our stay was perfect. everywhere was clean. the staff was so polite and professional. breakfast looked great. it ended at 9, which was too early of us to enjoy. 10 would be more like it maybe 7 - 10 instead of 6-9. the pool, workout room was clean, smelled clean. the bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows. Bathtub had hair in back corner and on soap dish. Fridge was missing a foot so on opening it tossed forward and spilt items inside.
Breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Food hot and maintained.
Staff was very friendly and said hello each time.
One elevator has an issue with grinding sounds.
I did like the area as being away from hwy.

This is a great hotel to visit. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are very clean and the parking is free with plenty of spaces available. It’s conveniently located to all the shops, restaurants and entertainment. I’m definitely visiting again soon!

no the carpet was warn and dirty looking and needs replaced and the bathroom looked like there was dirt around the the floor on the corner of the tub front and back. the rooms need to be renovated. It was much nicer two years ago. the staff was pleasant and I would give them a 5.

I booked by 2 night stay at this hotel. I was attending my granddaughter wedding. Booking on line site unseen. What a "great Hotel" so very clean, Tina and Nyaneita front desk made me feel so Welcome. I can't say enough on how much I enjoyed my stay.

A nice hotel convenient to our event, but service was a bit lacking. We were there for four nights and had asked for a towel and room freshen up half way through our stay. This never happened. I asked for towels once in the hall and got two. The trash was never emptied and other towels never changed, beds never freshened up. On two mornings the coffee in the carafes was cold. I don’t think I would stay here again.

As I walked around the room, I noticed hair all over the place. Hair in the bathroom sink, bathtub, bathroom floor, even the linen. The comforter also had stains on it. I dont know why it wasnt thrown away and replaced with a brand new one. You can also tell the bed hasn't been flipped in a while because of the dents and unevenness of the mattress. This is one reason why I tend to bring my own pillow cases, comforter, wash rags, and towels because I can't trust the cleanliness of the hotels laundry service.

The breakfast area was ok until you got to the drinks area swormed with gnats. I recommend bottled juices instead of the machine.

Other than that, the front desk clerks were very plolite and the area was pretty quiet.

We booked this particular hotel because we needed 3 beds, the room had 2 queens and a double sleeper sofa. The staff was lovely - but the sleeper sofa was disgusting and the bag of bedding available was only a pillow and a flat sheet. The bathroom was mildewy and the tub drained very slowly, even during a short shower the water was above ankle deep.

Overall, it was okay. First upon our arrival, the sheets were dirty and had hairs all over them, the door was stuck open due to the deadbolt on the door being stuck. Moved to another room where there were containers of old food in the fridge and no bags in the trash cans. Also, there was a wasp in the room.

First time to stay at a Springhill Suites. Since it is part of the Mariott family, I was possibly expecting more from the stay. The lobby area and staff at the front desk and the breakfast area were all excellent. The parking was good and we were able to get places near the door and we felt safe in the area. Our room was spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, the room had not be updated in years. The soaps, etc. in the shower area kept falling off the wall into the bathtub and the toiled was so low to the ground it looked like it was made for a toddler. The walls were SUPER THIN and you could clearly hear conversations on both sides of us. Unfortunately, in one of those rooms the parents were having difficulty with their children and they were hollering at them and disciplining them for all to hear. We kept hearing the kids holler "that hurts", etc. This went on for some time. All in all, I recommend that the rooms be updated and at the very lease put some insulation between the walls.

Wonderful front desk young lady (she was there each time we walked by in 3 days) .. Hope she went home at some point😎, but she always greeted with a smile.

The lady caring for the breakfast was delightful too.

Breakfast spread was very bountiful… many many choices.

This hotel was fine for our quick overnight, a place to lay our heads after a long day. I can't speak to any of the facilities because we didn't use them. The breakfast was a typical hotel one, but per usual the kids enjoyed the waffle maker. The shower had great pressure, which we all really appreciated after running around all day. The pillows were the typical flimsy kind, but at least each bed had 4 on them. I've been places where each person only gets 1 flimsy pillow, so at least we all got 2.

Hotel room was nice & comfortable. But the breakfast was not as good as most places we stay. I like a pastry or sweet roll with my coffee but the didn’t have anything sweet other than making a waffle, which I didn’t want. Then I saw another guest ask the women employee if there were anymore muffins. She returned from the back room with 2 individually wrapped blueberry muffins. I went to the employee & asked if there were anymore muffins? She replied, They are gluten free, and I responded that’s fine, could I have 2? She responded again, they’re gluten free & we’re not supposed to bring them out. I told her again that gluten free was fine!! Finally she went to the back & returned & gave me the muffins. I don’t understand how you know they have muffins if they don’t put them out? Strange policy.

Best experience you could hope for

Needed a hotel on the fly after a wedding ran later than expected. Booking and check in was extremely simple. When we walked in the door at 1am, check in took no more than 2 minutes and we were off to bed. Our stay was just for 1 night and we did not utilize any amenities but room and overall property was clean, staff that we did interact with was friendly and again, the process was so simple. Would absolutely stay again if I find my self in the area

They gave us a handicap room, it smelled really bad and they only sprayed the bathroom floor so it would smell good, the next morning the room wasn’t cleaned even though we requested it in the front desk. The furniture was dusty and that demonstrated that the room wasn’t cleaned very well for guest.

I wish Marriott would let people [(me :)], to report that all conditions of their properties that they allow people to use there name and reputation to run. This is my second time at this hotel. My only complaint is the room. This one the the shower was horrible. The wall was bulging out and the surround was screwed with dry wall screws and chalked over trying to hide the bulge. Again this was another room that was musty like someone used a carpet cleaner and turned off the air to save money and no airflow moldy smell. Step it up Marriott.

Nice hotel for the cost

The hotel overall was very nice. However, the elevators sounds and acted like they were 200 years old and were having a very difficult time operating. Lots of groaning and creaking. The doors didn’t open for a long time and the actually elevator moved a couple inches when you stepped in it.

Also the hot tub didn’t work. It would bubble for about 3 minutes then shut off for the day and couldn’t be restarted.

The breakfast was very good, hot, and a nice variety.

The hotel room was very nice, clean and big enough. The door to the hall and the door to our bathroom had a hard time closing. You had to shove it to get it to close. It needed to be refitted to the door jams. The hotel must have shifted recently.

We went to two rooms first room, toilet seat, broken musky, smell in room .. transfer to upstairs for floor with ceiling was falling in still wet from I guess a flood pieces of flooring all over the floor, Rusty pipes in bathrooms all over walls are falling apart couches were filthy with food, stains found Fruit Loops and other things under the couch as well as toilet seat, broken as well .. but cold breakfast there was OK better on weekends. Spiderwebs and dust everywhere.. would not stay here again
