Entering the Hotel people smoking at the doors with cigarette butts on the ground along with other debris. The breakfast room was grungy and not properly stocked. One of the employees was watching TV in the breakfast room with his bare foot on his chair. The bed was uncomfortable in my room and you could hear doors closings loudly in the hallway and hear people in the next room occasionally. The only positive was room was clean. I think it could be a better place with a few changes.

Well when checking in the Desk Attendant adked if I was able to walk up stairs ok and I said not with my bags and suitcase, she pur me on the first floor.

I felt unsafe, I heard prople in the halls all night. Went out for the day returned that next evening at 7:00I returned a homeless person was sitting in the lobby, again people in the hall all night, 6:00 a.m police started knocking load on a door next to me speaking load with a women yelling her the stay in her room and stop knocking on doors. I packed up and left, never again.

For being a cheap hotel, this place was great. My only complaint is that there's no elevator. No big deal if you're on the first floor, but it's annoying if you're on the second floor.

The hotel was updated, but the owner was running it on the bare minimum.

Morning coffee was ice cold.
Breakfast was mainly toast, ceral, fruit and a few package items.
Shower water was mildly hot.
Cleaning staff was invisible.

this is an extended stay property. People live there. The room was clean, older and run down but clean. The staff was nice. The place smelled liked marijuana inside and out. People hang out front smoking. There was a woman ranting about her life and her room to the front desk saying how she has been there over a month and she wants a room of the 1st floor. Breakfast there was a pitcher of water, a waffle iron , 2 kinds of stale cereal.

We had 2 rooms, both rooms had black mold on the air conditioner vents. We went to the store and bought bleach cleaner to clean it off. Still had an allergic reaction to the mold. If both rooms were like that I can only assume every room is like that.

I should have known better than I book this hotel. It was previously a Super 8 motel in the late '90's/early 2000's. Doesn't appear anything has been renovated/updated. Our room was across the hall from the maintenance closet which is behind the front desk and adjacent to the dining area. Needless to say it was noisy during various hours of the day/night. We could hear the waffle maker beeping all morning, the staff talking to each other and people walking overhead. Will definitely pay more to stay somewhere else in the vacinity as I usually do.

The room had a strong mildew smell almost like everything was damp as well. There was an empty hotel shampoo bottle left by the door, poor miss by housekeeping. And alsooo there was SOMEONE ELSES CHINESE FOOD in our MICROWAVE, not fridge. The MICROWAVE. The odor was so horrible when we finally discovered it I got sick to my stomach.

The owners are really working hard to make improvements to this property. The check-in was quick with a friendly staff. The rooms are receiving upgrades, and the breakfast has improved from my previous stays. For the price, it is difficult to beat the deal.

The property is just okay. Clean enough. They had no replacement towels for us. Every towel in the hotel was in the wash???
The shampoo and conditioner containers were impossible to get the contents out. The plastic on the bottles was so rigid that I had to use all my strength to bend the bottles around the shower shelf to get even the smallest amount out. The towels were on the cheap end. The cleaning staff used a leaf blower to sweep the hallways.

I would not recommend this hotel. Our room keys didn’t work. My husband told the staff and without identification he was given a new room key just by giving the room number. The entire carpet in the room was damp and dirty plus the room had a musty smell. We could hear noises from attaching rooms and on the room above us throughout the night. The bed was very uncomfortable and we could feel the mattress springs. It was a miserable night.

The price was decent. Holiday inn was outrageously expensive. That was reason we chose this hotel. It was a Super 8 that was remodeled. The cleaning staff was hit or miss. We just asked front desk for towels each evening.

The front desk person made mistake with keys of room assignments. My grab and and I were settled and we heard someone use a key on our door. They then tried to forcefully push it open. I had the latch and read bolt on. But it did start to listen the screws on the latch.

No elevators and trash from fast food I ate was not removed during my stay. Beds were made except for the last day and towels were changed all except the last day. The family staff at the front desk made the stay better than it was. They were the positive!!!

I like the price.

To get to the ice machine, you have to go all the way down to the front office. The carpet felt like it could have needed a shampoo. The beds felt good. The people at the front office were really nice. there is no elevator. So for someone that is handicapped, there might be a struggle. Specially if you’re in a wheelchair.

Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. While the service was great, the location left much to be desired. The room was damp, the carpet was actually wet. The bed (very very uncomfortable) was also wet. When I asked the staff, they stated this was a normal occurrence in the summer and offered to let us use a dehumidifier. It didn’t help. The entire facility had an unpleasant odor. Hard to pin it down…cooked food, body odor, wet carpet..I really can’t pin it down. I can at least say the location was quiet. But honestly, not worth the money they charged. If you absolutely must stay in Prince Frederick MD, I suggest the Holiday Inn Express. Or go to another city.

The room was fine, found it odd that torn carpet was repaired with duct tape in 2 colors as you entered the room. The pillows were not very fluffy, nearly flat when in use. Could use better pillows.
The breakfast was the worst. The juice machine was broken, they used the worst brand of coffee possible. A refrigerator which usually houses yogurt and things of that nature was totally empty for reasons they just didn't want to purchase items for it or it was also broken. The options you then had were cereal or make yourself a waffle.
Bottom line....eat breakfast at Bob Evans right next door.

This property used to be a motel six and it still looks like one. You need to bring your own body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Also your own hairdryer. The mattress is hard as a rock and the carpet and bathroom are very old. The only thing that was up to par for best Western was the showerhead and water pressure in the shower, which were great.
