5:00. Luckily somehow the front desk got them the message. Understaffed! At breakfast Sunday morning, hust one person was replenishing the buffet. As she brought out one item, guests were quick to point out two or three other items had run out. Hotel is in a lovely location but management should take a look at staffing levels.

The staff and front desk were excellent. They were very gracious and they upgraded us because it was our anniversary. Very, VERY thoughtful and helpful staff, thank you!

Parking could’ve been included if for 1-night stay. Some of the hotel fixtures needed repair (rug, doors, elevator level lights, wallpaper). Very decent hotel and lovely view of the harbour. Excellent location - you can enjoy a walk at the deck, harbour, and visit the Market Square.

We’ve stayed here many times for its convenient location to walk in the downtown area to services, restaurants and the waterfront! The location is a short drive to the Digby ferry.
This time, we were very disappointed with not being given the room we booked!
We booked a Club, King Bed, Water view room. When checking in they said the club floor wasn’t available and then asked us if we were okay with 2 queen beds. My spouse agreed that the 2 queens would be okay. We went to our room and there was no water view. Why would we book one room and not be given what we booked and paid for.
We were very disappointed! We returned to the front desk to voice our concerns and the other staff member was able to help us get the room we booked and paid for!
Why would your team not give us the room we booked and instead we had to advocate to get the room we booked!
Very disappointing experience!

The hotel is very nice, but it just feels like something is missing. Maybe because we were there off-season, but staff seemed tired, although everyone was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good, but the dinner we had there one night was not the greatest: steak was FULL of gristle and mostly inedible, but then we did order the least expensive so that's partly on us.

I loved the wide windowsill in our room where I could just sit with my feet up and enjoy the view! We could see the difference in the huge tide in the inlet down below. Also great was the below-ground walkway to the parking garage and the shops of Market Square since it was rainy and cold. I would love to see the place during the busy season to see if it lives up to its potential.

This is a well positioned property right on the habour front; we had stunning views from our 9th floor room. The hotel is starting to showing its age with a bit of wear and tear in some areas, but everything was clean and tidy . The included breakfast was ok. The hotel was next to a car park, which was convenient, with access via the lower floor.
