A very friendly and helpful staff, we only stayed one short night but it was convenient from the airport (we were lucky to find a taxi), the room was clean and comfortable, and the grounds were very nice. We had a nice breakfast before checking out to our next destination.

Would highly recommend

Last minute booking as our original hotel (Petinaros Hotel) cancelled on us just days before arrival. Loved this hotel and wish we had booked it inside of the other originally. Very friendly staff and very close to the center. Clean but a little dated. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Property is great and looks new but once you walk in to the rooms they are definitely not what I expected. A little to old and very basic. If you only need it for one night it will work.

Hotel.com shall be Dina better selection of hotel for we pay almos $270 per night

-Owner of hotel put out my room a friend visitor at 6am
-They try to change me to small room when hotel was empty

My vacaciones was a night mare

Also location and food Not good

They need to learn how Americans work hard and pay good money for good Service

The pool was nice but the rooms were terrible. The showers rod was rusted along with the two, the bed quilt was gross. Also we are a couple and they have us two separate single beds wheeled next to each other with separate bed linen.

We stayed here for 9 days.
From the ad, we where confident there was a gym at the hotel but there was not.
We where happy with 1 out of 3 who worked there. The two females were not only not very helpful but at times rude.
The prices at the hotel restaurant was also very expensive. Paid 12 euros for a omelette for lunch. For comparison, a full dinner at one of the many places in either Ornos or Little Venice, a main course of excellent quality and size was between 5 to 15 euros.

Hotel transport that was organised by the hotel was exorbitant 25 euros from port to hotel and 25 euros from hotel to airport these prices do not make the stay enjoyably as these prices are set by the receptionist at the hotel.(back hand) but what can you .so book a hotel with free transport is my advise.also room was dull and dingy and no sun.not pleased at all.

Standard room not 4* standard.
Shower needs updating.
Bed was worst bed I ever slept in.
Had to ask for rubbish bin to be placed in room as on had bathroom one to usr . And u know what that is used for ...hmmmm.
Nice pool though.

Wouldnt stay there again!

Stayed at Giannoulaki for the second time and forgot that it was that bad. The complex looks pretty and lovely on the outside, but the bedrooms are dated and not comfortable. When we arrived I spotted red ants in the bathroom, there was some bulbs missing in the bathrooms and in the entrance, wifi didnt work... When I asked the reception to change rooms they offered to send someone to change bulbs instead... they clearly didn't want to please us and change us rooms. The mattress is by far the worst I have slept on, and after spending over a week there, I just felt more tired than anything.
I wouldnt recomment the hotel, because of the customer service (inexistent) and the poor comfort, othr than that, looks cute from the outside and well located.

Beds are horiblely hard! To get a bus you have to walk about 200 + yards bus runs about every 20. minutes. Staff could not be more helpful. Very small rooms.

The hotel is very outdated. The bar is very expensive and closes at 10.30pm. Only good thing to say is nice sized pool and supermarket near by

Nice hotel to enjoy Mykonos city

Great place to stay, spacious room with all amenities and a very good service. The hotel looks like a beautiful village and is very well looked after. The pool is absolutely amazing. The bar service is good and the employees are very friendly. There is public transport at door step(not many buses) but you can walk to the city center(30 minutes). I just wanted a better breakfast, maybe changing the menu in different days or increasing that variety. Definitely recommended to everyone.

OK as a place for a single night near airport!

This hotel was fine for a single night before catching a flight the next morning. We wouldn’t have wanted to stay there longer than that. It is on a busy main road close to the airport.

Friendly hotel

Good quiet location. Bus stop to town just a few minutes walk & also supermarket nearby. Rooms have balcony overlooking the pool which is lovely. Hotel offers transfers to/from the airport too! A pleasant stay.

Perfect location

The hotel staff were so friendly and could not do enough to make our stay fantastic. Location was ideal for us, lovely walks into town or to the gorgeous beaches. Brilliant local Taverna recommended by the staff just 5 minutes from hotel.

The hotel room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. Breakfast didn't include a large variety of options but the food is good and fresh. The hotel staff, in particular the recptionists are very welcoming, friendly and happy to help. Special mention to Konstantina for going over and above to make our stay more enjoyable, offering fantastic tips and recommendations, being so helpful and cheerful all the time. Truly outstanding customer experience. It certainly made our visit to Mykonos and our stay at Gianoulakki very special. Thank you and well done.

Great place to go to spend your holidays. Good area (20-25 mins walkimg distance from beach). Very friendly staff that will do their best for the guests. Also good food and wine served in the hotel's restaurant.

When we arrived at the hotel they wanted us to leave a £200 pound deposit in case of breakages that we thought was unnecessary, this should be told to you at time of booking .Not much choice at breakfast, the room we stayed in needs updating also the sunbeds are very hard. You are not very close to the beach you will have to take a bus as there are no pavement to walk on. Also the drinks and the food is very overpriced at the hotel.

Nice place to escape the hordes.

Really nice hotel, lovely room and pool and super friendly and helpful staff (esp. the young man on nights). Good breakfast too. Prone to the odd power cut (like the rest of the island) and a bit far from everything, but fine as long as you know that. A place to escape the madness. Special thanks to their private hire driver for getting us to our ferry on time!

Nice spacious rooms, great swimming pool but drainage system is very bad, bathroom flooded when draining the bath. No free wifi, they charge €10 A DAY for wifi and food prices were too high! I wouldn't stay there again.

Absolute disaster hotel Avoid these scammers

This was the worse hotel i have ever stayed in my whole life. Poor customer service, no manners, no respect, they demand extra money just because I had a visitor gor a few hours which the receptionist saw, then they threatened to call the police and the authority if I didn't pay 125 euros which was ridiculous.

it was not as said ,had to pay for internet, was not told about breakfast being included found out at end . was not told there were pool towels and had to pay for hot water. would def not recomend. frail bathmat. twist ties in curtains balcony chairs stiff and rough wood. gym unacceptable

Hotel without free Wifi

The hotel is nice. If you decide o take it you must rent a car to visit Mykonos attractions. The shower is too small and the water is not very hot, it just get to be warm. The Internet acces is 2€ for 1 hour; this detail make my family and I feel upset for a \"4 star hotel\", and made us look for a restaurant in town with unlimited free Wifi.

We had a really bad experience at this hotel. The picture showed are for renovated room and we did not get some. Also the service was terrible and we did not feel welcome. The breakfast was not really to the level. Only good thing, is there food during the day. The mattress were like rock and there is no double bed, it`s to single beds together. They don`t even use sheets to assemble them together.

Rooms by the pool are better. Beds are hard. Bit far from town if you don't hire a bike or car. Not close to anything really. It's an ok hotel. Nice by the pool when there is no wind. Far from a luxury hotel but at Mykonos peak prices it was bearable for value. If you want better you going to pay for it. Been to Mykonos a few times and have been to 5 or so hotels.

Great pool area, not far from town

Great pool area, ok rooms, wierd shower curtain. Staff was helpful except with shuttle to airport. Shuttle was offered for some guests but not others. Supermarket nearby. Wierd kitchen hours at pool. Bus is infrequent and taxis are almost nonexistent. So best to book a scooter.

The hotel is bit of a distance from town, but he bus stops right in front of the hotel. We rented a car, so that was not an issue.
The staff is super nice and helpful, and right next to the hotel there are several small restaurants that are not very touristy and the food was amazing.

big room, far from action, no internet :(

Book this only if you want to avoid the crowds. It is about 1 mile from the beach and 3+ miles from the port/little venice where all the action is. It is pricey and still does not provide free wifi, which is very disappointing.

Not in Mykonos Centre as advertised so taxis to/from centre necessary - and not cheap. Breakfast of a very poor standard- limited choice of FRESH non- processed food available. Only sliced toast bread and dried rusks on offer ( I hate toast bread)- for a 4 star hotel I'd expect at least fresh bread. Only packaged jam available and NO HONEY on a Greek island 4 star hotel is unheard of. The only fresh fruit available was oranges but fruit salad out of a tin was served - not what a 4 star hotel should have been serving. Also only black tea offered - no variety here. Bathroom really small and basic - not 4 star quality.

The hotel is located about half way between Mikonos town and the beach. It's quiet with a beautiful swimming pool and bar playing good chill out music. They mix a good cocktail. The staff are great, really friendly. The restaurant is excellent, the food is 5 star. It's a lovely hotel with big rooms and very very clean. There are a few cute little kittens in the gardens to give it that magic touch!

The positives are newly redone, nicely decorated rooms, good views of the town and sea. Not to far from town. The negatives are very hard beds, not mattress cover just a sheet, towels are old, hard and coming aprt, customer service is lacking, no one is ever at the front desk you must go upstaires to the bar for help. Must take the bus or taxi to town. breakfast is OK but a bit limited.

Hotel qui demande à etre entretenu. Evidemment nous sommes loin d'un 4 étoiles, mais nous le savions.
Les chambres sont vieillottes, pas insonorisées. La literie est atroce.
Attention aux bons commentaires, à la réception il nous a été demandé de mettre une bonne note en échange d'un cocktail.

Schoon hotel. De kamer was wel heel basic maar netjes. Goede en brede bedden. Fijn zwembad. Goed eten in het hotel restaurant. En het hotel biedt de mogelijkheid om een taxi transfer te regelen. Helaas wel in de nacht veel lawaai van andere hotelgasten.

Hotel de 2* a precio de lujo

Hotel de 4* que lo cobra pero no lo vale. Habitaciones muy antiguas, muebles que huelen a rancio, colchón de muelles que se te clava. Aspecto pésimo, baste como ejemplo el sofá. Por la Covid no servían comidas pero las bebidas estaban a precio de lujo.
Lo único positivo es la piscina.
