In general, the cleanliness of the facility was good, but the towels were very badly worn and hard. bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The heater in the room was not working. No one came to check, even though we told them many times. We had to sleep cold all night. I can say that the best part was the breakfast service. especially the product variety and the pastry part were very good.

Price was great for a last minute get-away, but the hotel is feeling it's age: Chrome surface marred, fogged windows, scratched wood, and towel rack that came off in your hand. Upgrades are needed (hopefully after the covid hit subsides), to bring the hotel back to it's potential, but it is still worth the price

We have stayed at several different hotels in Eskisehir advertised at the same level as Capella. Based on our experience, Capella is the best of all due to tastefully designed large rooms, nicely functional bathrooms, balconies, covered free parking, sparkling clean rooms and nice staff.

This hotel went over the top for covid safety. The towels are left in plastic bags. For the incredible breakfast buffet you wear a pair of plastic gloves to take your food. I went down around 9:30. I couldn’t believe when I came back they were already in my room cleaning it down. I checked in later the day before. There wasn’t much to be cleaned. The room is spacious. Comfortable. Extremely clean. The men reception were lovely. The female needs work and could be friendly. She wouldn’t bother to help me since I speak English. Plus I’m also female solo traveller. My Turkish is still so little. But we should try. It’s never easy on either of us. I always praised Turkey on their hospitality. The women here had none. My first in all my cities I’ve visited in this super country. It’s my third visit. I’ve been here almost 2 months this tour. Trust me I know Turkey more then most locals. Other then that this hotel is an incredible stay for the area

Located next to coffee shops, bars and restaurants, and walking distance to a huge shopping centre, close to the tram line and train station. Delightfully large hotel room with a nice balcony. The staff are all happy and cheerful and efficient. The breakfast is good too, set in a comfortably large restaurant. My only negative comment is that my room was not cleaned until after 17.00 hours.

We stayed here for 3 nights with family in 2 rooms. Everyone was exceptionally happy with the cleanliness of the whole hotel, the helpfulness of the staff and location was just perfect. We could walk to shopping, restaurants and had a parking lot when we returned. Turkish breakfast buffet was delicious with many choices including some pastry and fries! Would definitely recommend!

Öncelikle nevresimler çok temizdi onun için teşekkür etmek isterim. Ama onun dışında banyoda sıvı sabun yoktu. Odada sigara içilmiş, çöpler boşaltılmamıştı. Otele gelişimizde sessiz bir oda olursa sevinirim demiştim. Ancak ne var ki otelin alt katında yüksek sesle müzik yapan mekanların gürültüsünden gece saat ikiye kadar uyumak imkansız. Bu seslerin oteldeki konaklayanları etkilememesi imkansız. Rezervasyon yapılırken bu eğlence mekanlarından gürültü geldiği belirtilmeli.
Vaktinde odamıza girmemize rağmen banyoda hiç havlu olmadığını gördük. Durumu resepsiyona belirttiğimizde temiz havlu için beklememiz gerektiği, çamaşır makinesinde yıkamanın bitmediği belirtildi. Otele girişimizde uzun yoldan geldiğimiz için duş almak istedik ama yapamadık.
Mini barı ve kahvaltısı otelin almış olduğu ücrete ve sınıfına göre oldukça düşük kalitedeydi. Restaurant ile ilgilenen bir görevlinin olmaması zaten yüksek sesli bir TV’ye maruz kalışımızdan anlaşılıyordu. Ayrıca çözünür kahve yerine en azından filtre kahve kullansalar daha iyi olacaktır.
Artı yanları ise otelin şehir merkezine yakınlığı ve odaların yeterli genişlikte olmasıydı.
Sonuç olarak bir dahaki Eskişehir gezimizde tercih etmeme sebebi olacak bir otel deneyimi oldu.

Bunların dışında oda sıcaklığı çok yüksekti, balkon kapısını açmak durumunda kaldım içerisi çok havasız kaldığı için. Bu durumda da Eskişehir ayazı insanı vurabiliyor, dikkatli olmak lazım.
