Awesome place - easy check in, polite and professional staff, excellent breakfast, nice cocktail bar and beautiful rooms with blazing fast Wi-Fi. This was my first time staying here but it is now my hotel of choice in Korat.

Great hotel, great value.

Have stayed here before and will again, great rooms and staff. No complaints with anything. Our only small disappointment (and most would consider this a benefit) was we asked for two beds in our room. Due to hotel being very full, we were upgraded to a bigger room (and was an awesome room) however we couldn’t get two beds into this room nor go back to our original room that two beds.

The Perfect Hotel

One of the best Hotels i have stayed in anywhere in Thailand. Everything felt like it was meant to. My only complaint is that lunch at the Chinese restaurant should not cost more than the actual accommodation.

I travel to Korat often and like this hotel the best. The staff is professional and attentive, food in restaurant is very good. I like their business center with a desk top computer and printer. The pool and hot tub are nice, they have a steam room and sauna in the locker room.

Excellent Hotel in Korat

First time to Thailand and was extremely impressed with hotel and service rendered. The hotel itself was excellent and the food at hotel’s restaurants were extremely good. I was booked for two different stays and by end of first was very much looking forward to coming back.

When we booked our room there were no options on the website to choose your room. We had stayed at the Kantary in Bangkok many times and the rooms were large with many options including queen beds and separate living area. When we arrived all they had was a single room with two beds and basically your typical hotel room. When asked if we could have a queen bed they said all they could do is shove the beds together which we ended up doing. I asked why we had no options on the room the receptionist said no because we booked through Expedia.

Beautiful property

Easy access from road. Beautiful wide open entrance. A modern well lit building. The lobby is beautiful. Great service at front desk. Easy check in. Room was clean and spacious. Big bathroom and shower. Bed was comfortable. No coffee or tea in room. Breakfast was awesome. Check was also quotes and easy. I highly recommend this Hotel. I would say this is the best Hotel in central Korat. It would be a difficult choice to stay any where else.

What you pay vs what you get is not worth. Room condition is far from the level of the room charge. Cleanliness of the room should be significantly improved. Floor and sofa are very dusty. However the breakfast is excellent. Staff is very welcoming and provides service with full attentive.

Nice Hotel - top condition

Great hotel, fantastic rooms, and a good price. Good pool and gym. I have stayed her 3 times and always am happy with the hotel. Only issue is the staff in the breakfast restaurant, they are so inattentive and you have to always ask repeatedly for service....this occurs every time I stayed here, so it was not a once only event, they all need to be retrained or replaced.

I love staying at this hotel because of its high standards.This is the best hotel in Korat in my opinion(although I haven’t stayed at a lot of other hotels ...why would I !).We were very pleased with the upgrade we were given as it gave us to 2 televisions and a washing machine.Will be staying there next month.

Korat is not on the list of destinations for those travelling to Thailand for a holiday but for the many men who ho are fortunate to have a Thai wife from Isan it is. I have over a 20 year period stayed in a range of hotels and as my financial situation improved there were only two hotels to consider. Both of the other higher end hotels are at this point old. I tried the Kantary when it first opened and the pool was not available yet for guest's use. The hotel is far and away the nicest place to stay in Korat. Their breakfast buffet is the best in the region too.

Have stayed here a few times over the past 20 years. Some complain the hotel is a bit rundown but I was pleasantly surprised to have a room with a new laminate floor that was very clean. Riverside restaurant was excellent, both food and staff. Only downside the lobby bar was ridiculously expensive, hence I never saw anyone drink there in 3 days. Drinks were cheaper in the restaurants.

The hotel is good, but the room that i had booked and the room offered were different. I even showed the front office staff details of what had been offered with the room booked through hotels.com, but they said that the details are not correct. To their credit they offered to change me to another room, but the problem is that with a change I had to forfeit one detail in order to gain another.

Seems to be very new, everything was top-notch. My only (slight) complaint was that the breakfast seemed aimed at Japanese customers which meant I was missing a few things I would expect from a European breakfast (such as cheese).

New hotel, clean and tidy. A bit overbearing with \"useless security\" No bar on premisses and food expensive for the location. Allocated me the wrong room, and I had to be very insistent to get what I booked. Service average. Superficial politeness with no real service basis.

This is a first rate hotel.you get the breakfast included in the room rate.terrific breakfast which caters for Asian and western tastes.great gym and pool and the highlight of our 2 night stay was the Italian buffet(690 baht).the chef is Italian and he manned the pasta station.needless to say the pasta was superb.

3 night stay at 1-bedroom suite

After a major flight delay which ended up with my arrival at 3am in the morning at the hotel lobby, the suite was a much needed sight to my eyes. This is a new hotel (~1 yr in operation). Everything was clean and neat (I hope it stays that way even after more visitors arrive).

It is targeting the Japanese business crowd as there was a good selection of Japanese TV channels in-room, and many Japanese books at the Executive Lounge. The WiFi is of a good speed and if you have to work on the laptop, the Executive Lounge on the 19th floor is a good place to work from. You can get a view of the city's surroundings and if you so desire, you are footsteps away from a dip in the pool during the hot months.

I will be staying there again on my return trip.

Amazing Hotel!

Our family LOVED this hotel! The rooms were very nice and clean with comfortable beds and lots of space. The pool was super fun for my kids. The workout room was great with lots of equipment options. The restaurant was excellent and the included breakfast was amazingly diverse and delicious. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly!

A fantastic hotel. New, clean, comfortable, good breakfast and staff were all very pleasant and helpful. So much so I have booked a month in a 1 bedroom which includes a washing machine. With month to month rental at a considerably lower price this gives flexibility to the long term traveller! Only negative side is there is not much nearby but with Baht buses at 8 baht to the nearby shopping center and a free courtesy bus it's not a problem. Taxis in Korat are available but it seems to take ages to get one and you need to call. The courtesy bus would be better if it run during the week during the day, even once every 2 hours for those that cannot speak Thai as working out the baht bus could prove difficult. With a nice pool, gym and jacuzi, a good international buffet is available once a week too. There is no better place to stay in Korat!

Hotel is very new. Opened in like Oct 2016. Swimming pool is still under construction.
Not much guests around. Noise from ongoing maintenance as early as 8am in the morning. Would be a great hotel to stay once all maintenance and construction are completed.

I felt swindled when checked in because staff gave me a room type that we did not book for. Only when we raised the issue then the staff changed us to the room that we had booked. It would seemed that the staff was trying to get us into a cheaper room without us being aware. This is robbery. The services require us to call in for everything. Internet service access is not readily available and we had to call for access instructions. No one told us about the access to Executive Lounge although we had paid for it. Concierge did not want to come to pick up our bags from the car and had to be specially requested. The room minibar only contained small bottled water (no sodas or other drinks or snacks). Our experience had been aweful.
