The room size was great. The structure of the shower, toilet, and sink was a bit strange, a room within a room and the sink was inside the room. The property has lockers to save ski equipment. There is a bus station just in front the hotel. In general good location in town. Great staff. The food at the restaurant not very tasty.

I'd of preferred if the room had air conditioning, but leaving the balcony door open helped. Shower was small and you could just smell the drain slightly. The real bug bear is the pillows or the lack of them, there was what i could only describe as a couch cushion and we each had one to use as a pillow. Was very please with the underground parking. Food was good but the chips that come with the steak need a fair bit of work. Table we had in the restaurant was placed in a certain way that when ever you touched it and wobbled massively, i ended up having to hold my foot down on it for the hour we were in there.

Despicable and dishonest customer service

Upon arrival, I realized that I had booked the wrong date. The front desk staff managed to accommodate me and assured me that I would not be penalized for the change of date… Front desk charged my credit card for the stay while assuring me that the reservation service would refund my original booking…
Well, it turns out that the reservation service came back and refused to refund the original booking as agreed with front desk.
To this date, reservation service keeps on refusing to refund me despite many attempts to explain, clarify and kindly ask for honoring their words.

Dans l'ensemble j'ai trouvé que leur prestation hôtelière était honorable jusqu'à la dernière minute où on m'a dit, entre autres, que si je pouvais pas porter mes bagages, fallait aller à l'hôpital alors que je me suis cassé des côtes au ski durant mon séjour. C'est pour le moins consternant et indigne. A éviter.

We stayed here for one short night before taking the train back to Lille. It's a 10-15 minute walk from the Bourg-Saint-Maurice train station - uphill on the way to the hotel! The staff were helpful and friendly, and we liked the aesthetic of the hotel. The wifi was not great, but that was not a huge issue for the night. The hotel restaurant was packed on Saturday night - advise making a reservation ahead of time if you can.

really it's a hostel that charges ridiculous prices. rooms are very cramped and hot, wifi doesnt work, breakfast doesnt start til 7, so if you are getting a train you can't have any. overall it's rubbish.

Rooms are small but have the necessities. Individual secured ski lockers with boot heaters were a nice feature. Continental Breakfast. Conveniently located 5-minute drive from the Les Arc Funicular.

Heater towel bar(and room heat source) didn't turn on every day until 5pm, little disappointing.

Some good, some not so good.

Service was good, staff were helpful and friendly. The standard menu was limited with no salad or fish choice and to order off the general menu we had to pay the full price with no allowance for being half board. We tried 3 ski lockers and none of them would lock so we gave up. The bed was comfortable but the sheets didn't seem to fit properly.

This was an unbelievably nice property, given the rather modest pictures on the website and the very competitive price (albeit in a \"shoulder season\" period). The staff greeted us warmly and made sure we knew our way around. We \"signed up\" for breakfast the next day based on their description of the offerings. Turns out that there were only several other people staying at the Lodge that evening. So, we were greeted the next morning with a \"petite breakfast buffet' set up at our own table \"reserved\" for us. And, they had about everything you can think of (hot and cold) at our table. We were treated like royalty! The only problem was that we ate WAY too much! In any case, Hotel Camp Base Lodge was the highlight thus far of our 3 weeks in France!

It had a very cool bar and vibe in the evening. Breakfast wasn't great but still worth the price. There is a bus stop across from the garage to take you to the Funicular if you're headed to the slopes. Rooms were comfortable. We ran out of hot water in the morning. It's within walking distance to the train station/funicular - something like a 15 min walk. We had a challenge getting a taxi from the train station to the hotel at 9:30pm on a Friday. No ubers and no taxis at the stand but we did find someone eventually.

Fantastic hotel. Everything is brand new and the decor is really cool and most importantly spotless! The only downside was there was no full length mirror and also light over the sink mirror was a bit dim for applying make up but other than that it was perfect. A word of warning though, the showers are basically in the room with you so ok if you’re away with someone you’re happy to shower in front of but if you need privacy you may need to look elsewhere or for one of the more expensive rooms!

Some of the hotel staff are missing the human touch/customer excellence & need training. Their central reservation had overbooked the rooms so many families ended without the rooms they booked, faced much distress & inconvenience for the beginning of their holidays.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Wonderful views of the mountains and great location. It was a short trip to les arcs 1600. The room had a towel heater which was nice, as well as food included. The only downside was that the bathroom didn’t have a real door and the “door” it did have was see through, so there was definitely lack of privacy. Overall I had a wonderful stay and would recommend to others!

L’hôtel est proche de la gare de Bourg Saint Maurice et du Funiculaire qui vous amène directement à Arc 1600.

J'aime beaucoup cet hôtel : un très bon accueil, des chambres propres et aménagées avec goût. Le plus : la restauration sur place, de belles et bonnes assiettes avec la spécialité locale : la raclette mais aussi d'autres très bonnes choses à déguster. Le personnel reste très sympathique et souriant même en plein rush ce qui n'est pas le cas partout. J'y ai déjà fait 2 séjours et j'y retournerai.

Super god service i receptionen, knap så god ved morgenmaden, hvor vi kom en time før de ryddede væk, men der var flere ting som var løbet tør og de gad ikke fylde op. Vi bad om chokolade croissant. De sagde at de desværre ikke havde flere. 25min senere kom der på magisk vis chokolade crossaint(måske havde flere brokket sig??). Puderne på værelset var stenhårde. Lidt underligt ikke at kunne lukke ordentligt af ind til toilettet. Fint rent og lydisoleret.
Hotellet var alt i alt fint, men synes ikke det var pengene værd for at være ærligt!

Je me suis rendu dans cette région pour un déplacement professionnel le 17 avril 2025.
Suite aux intempéries exceptionnels qui ont eu lieu ce jour la (1.2 mètres de neige a belle plagne) j’ai été contraint de faire demi tour l’accès à bourg saint Maurice était fermé.
Malgré cela , l’hôtel a refusé catégoriquement de me rembourser.
Le petexete :  « je n’y suis pour rien si il neige »

Hôtel moderne et confortable proche de la gare et du funiculaire. Accès aux Arcs très facile via navette et funiculaire. On y mange très bien. Le personnel est jeune, professionnel et aux petits soins. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Seul petit regret, qu’il n’y ait pas un espace spa pour se détendre après une journée de ski.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel cosy à l’ambiance montagnarde et moderne. À 10min à pied du centre de Bourg.
La chambre était super, le bar et le restaurant aussi. On a pris plaisir à boire un verre en fin de journée et à petit déjeuner ++
Seul petit bémol : un problème d’eau chaude dans la douche.

Lagrange Prestige Le Roc Belle Face is a newly built apartment complex, built into the side of a mountain. At the base of the Les Arcs 1600 ski area, the apartments enjoy ski in and ski out access, and are 50 meters from the nearest chairlift.

The easy access makes it a great choice for all, and the apartments also have disabled access. The central location also makes it really easy to explore one of the world’s largest ski areas, Paradiski.

Apartments are within one 14 story building, and as a newly built complex the apartments are fresh and modern. The building has lifts.

There are one bedroom apartments, suitable for two to four people, a one bedroom split level apartment with a sleeping alcove, suitable for up to six people, two bedroom apartments, which sleep up to six, two bedroom alcove apartments, which sleep up to eight, and three bedroom split level alcove apartments, suitable for up to ten people. Each apartment has a kitchenette with ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher, as well as either a balcony or a terrace.

The complex has an indoor heated swimming pool for guests to enjoy, as well as a sauna and steam room, and there are a range of luxurious and refreshing treatments at the spa. There is a ski room, and free television, although there may only be French channels available.

Bed linen and towels are included in the apartments, and can be changed for an additional fee. There is evening entertainment to enjoy, and there are shops and restaurants within an easy distance from the apartment block.
