The room is really hot, even during the winter. And the AC doesn’t have the cooling option available unless you ask. Luckily the attendant at the front desk was able to get a technician who fixed that issue for me. The laundry services is hard to ask for especially when you don’t speak Turkish and also very pricey. Otherwise the hotel is great, good location, services, and access to many nice bars and restaurants that are open till midnight.

Stay was not very nice. We had two incidents. First the Internet was very slow and gets disconnected very often. When we complained to receptionist. He said he can't do anything . I told him if you can't help us than who can. He said I don't know. I told him that I would put bad review for the hotel online. He said you can go ahead and do it ...
Secondly. We order room service for my daughter. Dish was 85TL. We gave him 200TL. He took the money and went did not give us back the change nor the bill.. we had to call the room service and get our change back... Very surprised with staff bad attitude...

Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlüydü. Verilen hizmetten ve konumdan çok memnun kaldık. Fakat havalandırma sistemi yetersiz kaldığını düşünüyoruz ki odamızın içi akşam saatlerinde kızartma kokuyordu. Oda duvarlarının ince olması yan odalardan sesi geçirmesi rahatsız ediciydi.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Dreckiges und gepflegtes Hotel. Im Gym lag überall Müll und leere Flaschen herum - richtig ekelig. Es gab kein Licht und die die Laufbänder liefen nicht. Obwohl ich freien Zutritt hatte wollte die Rezeption Mitarbeiter dass ich für den Strom extra bezahle......ohne Worte. Die Zimmer und das Frühstück waren Durchschnitt.

Eskişehir'de konaklama yapmak isteyenler için güzel bir otel. Konaklama yaptığımız oda geniş ve ferah. Otelin kendine ait otoparkı olmadığı için hemen karşısında anlaşmalı olduğu otopark var ve aracınızı buraya koymanız gerekiyor. Aksi halde aracınızı koyabileceğiniz park yeri sıkıntısı var. Kaldığımız odanın temizliği fena değildi. Otopark problemi hariç genel olarak güzel bir otel.

Araba için otel girişinin karşısındaki kapalı otopark kullanılıyor ve otelden indirim kuponu alarak indirim sağlanıyor (kolay). Giriş ve karşılama için yardımcı olan Furkan Bey'e teşekkür ederiz. Otel bünyesindeki pastane ve restoran çok başaralı. Kahvaltı yeterli, açık büfe olarak otelin terasında veriliyor. Şaşırdığımız tek ayrıntı; alışılmış buklet malzemeleri yerine duvara asılı olarak kullanabildiğiniz şampuan ve sabun.

Otel girişinden itibaren sizi büyülüyor. Resepsiyondaki herkes her konuda size yardımcı oluyor. Oda servisinden sipariş verdiğimde kocaman bir tabak meyve ikramı da oldu. Çarşaf rengi uzun süre kullanımdan birazcık sarıya dönüştü, yerine yenileri alınabilir. Onun dışında bi eksiği yok, fazlası var diyebilirim.

Banyo kapısı zor kapanıyordu yere sürtüyordu. Wi-Fi düzgün çalışmıyordu çok yavaştı ve netflix gibi siteleri açmıyordu yani kullanılmıyordu. Boşuna Mac taşımış olduk bi iki bölüm dizi izleriz sanıp. Yüksek puan vermemiz için kahvaltıda ve resepsiyonda ayrı ayrı ısrar etmeleri de biraz rahatsız etti.
