Really friendly and helpful staff. Good location just a short bus trip or 30 minute stroll into city centre. Rooms very clean but very small. Fine for 1 night stay though. Really secure underground parking for €15 a night. Although car park is a little tight if you have a bigger car. Also has kettle in room. Would certainly use again if ever in Brussels

Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast area is well decorated, and I enjoyed sitting there and having a coffee. They have a pool table by the bar that my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed. They didn't have anymore parking available but I was able to find parking on the street.

Overall, this was a decent stay. Close to public transport - there is a bus service opposite the hotel that goes to the central station. There a few restaurants nearby and a shop open from 6pm-3am opposite the hotel.
The room is spacious, modern and has A/C. I would say the amenities are very basic and they only give you 1 small pillow (had to use a cushion as well). The room did feel quite depressing as there was no decor (just a grey brick wall).
On the whole, with some minor improvements to the decor and adding some more amenities, this stay would’ve been greatly improved.

Only stayed briefly overnight. Had dinner in the Indian restaurant opposite, which doesn't look great but food and service very good. Room modern and basic but had everything we needed - comfortable bed, nice bathroom.

The hotel is at a very busy road which is very loud but in the centre. Also, the hotel advertises their unique service with offering adapters only to send you then to the next door shop where you have to pay for them. Also, no coffee bags, just tea which is not even replaced once you use one.

The people at the front desk are wonderful! They are super cheerful and helpful. The restobar is clean and the open policy worked well to meet with my team and collaborate with our laptops and drinks.
The rooms were clean and well appointed and somehow the beds were super comfortable! I don't know how they accomplished that with the minimalist structure of the bed!
These rooms are Tokyo small - TINY! But they are functional and have nice bathrooms and showers. I believe the rooms on the other side of the hall are more spacious. (There's a tip for you! Ask to be on the same side as the elevator.)
At the time we were staying at the hotel (COVID) they frequently only had one person working. They covered serving drinks and food, checking people in, and taking care of all customer concerns. This sometimes left us and others waiting some time for assistance and really isn't fair to the sole employee.

The actual hotel was superb the outside bar was also superb , but the size of the room was farsical , the room would have suited one person at a push but definitely not two , you had to climb over to get out of the bed

Great, not too expensive hotel. The hotel was very clean and modern, and felt like it was recently refurbished. It is located in nice and quiet area, however it is around 30 min walk to get to the city centre, but there are bus’s and tram’s stops around. Easy access from the airport in under 1 hour: bus 12, then 60 (stop just outside the hotel). I would definitely stay there again!

Pretty cool stay! Good and assorted breakfast! The hotel is pretty new, you could tell by the facilities. The only thing to stand out would be the bathroom. There’s no heating in the bathroom so it can be quite chilly!

La habitación está muy bien, la cama es cómoda, cuenta con tv con chromecast, un pequeño armario, mesa y silla, hervidor de agua con café y agua de cortesía. La calefacción funciona perfectamente y calienta la habitación en poco tiempo. La ducha es muy amplia, calienta bien y rápido el agua. Todo estaba muy limpio. El personal es amable y atento.
En cuanto a la ubicación, no está muy cerca del centro, pero se tarda poco en transporte público, tranvía a 3 min del hotel y el autobús te deja casi en la puerta.
