The hotel is an essential location right above Little Venice, and the town of Mykonos. It’s walkable. The hotel room was clean and the staff was really friendly. We were able to get into our rooms early even though check-in was later the hotel did arrange for transportation from the Ferry to The hotel. The hotel is also able to arrange transportation for you to the airport. If you need it, the room was very comfortable and was air-conditioning. It was reasonably priced. I will actually stay here again.

The facility was located outside of the town (about a 10 minute walk up and down hills... not ideal). The rooms were clean and the staff was wonderful. The room was spacious enough for us. Shower was large enough to move around in. Floors were either ceramic or stone (smooth). We had a balcony overlooking the water in the distance. The morning buffet was ample and adequate and tasty offering local options as well for an authentic Greek experience. There is no pool on the property but we had access to their sister hotel (The Poseidon) which had a great pool (a bit on the cool side for me) and service with drinks and food (albeit pricey). The Poseidon was located just outside Mykonos town so it was still about 10 minutes to walk there. The last hill is quite steep.

Literally all of the bedsheets and pillowcases had various stains on them, we asked for it to be replaced right after checking in and they came with 1 replacement duvet sheet. When we pointed out that the others were stained too and we wanted it changed, they said no problem and didn’t bother to replace them. The shower and toilet were separate but both had glass doors (no privacy at all). the toilet was incredibly small to the point of struggling to open and close the door. The shower was ok but you have to be careful of how you shower since the water can leak through and make the bedroom floor wet. The sink is also kind of just in the middle of the room. They had a cute little balcony for you to sit and enjoy the sun.

Unfortunately the following morning upon check out on 24th July the transfer / taxi which we were promised the evening and morning before, for a set time never arrived.
There was no solution in place following this for us to get to the port in time.
Our ferry booking was in excess of £250 GBP and could not be missed. I am sure you understand the stress this caused.
We were left with no choice but to walk around Mykonos town with suitcases in 30 degree heat with busy dangerous traffic looking for another mode of transportation which did not exist.
I am sure you will understand that this is totally un-acceptable, not only morally it being our honeymoon but you have duty of care and safety to you guests which must be upheld.
Eventually knackered we stumbled across a local man that kindly drove us to the sea ferry port just in time... We had to however pay him 50 Euro for the pleasure.
I was horrified by the fact a service could be so un-organised and how un-helpful so many taxis were with refusing to take passengers in need. This is not the Greece that I used to love as a kid.
It has been a week now since I complained and we have not heard back. I look forward to now starting to get our money back due to no response. Which is disgusting.

The arrival and check in was excellent. The hotel arranged a transfer for me from the airport to the hotel, which was great. The apartment was spacious and seemed to have been updated recently, very comfortable. The hotel is a walking distance from the old town. Breakfast was simple, but was good enough to start the day, and considering how expensive this destination is, no complain from me. I'd definitely recommend it.

We only stayed 2 nights as we are island-hopping. This was the nicest hotel and we loved it. The transportation from the ferry was complimentary, which was nice. But the entire experience was fantastic. Complimentary breakfast, which was delicious! Nice simple room, clean and well-maintained. The best part of our stay, though, was the staff. Panos was extremely friendly and helpful. The walk into town was only about 10 - 15 minutes, downhill. Coming back to the hotel was uphill but not bad. Overall, we strongly recommend this hotel. If you stay there, hopefully Panos will be there to assist you. We had a really good experience.

For the one night stay we had at Magas Hotel, it was great! The bathrooms are very modern and very cute room! Very walkable to everything and for the breakfast that was included there was a huge selection of food! Would recommend this hotel forsure, they also offer transfer from/to airport/port if you need it! Just let them know in advance!

The hotel asked us prior to our arrival if we needed to be picked up at the ferry. We did, and the service was free. Awesome. Incidently, they also took us to the airport when we left, also free. The hotel was a 5 minute walk down the hill to downtown. Of course that also meant we had to walk up the hill. Not a big deal for us but if you struggle to get up and down, this could be an issue. The hotel was clean, and had everything we could need for our stay in Mykonos.

Amazing Hotel and Service, also they offer free transfer either to the airport or the port. The rooms are modern and new. The location is a walking distance to the town and Fabrika Bus Stop. Its only April so busses are not as frequent but come high season and there will be a bus stop right in front of yhe hotel to go to Ornos beach or to Piatis Galos. The breakfast is good nothing fancy but good enough to keep you energise to start the day. Cleaners are really good i was a little messy at my room but they cleaned it immaculate. Overall i will consider it again when im back and definitely recommend it to others.

The hotel was a great surprise as it was even nicer than we'd expected. The rooms are new and clean and well decorated. We were picked up at the airport with no extra fee, which was convenient.
