It was pretty far from the Narita Airport. They said they had hotel shuttle services HOWEVER not very many. I had to take a cab to get there and it did cost me about $50. The hours for Onsen was so odd and not open in the morning. I could not use their Onsen. The breakfast was ok. I would not stay there anymore.

I was really excited to stay at International Resort Hotel Yurakujo, but my experience went downhill the moment I arrived. The room I was given was shockingly dirty. The carpet was dingy, the bed had yellow stains all over it, and the bathroom was extremely old and poorly maintained. The entire room looked neglected and nothing like what I expected.
Because of how unacceptable the conditions were, I requested a refund for the remainder of my stay but the hotel refused. The service was unhelpful and dismissive, and I felt completely disregarded as a guest.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Terrible service, terrible conditions, and an overall unpleasant environment. Spend your money elsewhere.

Although the hotel gets a lot of use from big tour groups it was clean and comfortable and the price was fantastic. Very helpful front desk staff, and free shuttle service into little town of Narita. The sweet bus driver gave me a big hug when I told him I used to stay at the hotel 35 years ago as a flight attendant! It was like he was an old friend. He was lovely!!

Our room was freezing cold all the time, we kept complaining and then we got extra blankets and a portable heater. The restaurant only had buffet style meals for lunch and dinner which we were not aware of and it was expensive and the food was not good. Would not recommend this hotel.

This place was built in the 70s and hasn’t been updated since
My wife said it reminded her of the hotel from The Shining just not as good

Rooms smell like deep heat for some reason
Aircon does not work and windows do not open
Only option to eat is their buffet which is ok but expensive for what is on offer, or the in-house seven eleven for an egg sandwich
Onsen and massage is offsite but the onsen was a good experience
Only stayed here as it was close to Narita Airport for an early flight the next day
Next time either avoid Narita or stay in Tokyo and pay the extra cost for a driver in the morning and drive two hours to Narita
Staff were very friendly and accommodating but I would not stay here again

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The free airport shuttle was on time and convenient, which made my travel much easier. The breakfast had a good variety, and the hotel location was peaceful with nearby shops and Aeon Mall just a short ride away. Highly recommend this place for travelers flying in or out of Narita Airport!

Compared to when it was Radisson, which was wonderful, I’d say it’s now at the level of a Motel 6 or Comfort Inn & we were very disappointed. Room was never actually cleaned, only towels changed & sheets changed when asked. There was mold in the grout of the shower & sink, I bought bleach spray & sprayed it. Room was very humid & all we could do to control the temperature was adjust the speed of the fan. Hotel did have a stand fan we used. Beds were very hard. Pictures on the website are the same as when it was the Radisson. Restaurant in the hotel is now buffet only, & was not good. Bar is only open on weekends. Food at the bath house was not good either & was very confusing on how to order. Finding staff to help was very challenging. Unsure if the deli/cafe was actually open. Thankfully multiple restaurants in the nearby area that were good & the 7eleven in the hotel had snacks for purchase. There were also a few convenience stores & grocery store within walking distance. Due to number of tour buses coming in & out the 7eleven seemed to struggle on keeping coolers stocked with food. “Bus” to the mall & Keisei-Narita station is a van with limited space, when it was the Radisson it was similar to the highway bus. Concierge desk was almost never staffed. Staff never came to assist with luggage from any bus whether it was their airport bus, tour bus, highway bus, etc. Overall very disappointed & won’t be returning. Since changing owners hotel went way downhill.

I wouldn’t say the property is bad, but it is incredibly outdated. It’s also located in the middle of nowhere. That being said they do have shuttles that can bring you to downtown Narita and to the airport. We personally only use the one at the airport and was quite happy with that choice. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again, but it was OK.

The property is a little dated but clean and spacious rooms. Staff were lovely and there is a convenience store open till 11pm inside the lobby.
You receive 1 ticket to adjacent onsen which was wonderful. Onsen has restaurants, bars and bathing too which was amazing! The air conditioning was not very good for a hot night but it was passable for the price I paid.
My only complaint was that the shuttle bus is only every 2 hours ….i had just missed one so had wait and a taxi was $50 to get to the hotel as its not super close to the airport.

I wish I knew that the hotel could accommodate with giving us an extra bed with extra fee at the time of booking. Their own site as well as Expedia was clear that they won’t do so we ended up booking and paying for 2 rooms for 2 adults and one child (11 years old), We used to like this hotel, it was old but has certain charm on it. Now it looks to me that they want to sell and market especially to Chinese tourists. The facility was noisy and crowded. Unfortunately I don’t think i can recommend to anyone.

\"close\" to the airport but in the middle of nowhere with nothing close by to walk to and the places that can be walked to are over a 15 minute walk and close early (8-9PM depending on what you want/need). Elevator doors only say open for about 15 seconds before quickly closing and keep trying to close even if a bag is in the way so no safety steps in place. Whole hotel has a musty smell and my room on the 5th floor smelled soo bad at 10pm that I had to open the window in the summer and keep my room door open for a while to allow fresh air and circulation. Room said it has A/C but it didn't work, only made a sound of it trying to work but no air blew out. Mold and mildew in the bathroom around the circulation fan. Son wanted to play in the outdoor pool in the morning to beat the heat but when we woke up and went down to check it out, we were greeted with a slimy green pool. Check out is 11am but we left way before that due to all the hotel failures.

Had to waste over 15,000 yen to get around due to the limitation. In addition, staffs was not willing to help us when we had to carry around 6 large luggages.

The staff here is amazing. They were very attentive and helpful. There are a few restaurants on the site/within the grounds. The grounds are beautiful and massive. We did not even see everything that they had to offer (golf course, gym). We did make it to their bath house (included with your stay...closed on Mon). They do not accept tattoos (but you may cover them up with tape. You are given a robe so it may not be obvious that you have one. I would clear it before paying and entering, then getting kicked out because it was too big to be covered. Definitely go there if you have the chance, it is amazing. There are claw games, TV, massages, and food. The location is good if you don't mind being on a bus schedule. Most of the transportation offered is free, but it is located a bit outside of the main city so be prepared to walk a LOT or get a taxi (not cheap). The city bus is about 220¥ from the bus stop (right outside of the hotel). There are several good restaurants within a mile from the hotel...good way to build up your appetite and to walk off dinner. Huge hotel and very quiet in the rooms. It is nice that they have a 7-11 in the lobby as well.

Overall, OK! Faaaar from city but they have a great team that offers excellent transfers and transportation to airport, city station and closest towns. If you’re traveling with little kids/babies in winter DO NOT STAY, there’s no heater system in rooms so it’s really cold and makes the stay uncomfortable for all the family! In general, good hotel, so nice staff, convenient facilities and comfortable beds, smells a bit weird, like humid and the hotel itself is old but honestly, it’s a good place for very few days.!

Hotel is old, but very well maintained. Rooms are large and comfortable. Bathroom is large, a bit old, but clean.
Nice lobby and they have a restaurant, cafeteria and even a 7-11 in the lobby. The spa and Japanese hot springs that you see in the photos, are actually a 100 meters, next door, it is not in the hotel premises. However, it is a 2-3 minutes walk and it is very nice, and free for hotel guests. It is a huge complex, with restaurants, bar, gaming area, nice huge bath and more.

I guess on the informal pamplet you share with guest, please share the location of pick up location which is Yasaeu South entrance bcz it took us 1 hours to locate that.. And drivers don't know english so hard to communicate. Rest everything is good.

This is an old property, which fine. The problems we had was the hotel was very unclean from the lobby to the rooms. Bidet toilets are great , it has a flaw. The toilet has fece stuck to the bidet. The room was musty and not clean. The beds were very comfortable. Staff provided excellent service at the front desk. We had to check six different rooms before we landed on one. If only the property was kept clean then it would have overcome the old property.

Great choice arriving late or before departing.

Great choice if you are arriving late in Narita Airport or, to stay coiple days before your return flight. The best perk is the traditional japanese bath, you get a free pass per day in your stay and its a super relaxing. Hotel has a pool but water is cold, in my case was a blessing because it was 39 degrees so it was refreshing. A gym, indoor pool and good laundry facilities, 7 Eleven in the lobby so you can get snacks and even hot meals very inexpensive. A not too positive is Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet are expensive and nothing special for the price... another convenience is the shuttle from and to airport and, to Narita city. This hotel is 2 hours from Tokyo but, near the airport. Excellent customer service.

In its day this would have been a 5 star hotel, has loads of space function rooms, bbq night was good, Hawaiian theme was a bit odd for Japanese place but good entertainment. Bathroom for that evening was not at all clean!!! Cockroaches roaming the area under dining tables. Shuttle service to airport and Narita is excellent. Room good a little dated, value for money just needs a good clean in some common areas.
