Everybody was very helpful and the restaurant staff ina particular.
Pool bar staff were great but your system was inefficient. One person serving and making every drink, ice cream, coffee etc while the other person walked around the back of the bar preparing for the next shift caused long queues. You should have one person taking orders and one person making the orders and you will sell more stuff. I saw two people leaving the line without buying

First visit and quite impressed. Plenty to do and although some classes are not included in the price, it's good that there are activities you can join for no charge. Takes a while to get to know the layout and work out the quickest route from place to place. Unfortunately the only garden area that was not beautifully planted was the one that we overlooked from our balcony! The eco-garden is a great idea. Staff were smiley and helpful. It's all very spacious and open. Nothing is crowded.

We look forward to another visit!

This was our second stay

We enjoyed our first visit last year.
It was just as lovely this time.
Do as much excercise as you like or just lay by the pool or hit the beach.
It has a reasonable bus service into the local town of Gran Tarajal.
We've already decided to return next year.

Playitas remains an excellent choice for a sporty family. It is not super expensive, the service is good and the food and facilities are great. It seems prices are rising slightly but it remains worth it.

Overrated, Outdated and Overpriced

Extremely disappointing, The resort is outdated, overrated and overpriced. For almost every activity you have to pay extra. The tennis courts are in a terrible state, the TV in the room must be 15+y old, the gym equipment is very old... There is no atmosphere in the resort either and in the evening it's a very boring place to be. Avoid!

Don't go unless you want the sports

The resort is suited to sporty types. On the side of the beach which is ok. The staff can be unpleasant. The breakfast is good but the experience is like a school dinner hall with children running about and spilling food on floor. ️Cutterly and crockery still dirty after washing. Checkout was at 11 and at 3 minutes past reception called and said we had to leave now because the cleaner was waiting. 2 minutes later the cleaner came and opened the door and just stood there. Service was terrible. If you are not going for the sports, don't go. That is their priority and you feel it is

Spotless resort, amazing sports facilities

Rooms large. Rooms and rest of resort spotlessly clean. Sports booking easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Sports facilities very impressive. We are masters swimmers and the Olympic pool was great for training. Bike rental was easy and the riding was great. You could do aerobics, yoga and other classes from dawn to dusk if that's your thing. The village of Las Playitas has some lovely local restaurants, try them all! If you want to exercise or continue training whilst on holiday, I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

More information prior to holiday would have been helpful. All activities except the gym and some classes cost extra and had to be booked in advance. All restaurants on site required long trousers & proper shoes - which we hadn't taken!
Apartment & pools very nice. Staff all exceptionally friendly & helpful.
Just not as good as the No 1 sports resort, sadly.

Die erste Woche war traumhaft. In der 2ten und 3ten Woche wurde unser Gebäudekomplex mit pubertierenden Schulkinder aufgefüllt und die Ruhe war vorbei!! Deshalb würden wir da nicht wieder buchen.Alles andere war gut.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gut für Familien und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten.
Unsere Unterkunftswünsche und sonstige Wünsche für unsere Tochter wurden allesamt erfüllt ohne zusätzliche Kosten.
Die Apartments sind zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen dennoch sind sie sehr sauber und ist gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Absolutes Highlight von der Anlage ist neben dem Sportangebot auch das Essen.
Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder.

Playitas med udfordringer på indtjekning

Indtjekning fungerer ikke særligt godt når man må vente 3 timer på sit værelse efter indtjekningstid.
Buffeten fungerer dårligere end normalt pga. Covid restriktioner.
Generelt søde og service mindede medarbejdere. Rengøringen har gode medarbejdere, Trænerer er søde og dygtige mens receptionen har meget variation i hvor servicemindede og informerende de enkle medarbejdere er (en enkel medarbejder Beralides skyldte sig særlig positivt ud).
Det virker dog som der er en ledelse der arbejde seriøst på at sikre den gode kundeoplevelse - også når man klager over

Tolles Sporthotel, für Familien eingeschränkt

Sportanlagen sind wirklich top, tolle Kurse, super Anlage, da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Für Kinder allerdings nur mittelmäßig, wir waren mit kleineren Kindern dort und da sind die Möglichkeiten eingeschränkt. Die Unterkunft ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber ist trotzdem gepflegt und wenn was nicht funktioniert hat wurde wirklich sofort reagiert. Insgesamt toller Service. Nur die Betten waren für uns nicht ideal, weil eher Campingbetten und Einzelbetten. Für kleine Kinder und Erwachsene, die nachts auch mal kuscheln wollen nur eingeschränkt zu empfehlen, da die Betten auseinander rutschen, wenn man in der Besucherritze liegt. Aber insgesamt trotzdem ein toller Urlaub.

Tolle Sportanlagen, abwechslungsreiches Sportprogramm und in der Nähe des noch sehr ursprünglichen Fischerdorfs Las Playitas gelegen, wo es gute Restaurants gibt. Zimmer ok (Betten relativ hart), wir hatten (gegen Aufpreis) Meerblick gebucht, das Meer war aber leider nur in der Ferne zu sehen.

Ubicación excelente, desayuno excelente, instalaciones muy buenas. Da mucho asco que los deportistas, la mayoría extranjeros no se duchen antes de tirarse a la piscina, vienen sudando y se tiran al lado tuyo. Es una cuestión de educación lo sé, pero debería controlarse más....ya fuese con un toque de atención o un recordatorio cuando terminan sus actividades. Es muy desagradable para el resto de personas.
Esto lo comentamos en recepción antes de irnos.

No está mal

El hotel está muy bien equipado pero no había nada de ambiente, es para estar relajado porque no hay nadie a partir de las 8 de la tarde.
La habitación es muy buena, lo único que en la reserva ponía una cama y teníamos dos camas que tenían ruedas y se movían.
La limpieza de la habitación nos la hicieron solamente 3 días de 6 que estuvimos.
La cocina no calentaba, también es verdad que no dijimos nada en recepción.
El lugar es muy bonito y tiene un montón de actividades que puedes hacer, lo único que está apartado de todo.

Gillade hotellet riktigt mycket med dess träningsschema och lokaler. Frukosten var okej, missade städningen en gång men annars var servicen riktigt bra ifrån receptionen. Jag åker gärna tillbaka igen.

Gemütliches Apartment in gepflegter Hotelanlage

Zweckmässig eingerichtete Apartments mit superbequemen Betten. Freundliches Personal, eher entspanntes Arbeitstempo. Für Outdoor-Sportarten wie Triathlon super, für fortgeschrittenes Yoga & Pilates nicht empfehlenswert. Küche ist 0815 - nichts für wirklich Gesundheitsbewusste und schon gar nichts für Veganer.
Gäste sind nur zum Sport treiben dort und sehr mit sich selber beschäftigt. Kein Kennenlernen oder gemütliches Zusammensitzen. No Fun! Für sportbewusste Familien mit Kleinkindern ideal.

Lot of activities even for kids.
Unfortunatley we had to wait for 2,5h for our room at check in. Nerver experienced that on any hotel what so ever during my 25 years of traveling.
General impression of the staff is not so service minded.
Overall the resort is in good condition.

Está cerca de la playz

Hotel tipo resort para alemanes. Ubicado al lado de la playa con múltiples actividades para no salir del hotel.
La utilización del hotel por nuestra parte ha sido mínima (solo alojamiento en apartamento), por lo que no podemos opinar sobre la comida o el servicio fuera de la recepción. En cuanto al apartamento, podemos decir que era amplio y ubicado en una zona tranquila y sin ruidos. Como nota negativa, ampliando lo expuesto en el apartado \"qué se puede mejorar\", decir que el apartamento no se puede aislar de la luz exterior por la noche, ya que hay una ventana en la cocina que no tiene cortina y que deja pasar la luz artificial de la calle, iluminando todo el interior del apartamento. Además, las cortinas de la terraza dejan pasar la luz del sol por sus extremos (es opaca pero no tiene doble cortina), por lo que cuando amanece, el apartamento no está totalmente aislado de iluminación.

Un resort muy tranquilo, con personal muy discreto y amable. Si buscas un sitio para hacer deporte tiene un equipamiento muy completo, con gimnasio e instalaciones de alta calidad. A menos de media hora del aeropuerto y buena localización.

¡¡100% acertado!!

Se encuentra muy bien ubicado. Complejo muy completo, ofrece un elevado número de actividades.
Todas las instalaciones actualizadas, limpias y en buen estado.
Playa enfrente del hotel. Aparcamiento gratuito.
Nosotras estuvimos en un estudio que siendo dos personas teníamos amplitud y mucho espacio.
Apto para todo tipo de viajeros, sean parejas, familia, amigos...
En las zonas exteriores del complejo por la noche hay cucarachas. Creo que se podría hacer algo para intentar minimizar su presencia y evitar que se puedan colar en los estudios como nos paso a nosotras. No obstante, decir que en seguida nos vinieron a quitar la cucaracha y nos proporcionaron insecticida.

Muy buenas instalaciones

Las instalaciones de las que cuenta el hotel son muy buenas: gimnasios, piscinas, espacio para niños... la playa de Las Playitas está bien, pequeñita de arena negra pero no suele haber mucha gente. Nosotros (pareja joven) estuvimos en un apartahotel, este es aceptable únicamente la televisión es muy vieja y con pocos canales en español (la 1, tele5, la sexta y 4). El personal de la limpieza pasa por las habitaciones desde las 8,30 de la mañana (tocando a la puerta e intentando entrar) despertándote. Tuvimos un problema: el riego se rompió y apuntaba directamente a nuestra terraza inundándola y mojando todo lo que allí estaba (toallas, bañadores, calzado...) esto a las 9 de la noche, llamamos a recepción y nos comentaron que mandaban al técnico, 30 minutos después no sabiamos nada, llamamos otro par de veces y finalmente a las 10 de la noche nos dijeron que no lo iban a arreglar que fueramos a la mañana siguiente a recepción... a la mañana sigueinte al despertarnos a las 8,30 de la mañana descubrimos que ya se han pasado por la terraza (sin aviso alguno) y han puesto una piedra sobre el roto del aspersor... problema \"solucionado\".

Sejour dans un complexe magnifique, avec un accueil parfait. Attention aux extras, tout est fait pour consommer (WiFi payante, cours de tennis payants, etc.)
Hôtel perdu au milieu de montagnes, mais cela fait parti du charme, & des véhicules peuvent être loués à l'hôtel.

Dejlig uge på PlayItas aparthotel

Vi havde en dejlig uge på PlayItas Aparthotel. Boede dog i en lejlighed med dårlig udsigt og vil næste gang tilkøbe havudsigt. Skøn morgenmadsbuffet gav god energi til højt aktivitetsniveau.
Dejlig swimmingpool, men det var desværre flere gange for blæsende og køligt til at ligge ved poolen.
