This was the perfect stay for the value, free breakfast which was very good. Eggs, sausage, breads and sweets along with fresh waffles and yogurt. I liked that it stared at 5am since I had an early event. There is a nice private patio area if you are a smoker and a pool for a dip. No frills just the perfect business getaway.

Stayed here one (1) night before selecting another hotel for remainder of stay.

Check in was fine.

The room was nothing special but OK. The bed was not very comfortable.

At breakfast the next morning (12th June) some of the offerings were out at 0720. When I and another guest asked if they could be replenished, the lady working the hotel main desk was as about as rude as can be. She suggested that we go to other nearby restaurants if we want to have any breakfast. Then she reluctantly and with a poor attitude proceeded to put some more food items out.

This property is not an 8 Star property and my room was definitely not a 10 star room. There was nothing special about this place. The floors were not level and the tub was not level. The toilet paper was so far away from the toilet, I couldn’t reach it.

The staff is very friendly. Beds not so comfortable. For the money you pay I would think it was like the other Best Westerns I stayed in. I'm a very picky and clean person so some things like dirt in the corners of the bathroom and rust on the tub might not bother some but it does me. It was for one night so I just stuck it out.

The hotel room itself was nice, though the jetted tub had a leak at the faucet and kinda bad water pressure. It seems like they also didn't clean the jets themselves since bugs and other dirt shot out once it was turned on. Also the toilet wasn't bolted down well.
The free breakfast was nice when there was actually food available. It's a very small breakfast (about 4-5 items ish) and they seemed to not stay very on top of when things ran out.

Beds are decently comfortable, but the wall are thin so hallway noise from other guests can be heard as early as 4:00am. Smoke alarm kept going off over a couple of days even after informing the front desk.

The carpets were damp upon arrival and so was the bedding. Turned AC on cooler to try to dry things out. Got a text upon arrival stating if we needed anything to text. I asked 3 times for a blanket and additional towels and never got any. Both drink machines weren't working so could not get any bottled water.

Stop overcharging!!!

The visit was ok. The manager charged my room before I arrived and they charged my card when I arrived. I have 2 charges on my bank statement. I let the lady at the desk see that I was already charged, but the manager told he to charge my card. Now she said I have 2 charges on my card and they told me I should see a credit in 3 to 5 days. I pray I don’t get overdraft.

Even the ‘complete’ breakfast was not a complete breakfast … no eggs, sausage or bacon - only cereal, waffles, yogurt!
We should have gone to another place but we had already paid and it was late. Would NEVER stay at a Comfort Inn again after that one!

There was some confusion about reservations, but the mistake was on my end. They were very kind and we resolved the issues without any problems at all. I’ll be staying here in the future if I ever come back through here again. The room was clean and met our needs. Can’t ask for more than that when all you need is a clean room and bed for a couple nights.

Nice place......room was very clean, AC unit worked well, and electronics worked very well. The only thing I could recommend is some updating in the bathroom. Somewhat sloppy seals around the tub area, and the shower head was showing need for cleaning or replacement. It was a good night, and a very convenient location

Staff checking in was new and extremely slow. Key cards didn't work properly. Staff said owner doesn't want to pay for new ones. Thermostats on wall did not work. Fortunately, the controls on the units worked. Toilet not bolted down properly to the floor. Toilet paper holder was too fair for the toilet. Water pressure in the shower was terrible, and the water was just barely hot. Don't stay here!

THIEVES.!!!! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!! Do not stay here.! Me and my fiancé stayed here and the first night back in the room we had items missing.! What made it worse is the manager did absolutely nothing, he then proceeded to tell us he will check the camera’s and when we went back down to check he said the cameras “sometime” DON’T WORK! We also had a “Do not disturb” sign on the door. We left and took our money else where. There was also holes in the ceilings, mold in the refrigerator and wood roaches in the hallway!

There was a mistake with my booking - I had originally reserved and paid for the jacuzzi tub king suite but when I arrived to check in, the hotel had gotten a regular no spa tub king suite booked by the company instead. HOWEVER after a good bit of time and patience on all ends, the customer service agents and booking specialist made their end right for me and got the room I initially wanted at the hotel and my boys had a blast the night we stayed. So that was awesome and very appreciated. On another note, the room was great except for the sofa bed really. Also the next day my son wanted to go swimming and although the pool is set to open for 6 am it was not even opened by the staff member working our check out day to let us swim so those were bummers. Everything else was fantastic especially, we enjoyed it. Pillows are awesome, the tub is perfection, 2 fridges are cool, and plenty of room and space to be comfortable.

Was perfect for what we needed. Some issues with the AC unit...was freezing in the room and would not warm up no matter what you set it on. Mentioned it to the staff though. I complementary breakfast and happy hour food was excellent.
