I had an exceptional stay that exceeded nearly every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome—warm, attentive, and always ready to help without being intrusive. Check-in was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for a stress-free visit.

The room itself was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like it had been engineered for perfect sleep, and I appreciated the small details—plush towels, quality toiletries, and a quiet atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. Housekeeping maintained everything to a high standard throughout my stay.

The amenities were equally impressive. Whether it was the well-equipped fitness center, the relaxing common areas, or the on-site dining options, everything felt polished and well cared for. Speaking of dining, the food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and served with care.

Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t have been more convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, dining, and transportation. It struck the perfect balance between being centrally located and still offering a peaceful retreat.

What stood out most, though, was the consistency. Every interaction, every service, every detail reflected a commitment to quality. It’s clear that this hotel takes pride in creating a memorable guest experience.

I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-tier service.

This place has an excellent location near the airport and local attractions, making it really convenient for exploring. The staff are genuinely helpful and friendly, always ready to go the extra mile to ensure your comfort. Great location! Best view from our room. Right on the beach.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. George at the front desk is always welcoming and courteous, He has always gave us suggestions to how and where we can go. . The nice blonde lady at breakfast is energetic and she offered us a piece of orange cake that she has baked. The young bellman Mohamed helped us carry our luggage to the upper floor where our room is. Stunning view of the bay! We could even see the windmills from our balcony.

We stayed at Mykonos Beach Hotel for three nights, and it was an amazing experience. The location was perfect not right in the middle of busy Mykonos Town, but just a 10-minute walk from all the major attractions, including the famous Windmills and Little Venice.

Check-in was very smooth; Nikos at the reception was extremely helpful and gave us great tips about the area. Our room had a stunning view of the ocean, which made our stay even more special.

The only drawback was the breakfast. It was quite basic compared to other hotels of a similar style. There were boiled eggs, some assorted breads, a few fruit options, and tea and coffee

On our first morning at breakfast, there were no boiled eggs available, so we asked the lady in charge of refilling the buffet. She bluntly replied that there were no more eggs for the day, even though there was still an hour left before breakfast ended. The next morning, when we went for breakfast again, she saw us and started saying something in her language, but we could tell she was making fun of us by repeatedly saying “egg, egg.” Even on our last morning while we were checking out, she saw us again and repeated “egg” in a mocking tone. We found this behavior quite disrespectful and unprofessional, though we decided not to mention it to the hotel staff.

Aside from this one unpleasant incident, our overall stay was very pleasant.

This hotel is a little gem. It’s an older hotel but it’s so comfortable, spacious room and clean bathroom. The view from the big balcony was SPECTACULAR.
Nic and the entire staff made us feel so welcomed. They were helpful guiding us around the island.
The location is perfect, walkable distance to little Venice and bus stops to get to other beaches.
Will definitely go back.

The BEST room views of our whole trip was from this hotel. Literally felt like a dream opening up the balcony doors and seeing the beach/ocean from our room and the gorgeous white and blue architecture structures of Greece especially at night with the lights. Downfall is that we had to climb up 5 different set of stairs to get the views on top of the fact that the hotel is located literally on a hill. Room was a bit outdated too with cracked floors, barely cold refrigerator, bare minimum bedding, and a bathroom with an odd shaped bathtub (also note that they only provide body wash that looks like a hand soap dispenser)…hotel is also located away from town but is about a 10-15 inclined walk (again you’re on a hill) to the Windmills/Little Venice area. Just be careful walking on the streets too cause drivers do be making sharp turns on those curves (sometimes a little too close). Despite the outdated room and uphill battle the views, pool area, and proximity to town/beach were worth it for the price. Maybe just ask for help with luggage up to your room lol

We wanted a place close to town and to the beach. We paid close to $900 Canadian dollars per night. The room was terrible. The facilities were run down. The pool loungers were ripped and moldy. There was a hot tub beside the pool that had the lid on it the whole time and the lid looked destroyed.

We complained to the front desk people who were extremely kind They said they had no other options and insisted that the pictures in the ads were the same as what we were experiencing. We were adamant that we wanted a room change. They finally moved us to a room that had a separate bedroom but they put two tiny roll out beds as you walked in the door. You could barely move in the room.

Also, there were people partying from 11pm until about 2am and then again from 5am-7am right next to us. We complained all three night about this and when management told them to stop they simply ignored them.

All in all, it was the worst hotel we stayed at. If you are there to party and don’t mind sleeping in an old, run down place, then this is for you.

Je n’ai que d’excellents commentaires concernant cet hôtel, sa propriétaire et son personnel. Premièrement à notre arrivée ils ont accepté de nous changer de chambre pour nous offrir une chambre rénovée avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Dès la 1ere journée je me suis blessée en marchant près des moulins à vent. Ils nous ont conseillé sur le choix d’une clinique et nous ont rassuré en attendant l’ambulance. Le lendemeain ils nous ont préparé une excellente soupe qu’ils sont venu porter à notre chambre et nous ont commander d’un resto à l’extérieur des pâtes pour le souper. Je tiens vraiment à les remercier et je ne peux que recommander chaleureusement cet établissement pour leur bienvaillance et leur soutient. Merci

The room was okay, with a small balcony and chairs. Felt a little basic.
Bathroom only had a shower curtain, and water ended all over the floor . Towels were a little threadbare.
No hairdryer .
Breakfast was okay , help yourself buffet.
Just across the road there is a beach , but it was dirty with lots of rubbish on the sand.

The location is great and it is the primary reason I consider before booking a hotel.Stayed overnight with a family of 3 to relax before our flight to UK after coming back from Naxos . The room was in a poor condition , light fixture hanging from its fitting , warped wood on fixtures , loose drain cover in bathroom. There was even no safe in the room . I was looking forward to their nice pool to relax. .it was not the most relaxing environment . Not enough sunbeds , and the bar / pool attendant was incredibly rude .She told off several people for the heinous crimes of putting up a parasol , wanting a cushion from the seating area etc ....She must have been previously employed by Karen's Diner or its Greek equivalent.There are much better 2 star hotels in Mykonos than this with better rates .Disappointing finish to our holiday and to top it all my husband got bug bites..we suspect it's bedbugs.

This property is within walking distance to town, has the beach right across the street or a beautiful pool to lounge by. I didn't end up in a renovated room, which was pretty outdated and beaten up. But, overall for the price it was a great place to stay with lovely, accommodating staff.

We loved that the property was small and close to the airport/Mykonos Town. We loved that the property had a porch overlooking the beach but didn't realize there is a road to cross to get to the beach. The breakfast was fresh (they should consider getting a conveyor toaster - coffee or hot water makers in the rooms and microwave available to guests 24/7). We rented a car which was safely parked on the property. The hot water and water pressure were amazing and the highlight of our stay. Lol. We would stay here again. The worst part was there are no safe sidewalks for people to walk to the town and so you put your life into the drivers' hands when you walk anywhere in Mykonos. Parking was inexpensive for the day as well. We went in May and it was surprisingly busy.

Great beach view and access. Pool side is good. Make sure you get upgraded rooms and showers are wonderful. Beware of old rooms which are yet to be upgraded. Walkable to Mykonos town where all the picturesque streets and eateries are there but just be cautious as you will be walking with the incoming traffic riding fast.

The property location is awesome and the pool area with bar and breakfast is good. The jacuzzi was a nice surprise .
My feedback to the hotel will be to improve the small details such as key holder in room, the room safebox (mine did not work) and water pipes exposed in balcony area.
As well, the room photos are very different from the look inside the actual room, this can be frustating. At least all included amenities were available.
After traveling so long and finally arriving to the property findings exposed pipes areas, broken or missing section details it takes away the value of what was paid. Hotel staff provides good service but can improve their greetings manners.

We were welcomed very warmly, discretely and respectfully. The property is well situated and quiet and the staff were absolutely great. We were in room 6 with an awesome and unrestrictive view of the sunset. Breakfast was good and included in the price. Snacks and drinks were priced affordablely by the pool until about 4 pm. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Bugs, bugs and more bugs in the room. Zero space to get around the room. Uncomfortable beds pushed together to make one bed, pillows were useless and awful. Had a baby crib that was a suffocation hazard due to the thick blankets that substituted as a mattress. Balcony had a great view but it is never cleaned and it desperately needs it. Lots of mosquitoes come out at night. The condition of the bathroom was frightening, especially the shower. The pool was great but there are limited pool loungers. The whole resort needs a major upgrade, it almost felt like a hostel. Some of the staff are very rude. We tried to organize a taxi to get back to the ferry port and were told we don’t need to book in advance and that it would be easy to call a cab as we are leaving. After waiting 30 minutes for a taxi we were forced to use a more expensive private service. I would not recommend staying here.
Would strongly suggest organizing transportation from the ferry port to anywhere you stay in Mykonos or you could be waiting for hours in a long line with no shade.

The views of the beach and sea is spectacular. Also the pool area is lovely and clean with a nice pool. However, I do feel the hotel needs updating, especially the reception area where you eat your breakfast and also the rooms. Although, the shower was amazing!!

Loved the location. Short walk to town with lots of dining options. The staff is super helpful and kind.

We were there in early April and it was very quiet. The pool and beach too cold to swim in and hot tub not very hot, but it was pre-season. Before Greek Easter, it is a good place for quiet. Overall, this place is a great value.

Unwelcoming vibe from staff. They charge 4€ for water and will not accommodate extra requests such as giving you an extra jam from breakfast if it’s outside breakfast hours. The property itself is nice. Let’s be honest-people book this hotel for its location and balcony view. The balcony was huge! And beautiful. But the room was extremely outdated, taking a shower wet the whole bathroom, and you can constantly hear doors slamming against the buildings from the constant wind. Good for a short cheap stay but I wouldn’t ever stay here again.

This hotel is the definition of hotel catfishing - just horrible. Rooms are run down and disgusting, I didn’t even take a shower because the showers are just filthy.
This place needs to be refurbished because the pictures don’t look anything like the actual rooms listed online.
Front desk lady was wonderful and beachfront location is nice. Otherwise I would never come back here again.

Property is well located right across the beach which is really nice , also easy access to Mykonos town, nice staff , ok breakfast, but the hotel itself is very old , it needs a major upgrade, don’t expect nothing fancy, it is showing a 3 star hotel but it more like a 2 star hotel, although they charge a lot but the reason is because their proximity to the beach and the main town, beds were uncomfortable, very uncomfortable to shower bc you have to climb to enter the shower not very smart design, I will only recommend if you want to stay close to the beach.

What a wonderful hotel. We stayed as a family of 5 in one of the family suites. The hotel is beautiful and typical of of a beach hotel. The front desk reception was wonderful! We were able to have an early check in. They were able to help us get taxis and help us with reservations. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Rooms were clean. Everyone was very friendly. View is spectacular and hotel is so close to town! Definitely recommend!

Hole in the wall hotel

The pictures on Hotels.com website didn't match what I saw and stayed in. NOT WORTH $92 that we paid ! A real hole in the wall. Pictures of the rooms on the site are misleading as if they took it from another hotel.

Wasnt the cleanest, fridge door was hanging off, aircon made a twrrible noise would turn on at random wouldnt actually cool the room, pool was freezing, the bars and resturant werent open but if u had a room high enough up the view was alright.

The facility is very old and faucets are hard to open and close. Water out of faucet is yellow. It is an ancient site. It is Ok for a short visit, but not for a long stay.
