The problem I had with this last stay was the tub was stopped up couldn’t shower right with the water building up in tub. They sent a maintenance person he lied and said he fixed the problem. I showed a picture to the lady at the desk she acted unconcerned. The electricity went out in my room I mentioned that to her she acted unconcerned about that. The cable stations suck no one wants to watch the news all the time. Now my check in clerk was amazingly great and very concerned but the one that checked me out needs more practice on how to treat people and show concern. It also had a lot of noise in the parking lot which made it hard to relax and it was their people they had doing remodeling.

Staff was nice, rooms were quiet. Dated/old but OK for trip where we spent more time out and about than in the room. One bed was in pretty bad shape-very very squeaky at the slightest movement. The way the 'kitchenette' was set up was odd-there were two sinks-one bath/one kitchen but the kitchen one was closer to the bathroom?

It was the worst night at a hotel I ever stayed at. I couldn’t shower because the tub was dirty and the water wouldn’t drain. The sheets look like someone with work boots walked across them and they got wet, and been laid on and never changed. They had hair and every thing on it. When I asked to get moved to another room or refunded they said because I was in there an hour they couldn’t do nothing about it. Then they had roaches crawling up and down the walls and on the floor worst night ever.

They over charge us when we booked our room online and paid on site. They told us we was going to have a king size bed one bed instead we have two full size beds. The area is dark and there was no parking at all. Our tv was also in Spanish and nothing was in English we had to call the front desk for someone to come and fixed our tv. Not only that a big ass cockroach ran out from under the tv that we had to kill ourselves. The manger is never in the office to approve anything that needs to be fixed we will never stay at Red Roof Inn Morgan city Louisiana for what we was charged I could have stayed at a better and much nicer hotel then here

The room is reserved was over 85 degrees when I arrived. The AC hadn’t been adjusted and the shades were left wide open so the room was burning up. The lady at the desk changed my room but used the F word when she looked at how I’d turned down the AC. Very unprofessional and rude. Who wants to stay in a blazing room when it’s 110 outside? In addition, the tub had hairs still in it and so did the sink. Wasn’t cleaned hardly at all. Won’t stay there again.

The place is clean & quiet. There is ample room & organized efficiently. The mattress needs replacing since it sags to the middle but the sheets were clean & there were 4 pillows that were fluffy. The shower worked well & the bathroom was clean. Plenty of toilet tissue. The tile floor near the door collects moisture so i hand to use a towel as a rug.The coffee maker is an indiviual serving type. We did not see a restaurant as part of the proprty.

Cancelled the stay due to the horrible condition of the hotel. There were broken beer bottles in the parking lot, a pile of dirty linen on the walk way leading to the stairs going to our room, and the stair well smelled of urine. I could not believe how bad it was. The room itself was outdated and had an uneasy feel about it. We could not bring ourselves to stay here. We immediately went back to the front desk and cancelled the reservations. Funny thing was that there were no questions asked. It was as though it was expected.

The place is ill-kept, dirty - I didn't stay after seeing the grounds. Thick brownish liquid slurge on the walkway right in the entrance of the door. There was even stationary at the Receptionist desk stating if towels were missing on checkout - how much each towel was going to be charged for. My staying there was an absolute NO WAY.

Dirty, rude staff, there is nothing good to say about this hotel. I stayed for a few hours and noped out of there. Pretty sure there was a guy in the parking lot dealing drugs. The lady at the desk gave me the impression that I was inconveniencing by attempting to check in. I travel a lot by myself and have stayed in some sketchy motels, but never at this one again. Do not stay here it is not safe!!!!

Our heater didnt work so we had to use a portable one. The phone didnt work. Most machines in office were out of order. Card lost magnization within the first 10 mins so had to go back in office to get it redone. ONLY plus was we forgot an item in the room & hours later they were able to return it. The cost is not worth what you get AT ALL!!

Property was in poor shape . Pictures online were a far cry from what you actually get . Would have felt better sleeping in my car . Roaches,dirty towels,dirty floors,mold in bathroom vent,banged up furniture, coloring ...yes coloring on the floor,peeling ceilings in the bathroom, roach in the bed, (found next morning)over all just digusting. If it were not for the fact that every other hotel in town was booked and that I was there to attend a funeral there is not a chance in hell i would have stayed at this place. Never again. And not to mention they could careless, never offered us an apology or a refund .

I had an upstairs room non smoking asked for a downstairs room because my mother didn’t want to go up the stairs got on downstairs it was a smoking one I used my disinfectant spray we got there at 447am and had to check out are we were going to be charged another day tub had a hole in it towels dirty and used and cigarette on the floor in the corner we were just so tired I didn’t want to go back to the front desk because It wasn’t going to be nice so we think getting in at that time we could sleep instead we were asked to check out or pay for another day

Hotel really needs an update. Our bathroom wall had a hole in it at the bottom, the sofa in the room was broken, and the worst part was the air conditioner in the room was broken just enough where the room did not get cool enough to sleep in until near midnight. The floor was also notably dirty like it hadn't been swept when we walked into the room. Also did not use the shower because it looked questionably dirty with hair from previous occupant in the tub. The bed hurt my husband's back, but I found it decent enough to sleep in. Do like that they allow one pet to stay free, though. We had went to a hotel because our home had been affected by Hurricane Delta, and honestly the room was just as hot as our house (which had no power) with the room's air unit on "full blast". Also couldn't get the TV to work, but that wasn't that big of an issue. Honestly, we were just exhausted and happy to get away from the in-laws at that point, and it was a place to stay the day after a hurricane, so at least there's that. Would I stay again? Not likely for the price, but if it were the last hotel available in the state, maybe.

I had a few issues with my room. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and was eager to meet every accommodation I needed. She switched my rooms and also upgraded my stay. I was very appreciative because I felt she over compensated and made my stay even more pleasant and comfortable. Thank u red roof and I will be back soon!!

Please clean your facility.

The room wasn’t clean to my standards at all especially since there is currently a global pandemic. All of the surfaces needed to be wiped down including including light switches and hair dryer. When I did wipe them down, lots of dirt and germs was removed onto wipes. The floors had not be mopped. The towels were stained and did not smell fresh. I did not use them other than the floor towel. There was blood on a pillow case, large wholes in the sheets and burn wholes in the blanket. The worst had to be the fresh red blood. Not one light switch was clean. Please clean your facility. You’re risking spreading of disease and viruses.
It was also noisy. The office said it was holiday.

Coffee creamers suck

The cost of my stay got what I wanted a place to sleep stay here often but the need to replace their condements for the coffee they are old creamers are hard moisture and humidity and being old has gotten the best of them been like that in every room I have stayed in and I have been there several times just need to bring your own creamer
