The room was neglected and the Front desk receptionist wasn't helpful at all about assisting me with the retrieval of my extra tax refund after I refused to stay. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I prepaid for the room and paid for insurance, i was denied a refund eventhough i never stayed at their establishment.

Terrible experience and definitely not what expected, found loads of hair between the mattress and box spring. A hair ball on the floor behind the toilet. The cover for the light socket behind the bed was missing. No staff at front desk a night or in the morning until after 9:30-10am. It’s MOST definitely not what is shown in the pictures. I even called hotels. Com and complained. The rugs walking down the halls were VERY stained not all the way down and stapled to the floor.

Good stay with no night or morning desk clerk.

The hotel and room was clean and fresh. After 9:30pm there was no one at the front desk. The iron in the room did not work, and the toilet made a loud noise when you flush it. When I checked out the next morning at 6:am, there was no one at the front desk. I had to put my key cards in a drop box.

A TOTAL DISGRACE

I paid for 2 doubles for 3 adults & when I got there they tried to put us in a King. So I went to the front desk & then they gave us a room that was already occupied. We walked into a room where people were already asleep. This is pretty ridiculous you don’t know which rooms are available & that aren’t!

It must be an extended-stay place primarily. There was a full-size refrigerator and a two-burner glass cooktop. Plus we got a ridiculously reasonable price. And the staff was courteous and efficient. The bed was fairly comfortable. The entire facility was spotless. The only nourishment provided for breakfast is coffee and juice. But, oh my! That coffee is amazing! The king room I got was dirty and smelled horrible and you can tell someone smoked in it before and had dog food on the floors and looked like it hasn’t been vacuum at all. The shower was filthy. Just a nasty room. I wasn’t happy and needed a room cause everything else was booked. Room service never came to give clean towels or anything for that matter.
Ice machine stayed broken the whole 5 days I was there.I would never stay here again👎 Disgusting

Disappointed

First night was good. Staff really nice and helpful. We didn't even mind that the fire alarm went off at midnight. We know it's not the front desks fault. No biggie.
2nd night they checked in someone next door. He was loud and the walls were thin. Not sure why in a 70+room hotel that was almost empty they had to check him in next door to us. Dozens of Flies and fruit flies started showing up too. (What is hiding?)
3rd night the guy next door was having very loud sex - possible hooker?
I won't be staying here again. Disappointed because it's the closest hotel in this area.

My stay was not the best this time. The walls at this motel are thin as paper. The syco in the next room screamed and cussed on his phone at his wife from 2:00 pm till 4:30 am the next morning. I finally got up and left. I told the night shift desk clerk but it did not seem to bother him. He never acknowledged my comment. Everybody in the motel had to have heard the man. He was walking down the hall every 30 min. or so screaming on the phone. Then go back to room and slam the door. One miserable night for a few people.
