Location was very good next to restaurant and shopping mall, walking distance from tram stop, very easy to reach everywhere by tram even to otogar (bus station), breakfast was not rich considering a 5 stars hotel and rooms needs a little update, team was helpful and extended my check out untill 23:00 for a special offer of 20$. I would come again to this hotel next time.

Unhappy stay

The room was so hot and ac was not working (it was winter cold outside). The carpet and bathroom looked dirty. The dinner at the hotel was so expensive yet the taste was not good. Not all the rooms are non smoking so you have to specifically tell them if you want nonsmoking. The hotel needs more light in the corridors and waiting area, and little more energy. Overall atmosphere makes you feel you are in an unhappy place. On the positive side, this is a chain hotel and it is a big hotel with a restaurant, spa, swimming pool. The buffet breakfast is free. So if you get a comfortable room to sleep and if you are not spending too much time in the hotel, not eating dinner, and if you have a car to drive to the city, you might be good to go.

Good Quality Hotel

I cannot say too much because I was on a business trip and did not use many of the facilities. The hotel was said by my business contact to be the best in town. It had everything you would expect from a big hotel.

love motel in turkey

The hotel is the pits. The rooms were hot with no airconditioning. The lighting was awlful being very dark. One got the impression the room was only for adult relations and not for the business traveler. It was the only hotel in Turkey that I found advertising adult movies on TV.

There was different treament for the Turks vs. the non-Turks in my group. The breakfast was terrible. For example out of a group of 20 all Turks got their keys first. They also got daily papers while the foreigners did not.

The quality was that of a very low budget motel in the US.

Odalar çok eski,kahvaltı çok vasat.Oda kartını sürekli yenilemek zorunda kaldık,o kadar eskiydi odalar.Ayrıca odaya ayrı zamanlarda patates kızartması ve kahve istedik.Her getirilen şey için 100 TL getirme ücreti alındı.Dünyanın hiçbir yerinde böyle bir uygulama yok.Berbat bir deneyimdi

Uykusuz berbat konaklama

Eşimle 1 gece konaklama için girdik. Saat 23.00 da vardık, otelde düğün vardı. Sigara içilmeyen ve sessiz taraftan oda rica ettik. Sigara içilmeyen odalar dolu dendi. Odamıza çıktık, fakat oteldeki düğün müzik sesi odanın içinde gibiydi. Sabrettik 12 de biter dedik. Saat 2.00 oldu ve hala çok yüksek ses devam ettiği için resepsiyona gittim ve düğünün after partiye döndüğünü söyledi. Sonuç olarak berbat ve uykusuz bir gece geçirdik. Otel düğün salonu mu yoksa otel mi bir karar vermeli. Konaklama misafirleri bu kadar değersiz olur mu? Bu oteldeki son konaklamam oldu.

Otel bölgenin en eski otellerinden biri sanıyorum. Ama temizlik ve konfor anlamında tatmin etti.
Kahvaltısı da güzeldi . Ürünler taze ve lezzetliydi.
Bir daha gelsem bir daha kalırım.
Otelin alt katındaki spa ve hamam başka bir işletmeye verilmiş. Hamam ücretsiz ama Masaj ücrete tabiiydi. Masaj yaptırdık gerçekten güzel ve rahatlatıcıydı. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Biz güzel bir deneyim yaşadık. Teşekkür ederiz.

Otel güzel ancak kablosuz internet çalışmıyordu. İki kez bildirdim ancak sorun çözülmedi. Ayrıca klima da iyi çalışmıyordu, serinlemek için camı açmam gerekti.

We stay here every year

We are staying at Anemon one week every year when visiting family in Eskisehir. Everything is very good and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The location is great and there is a shopping center right next to it as well. Taxi station right outside and the hotel is one of extremely few with a pool, both outside and inside. We will stay again next year as always! I really recommend this hotel.

Kahvaltı vasat ama simit lezzetli. Spa bölümü ilgi istiyor. Personel daha ilgili olabilir. Yine de sevdiğim bir otel havuzu olması sebebiyle de tercih ediyorum.

We come back every year the last 10 years

Anemon is always nice to stay at and we have returned every year for the last 10 years when visiting family.
However, the rooms are now in need of a renovation. I wish they could update the bathroom and I would be very happy.
Service is really good and location is good. You have a nice shopping center right next to the hotel.
Also a big pool outdoor and indoor.

Anemon yine memnun etti bizi

Ailecek koankladığımız Anemon Oteli, güleryüzlü personeli ile karşıladı bizi. Kahvaltı neredeyse dört dörtlük, taptaze yiyeceklerle doluydu. Oda tertemizdi. Sigara kokusu yoktu. Otelde düğün olmasına rağmen gece sesi odaya kesinlikle gelmedi. Sadece aynı katta kalan diğer misafirlerin gürültüsü rahatsız ediciydi. Biz otelden çok memnun kaldık

Im Gegensatz zu unserem ersten Aufenthalt hatten wir jetzt ein Zimmer in dem die Klimaanlage den Namen nicht verdiente also bei offenen Fenster schlafen und immer wieder dirch Motorgeheule aufschrecken. Leider nicht empfehlenswert. Personal sehr nett, Zimmer na ja der Teppichboden nicht sauber, nur Frühstück den Sternen entsprechend

Yildiz sayisini hak etmeyen otel

Otelin yildiz sayisi ile uyumsuz bir servis kalitesi var. Odalar ve esyalar cok eski, tavani su almis olan ve dokulen bir odada kaldik. Lavabo gelisiguzel temizlenmisti, yerde sac vardi. Kahvalti inanilmaz lezzetsizdi hem kahvaltida hem de havuz kenarinda yer bulmakta zorlandik. Rezervasyonda belirtmemizin ardindan birkac kez gun icinde hatirlatmamiza ragmen cocuk yatagi saglamadilar. En son gece 11de yatagimiz kalmadi diye aciklama yaptilar. Bu surecte son derece ilgisiz ve kaba davrandiklarini da eklemek isterim. Ozellikle Armagan adli lobi gorevlisi sanki yalan soyluyormusuz gibi rezervasyonu kontrol etmeye calisti ki bu sirada kucuk bir cocugu aglattigina hic aldiris etmeden. Genel olarak kimseye tavsiye etmeyecegim verdiginiz paraya kesinlikle degmeyen profesyonellikten uzak bir sekilde yonetilen bir otel.

Kahvaltıda seçenek sayısı pek fazla değildi, fakat her şey lezzetliydi. Odalar güzeldi, her şey çok temizdi fakat yatak pek de rahat değildi. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Her şeye arabayla çok kolay ulaşılabilir bir yerde konumu güzel. Fiyatı da uygun, tekrar geldiğimde tercih edeceğim bir otel. Şikayetçi olabileceğim tek şey yatak olabilir, genel olarak değerlendirirsem mükemmel olmasa da çok iyiydi diyebilirim.

Fiyat ve kalite dengesi iyi. İyi seçim.

Resepsiyon kalabalık olduğu için sanırım tam bir güleryüz göremedim ama ne olursa olsun her Misafiri hoşgörü ile karşılamak gerekir. Bunun yanında son dakika Hotels Com’dan rezervasyon yapınca 3. Ek yatağınızı tüm sıkıntılara rağmen temiz ve düzenli olarak verdiler. Temiz belki de lekesiz ayak havlusu ve ekstra yastık söylemiştik gelmedi. Çok dolu olmalarında ve 1 gecelik konaklama diye üzerinde durmadık.Çekmece içleri tam temizlenmemiş. Bence tüm odalardakilere baksınlar. Konumu arabalı iseniz güzel. Kahvaltısı çeşitli ve lezzetli. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Eğer amacınız dinlenmek veya uyumak ise yanlış adrestesiniz çünkü burası tam bir pavyon gibi gürültülü. İki aile geldiğimiz otelde bir aileyi başka bir kata bizi ise 6. Kata gönderen o resepsiyondaki sivrizeka arkadaşıda ayrıca kutluyorum. 6. Katta bir odanız var ise gece bire kadar uyuyamazsınız bilin.Resmen davul çalıyorlar. Ayrıca odaların izolasyonı leş. Yan odayı şikayet etmek zorunda kaldık. Kahvaltı döküntü resmen. Hele o spa görevlisi havlu vermemek için müşteriye ters yapıyor. Odanızdan havlunuzu getirin diyor adam! Biz otelden farklı ayrı bir işletmeyiz diyor.
