I travelled with my Mother to Mykonos, and we had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful Bill & Coo. The resort boasts stunning views of the sea, but what truly made our trip unforgettable was the exceptional service and genuine kindness we experienced from every member of the staff. When my Mother wasn't feeling well for part of the trip, their compassion and concern for her well-being were truly remarkable. The food was absolutely fabulous, and the drinks were simply out of this world! We had an incredibly special time and hope to return again in the future.

Terrible service they look and smile but don’t ask if you’d like coffee at breakfast or Dinks at the pool they give you a link when you ask for reservations.
The gym is awful one working treadmill one not so take a number and wait in line
There’s no hot tub on the premises except for in the spa we booked two hours at the spa for massage and hot tub - well… they double booked and kicked us out after the massage
They forget constantly that they are in the hospitality business
The room is terrible no good lighting for makeup noting in the room no mirror near any plugs for doing your hair. I don’t know who designed this place but it’s a joke. We had cat poop on our porch from beginning to end. Run far away

Excellent boutique feeling at this place, and exceptional staff and service. In particular dimitri was there at all times to make our time special, genuinely caring for our enjoyment and comfort. This type of service doesn’t come by often. I will definitely stay here again in the future. The only limitation really is that the location requires a significant amount of walking, but that’s part of being in Mykonos.

Special hotel for making family memories

Amazing stay for our family of four. The accommodations were fantastic but more importantly this hotel has a very special staff that seem like family to each other. We could literally list every employee as making sure our stay was special. Just to name a few include Dimitri and constantina.
I just have to mention how incredible the breakfast was for each of us. We aren’t usually big breakfast eaters but all if us couldn’t wait to go each day. It’s truly a spectacular menu. The pool also has an amazing view day and night perfect for family photos.
Shopping is a quick 5 minute taxi or a fair walk for exercise.
Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories.

Lovely space in which to be.. The real gems are the attentive breakfast staff who cannot do enough for you to ensure that your stay is the best.
I can’t describe the breakfast to do it the justice it deserves … total delicious and the patisserie chef needs a special mention. OUTSTANDING!!

Fantastic staff, a great view - but expensive

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are fantastic. It’s just outside Mykonos town so it’s away from the chaos. The breakfast is fabulous and the waiting team were excellent. However, this is a very expensive hotel, so I would expect all of the above to be outstanding. The food and drinks are very expensive, plus the transfer costs to the ferry port a ridiculous.

We have older children, so they fitted into the hotel fine, but there is a “it crowd” mis match of international people that can be off putting.

We went to a couple of nearby beaches to have a break from the pool. Mykonos is an expensive island, we preferred Naxos.

This hotel is a rare example of "white glove" service for its guests. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, professional and just eager to please and pamper in any way possible.

Breakfast was a unique experience with daily amuse bouche delicacies from the chef as well as exquisite table service and delicious choices.

The views from the rooms and the pool/breakfast area are breathtaking. Perfect for watching beautiful Mykonos sunsets.

Mykonos town is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, other places of interest can be reached by Uber/taxi.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in one of the villas and would certainly think of returning to this excellent hotel. The staff are highly engaged, professional and attentive. The location is good being 10 mins walk from the town but this is along a narrow road with no pavements so does not feel safe - particularly at night. Avoid the hotel car service which is priced way too high (80 euros for a 5 min ride is simply excessive!). Also, a handful of rooms along the foot path from reception to the road are overlooked and so had little privacy so I would not have been pleased to stay in one of those. Overall though this is a terrific place to stay in Mykonos.

LOVED this hotel! We were bummed we spent longer at the one before it and only a day at Bill & Coo bc it was such a great property! We stayed in the room w/an infinity pool and the views were so beautiful. 15 min walk to downtown area. The food for breakfast was really good, too! Absolutely 5 star and will be back again!

Beautiful hotel with superb staff.

A beautiful and extraordinary place to stay. I’ve done so for many years and will continue to do so. The service is absolutely first class. You see the same staff year after year which is a testament to the atmosphere they have created here. The breakfasts are also a real highlight and are usually included in the tariff. Location is also excellent as it’s about a 15 minute walk into the main town. So you are close enough to get to the good restaurants by foot, but far enough away so that you get a more serene environment.

Only suggestion to management is to build in port transfer charges in the room rates as 160 Euros for 10min each side ride sound excessively high.

This small hotel had the highest level of service that I have experienced, which I believe sets it apart from other 5star hotels. The pool and restaurant were great. The beach area is a short drive away with a nice restaurant too. The service at the beach was not like at the hotel though.

We had a wonderful stay at Bill and Coo Suites and Lounge. The property is small and intimate. We were greeted with a glass of champagne despite the fact that we didn't arrive until midnight. We were upgraded to a suite which was beautiful. Perhaps most important, the staff was fantastic. Everyone, the restaurant staff, front desk, drivers were all so accommodating. Special thanks go to Alexandros who went out of his way to ensure we had a wonderful stay and even escorted us, including running through the streets of Mykonos Town, to catch the ferry to Delos so we didn't miss our one opportunity to see this amazing site.

Great for romantic getaway but not close to town

Great hotel and service, it’s just not clear on hotel.com which hotel you’re booking. Thought I was booked into the suites and lounges as per my confirmation email, very misleading. This hotel is great if you want remote but ended up spending approx €60 a day on the car service to the town. Perfect for honeymoon not if you want a bit more going on and closer to town.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Bill & Coo Coast Suites. I actually have never written a review but feel obligated. We travel quite a bit and are often hard to please.This was best luxury boutique hotel experiences we have ever had. The staff was always available without being pushy and our room with a private Jacuzzi pool was immaculate with views from the pool deck, balcony and bedroom.

The Coast suites is not in walking distance to town but the hotel offers an on demand driver n (for a reasonable fee) and return service at anytime. They actually provide a small cellphone with a direct dial to the hotel when you are ready to be picked up.

The service and amenities at the hotel are impeccable. Staff members are so kind and attentive and even accommodated a late check out for me because my ferry was cancelled. In addition, rooms come with a private cell phone to call the front desk from anywhere on the island for any needs such as transportation. Lastly, the pool area provides a stunning view of the sunset.

One of the best hotel experiences of my life.

This was by far one of the best hotel experiences of my life. I have traveled quite a bit and there are a few hotel experiences that just really stand out from the rest- and this is one of them. I visited Mykonos for the first time in June with my cousin who lives in the UK. We wanted something that was nice and with easy access to town. Bill & Coo is a special, luxurious modern boutique hotel in a great peaceful location, but still walking distance to Mykonos town.
I booked a regular room there (which was not cheap but worth it). Upon arrival we were greeted with kindness and a welcome snack out by the Gorgeous infiniti pool while they oriented us to the hotel until our room was ready. They then told us about a surprise, which was that they upgraded us to one of the nicest rooms in the hotel with it's own private pool for the 3 nights!! We were floored! The room was absolutely stunning. We have no idea why they did this, when I asked it seemed to be out of kindness as it was my first visit to Mykonos. We were so grateful. The room with separate living room, spa bath tub, steam shower, private pool and rooms was stunning and comfortable.
Every day, every person that worked there treated us with kindness.
The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We also learned that there was a shuttle to the Bill & Coo Coast suites and enjoyed complimentary breakfast there on one of the mornings by the beach as well. This was a superior experience. THANK YOU BILL & COO!!

My wife & I travel a Lot and have stayed in many great hotels along the way - but we must say the Bill & Coo is as close to flawless perfection as you can get. From the moment you arrive you will be 100% satisfied starting with the welcome reception and charming staff. Then you will be given a "cell" phone for your own use during your stay along with an I-Pad that controls all of your in-room services from lights, to temperature and any kind of music you can dream of plus full internet access, etc. No details have been overlooked. The pool area is a real "Wow" factor and the staff could not be more attentive. The breakfast menu is very unique and rewarding. The hotel offers quick rides to the Old Town / Wind Mill area. 10 Euro each way. (A taxi will charge 5 Euro but the convenience of having the hotel driver is also nice!). We will definitely come back to this hotel one day in the future and we Highly Recommend the Bill & Coo Suites if you want to really enhance your time in Mykonos.

Views from the hotel were amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and anticipated all of our needs. No request was too much. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Our stay at Bill & Coo was beyond amazing! Thanks to every single staff who provided excellent customer service. This is definitely our go-to-hotel in Mykonos whenever we visit! We’ve traveled many places and stayed at numerous hotels, but they really made us felt like their VIPs. Every night when we return to our suite there is always little surprises, and a personal weather report for the next day.

Not worth your money

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Our first night we did not sleep a peep because the air conditioning was not working. I took a cold shower at 4 am because it was unbearably hot. We called the front desk and someone came to look at the air conditioning. His solution to the problem was to provide us with a fan. The hotel covered "extras" for our two day stay which included approximately 3-4 car rides at 30 euros a ride I believe. This hotel is not worth your money. When you charge that much a night and do not get what you bargained for you should not be expected to pay full price. the air conditioning was fixed for our second night and the hotel staff was great. The manager was more concerned about taking our money instead of properly compensating us for a terrible night's sleep. I do not recommend this hotel.

Honeymoon Perfection

One word for Bill and Coo....WOW!
This is simply the best hotel I have ever stayed in, the best view, the best sunset, the best location, the best room, but most importantly the best staff with the best service I have ever had.
We were fortunate to be upgraded to a honeymoon suite (205) for the week we stayed and we couldn't have wished for a better honeymoon.
I have attached a few pics to help you decided to book if you're unsure!
From the moment we arrived at the airport we knew this hotel was special, we had a private transfer with a friendly helpful driver who gave us a few tips on what to do and places to eat and the check in is done sat by the pool overlooking the sea.
I cannot stress enough how much the staff make you feel like a VIP. Each and every member of staff remembered our names from the moment we arrived to the moment we left and spoke to us by name morning, noon and night.
The breakfast is brilliant, a la carte with a wide and varied selection, you could easily have something different every day and never get bored. The room service was prompt and very tasty, prepared by the same team that cook in the main restaurant (rated as one of the best on the island!) and we enjoyed having room service to our suite to watch the sunset.
We had a slight niggle with the lights in our room, which was attended to promptly and a complimentary bottle of wine provided to apologise for the inconvenience.

Great hotel loved the atmosphere

We were immediately made welcome from the moment we were picked up from the port.
Once we arrived we had a welcome refreshments and then a through run down of the hotel.
They helped us celebrate my wife's birthday which they made her feel very special.
Dinner was an amazing experience 5 stars all the way.
Nothing was ever a problem .

We stayed at Bill and Coo in late april 2017. The staff was extremely nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. They welcomed us, gave us loads of information and told us about all the restaurants and activities to try. The service was unmatched -- we were welcomed by the concierge staff who gave a cell phone to use during our stay (mostly when needing a shuttle somewhere), we were served amazing breakfasts each day, the poolside servers were super attentive, and the bar had delicious drinks and a knowledgeable bartender. We truly enjoyed getting to know the entire staff!
The room was very clean, spacious with a lovely design. We had a great view of the ocean with a private balcony and hot tub. The restaurant and pool were also pristine. since it is a boutique hotel it had a unique feel and design to it that we thought was amazing! Not a cookie cutter hotel.
