The room was neglected and the Front desk receptionist wasn't helpful at all about assisting me with the retrieval of my extra tax refund after I refused to stay. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I prepaid for the room and paid for insurance, i was denied a refund eventhough i never stayed at their establishment.

I have had a better stay in a different room

Staff was amazing. Hot water did not work well in the shower or tub. Was there mostly to sleep but after a long day a hot shower would have been great. Cobwebs to be expected but for this kind of hotel, I'd expect less of them.

Terrible experience and definitely not what expected, found loads of hair between the mattress and box spring. A hair ball on the floor behind the toilet. The cover for the light socket behind the bed was missing. No staff at front desk a night or in the morning until after 9:30-10am. It’s MOST definitely not what is shown in the pictures. I even called hotels. Com and complained. The rugs walking down the halls were VERY stained not all the way down and stapled to the floor.

Good stay with no night or morning desk clerk.

The hotel and room was clean and fresh. After 9:30pm there was no one at the front desk. The iron in the room did not work, and the toilet made a loud noise when you flush it. When I checked out the next morning at 6:am, there was no one at the front desk. I had to put my key cards in a drop box.

I paid for 2 doubles for 3 adults & when I got there they tried to put us in a King. So I went to the front desk & then they gave us a room that was already occupied. We walked into a room where people were already asleep. This is pretty ridiculous you don’t know which rooms are available & that aren’t!

We changed rooms 3 times and each one was dirty. The second have people staying in it. The 3rd room had same linens from the last tenants. Really discussing. And the manager on duty was really rude and made fun of us. Will never stay there again. Parking lot needs cleaning. What a really big disappointment. Lost my points getting the room.

Expedia ad states free breakfast and coffe makers in room, there us no breakfast or coffee makers, you have to go to the lobby to get coffee. Beds are NOT queen, full yes, queen no. So noisy, left after 1st night.

It must be an extended-stay place primarily. There was a full-size refrigerator and a two-burner glass cooktop. Plus we got a ridiculously reasonable price. And the staff was courteous and efficient. The bed was fairly comfortable. The entire facility was spotless. The only nourishment provided for breakfast is coffee and juice. But, oh my! That coffee is amazing! Would definitely stay there again.

I’m gonna just say to stay somewhere else. The king room I got was dirty and smelled horrible and you can tell someone smoked in it before and had dog food on the floors and looked like it hasn’t been vacuum at all. The shower was filthy. Just a nasty room. I wasn’t happy and needed a room cause everything else was booked. Room service never came to give clean towels or anything for that matter.

The staff and property were great, friendly and helpful. however, the beds in our room #109 were horrible - both the queen beds sank to the middle and you slept in a trench! totally worn out and should have been replaced. there was no in room coffee pot that was inconvenient, but they did have coffee in the front. Nice place, but the beds were torture! We'd paid to sleep and that was difficult at best!

First night was good. Staff really nice and helpful. We didn't even mind that the fire alarm went off at midnight. We know it's not the front desks fault. No biggie.
2nd night they checked in someone next door. He was loud and the walls were thin. Not sure why in a 70+room hotel that was almost empty they had to check him in next door to us. Dozens of Flies and fruit flies started showing up too. (What is hiding?)
3rd night the guy next door was having very loud sex - possible hooker?
I won't be staying here again. Disappointed because it's the closest hotel in this area.

Great place to stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. I called ahead and they made sure my room was ready for early check in. Very professional. Clean rooms, bathrooms, great water pressure, and comfortable beds. The only complaint is that the sink and tub didn't drain great. Overall very happy with my stay.

Nice place to stay. Clean room. Check in process was beyond excellent. Very courteous staff. Walls are a bit thin, but luckily my neighbor was (I'm guessing) watching a comedy; his frequent laughter was hearty and contagious. I'd find myself giggling at his laughter. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The place is ok. The heat didn't work in our room but you only needed it for a little bit each day. The biggest complaint was the smoke alarm that beeped for 3 days. We asked them the first night to do something and nada....Glad the place didn't catch fire while we were there.

My stay was not the best this time. The walls at this motel are thin as paper. The syco in the next room screamed and cussed on his phone at his wife from 2:00 pm till 4:30 am the next morning. I finally got up and left. I told the night shift desk clerk but it did not seem to bother him. He never acknowledged my comment. Everybody in the motel had to have heard the man. He was walking down the hall every 30 min. or so screaming on the phone. Then go back to room and slam the door. One miserable night for a few people.

Easy check in. Staff was extremely nice. Room was clean as expected. I had requested a second floor room through Orbitz but was given a first floor room by the ice machine, of course. Everything else was fine. I guess I had no one staying in rooms next to me because it was very quiet. Their WiFi speed was very good for a small town. Will stay there again.

I noticed the mold all in the shower and toothpaste splatters on the mirror when I checked in. The white comforter on one bed had huge brown stains in it. Thank god there was another bed. I also woke up wit bite marks all over my legs , feet, back, arms, and face. The first night I thought it was from the insects flying around outside. The second night I had more. Im so disapponted. I checked out a whole day ago and am still itching and hurting.

Although it was generally a nice place, we had a bad experience, we were awoken at 2AM, but a impaired guest. This same person started in again at about 6:20AM and ruined our morning sleep. It went on for too long. The staff should have been proactive with this person as to not disturb the other guests, if the hotel would have had guests they may have taken matters into their own hands. I will not use this hotel again because of this.

Expedia charged me for a King Suite but I was given a standard room. I showed the receptionist my verification email and all she had to say was that there wasn’t anything that she could do. Where is old fashioned service these days? If the proof is in front of you and you acknowledge the room rate as well as the words “KING SUITE”, why was there nothing done about the confusion?

Always liked this hotel but y'all have started a new policy about going green which I whole heartedly agree with. But, the breakfast sucked because of a shortage of food due to going green. Furthermore, they could have washed the comforter. It was covered with several white stains on it. I hope it's not what it appeared to be like any bodily fluids!!!!!!!

Clean room with all the comforts of home. There were complimentary cookies for guests in the lobby. The room was clean and well stocked. My room was at the end of a long highway. So, it was quiet also. The continental breakfast wasn't the best but the coffee was really good. I would definitely stay there again. The staff were very friendly and informative.

Checked in late (1am) very nice front desk associate. The front lobby was clean. In our room we noticed a used wash cloth left in the shower. Nothing for us to panic about. It was hanging over the shower head and could have easily been missed by the staff when cleaning.

The check in was very pleasant, the clerk explained where all the amenities were located and about all services available. The whole hotel was very clean and neat. The room was nice, very clean and up to date. The only problem was with the tv, but every hotel I stay at has that problem, channels were not very clear. The breakfast in the morning was great. When I booked the room online I figured it was going to be a dump because of the price, well I was pleasantly surprised when I got there and got to my room, it is very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to save a dollar and stay in a very nice hotel.
