The rooms were great — we loved the design and the view. They were spacious and very clean. The outdoor (salt) pool was fantastic. The kids’ playground, however, was a bit disappointing. There were two staff members there, but they weren’t really engaging or playing with the children — it would be nice if they were more involved.
Dinner and breakfast were delicious, so thanks to the chefs! During the day, there were some gaps when it was hard to find snacks (except at the café). The café is a good option, but after all, we came for the hotel service and some extraordinary tastes.
The massage service seemed a bit overpriced compared to similar hotels, so we didn’t try it this time. There was an ATV tour nearby, which was a nice activity, although the vehicles could be in better condition.
Overall, we were pleased with our stay — thank you for the good service!

1. Parking lot was not well designed. No visible signs in parking lot to find empty places to stop the car, and no visible sign in the parking lot to find the access way to the elevator or to the lobby or to the rooms.
No personnel was seen in the parking lot to assist the new comer.
No exit sign in the parking lot was seen.

2. Housekeeping was strange.
A) During the housekeeping time, they have collected used towels without replacing with new towels.
B) Also they have collected the tooth kit from the room without replacing.
Both mistakes in the same day!!

Almost everything good except the rooms are so noisy. Anybody talk in the corridor you can hear him easily in your room. I think the property need to be refurbish . most of the room are a little bit old anyway I like the hotel a lot.

Massive hotel with excellent amenities. Unfortunately it is not connected to outside world with public transportation . The hotel has no concierge to help out . However we were lucky with an employee Yekit who went out of his way to get us booking for transportation to Istanbul airport. We will redo it only if we rent a car at the same time.

The hotel is massive but nice. The food is very good.
Cons: the place is surrounded by beautiful nature but in the middle of nowhere. There is no public transportation close by to go to the city. There is no organized airport transportation. The hotel has no concierge!

ELITE World Grand Sapanca is a great hotel in the mountains & forest of Sapanca, some views on Sapanca Lake, Wooden Style exteriors. Free valet parking for guests, spacious lobby with high ceiling.

The resort has very clean rooms, very good balconies with 2 chairs, table, rack to dry swimming suites & lights for night. The bathrooms are big with wooden style interiors, coffee, water & cattle are provided with charged mini-bar, good TV & lot of charging sockets around the room, so many restaurants & coffee shops in the hotel, amazing Aqua Park with fun three slides, very good outdoor swimming pools for adults, kids & babies.

There are 3 swimming pools with very cool water temperature, very good Pool Bar to serve delicious Pizza, Burgers & Pastas while swimming, they serve soft-drinks & ice-cream as well. There is Arcade, Gaming & Bawling Rooms in 2nd floor (some games with fees). There are outdoor play-areas for little kids by the hotel entrance. Nearby Coffee Company cafe, connected to the lobby, offers delicious deserts & sweet. At night so many live music are running in every corner (Resort Lobby & Restaurants). Very Good hotel for family vacation, leisure & holidays.

Don't do it, looks good but is not worth it.

What a beautiful setting, and that was all that was good.
Overpriced for a small room, blood stained curtains and pillow case. Looks like the contractors threw this property together overnight, broken tiles, stained carpet in hallway, grout still smeared on walls, paint dripped and splattered on wood work.
There buffet was horrible, impressive to start with but all hot items where cold, sausages, eggplant.
Room service was just as bad, never got even the simplest orders right, and my wife speaks Turkish.
A couple of staff where attentive, others appeared lost.
Not much more to say except , give them a year or two to get there act together . The property needs someone in charge, or someone to train the staff , and have quality checks.
I was so impressed by the Executive chef sitting in dining room when so much was wrong in his kitchen.
Also was supposed to have a room with a queen bed, ended up with 2 doubles after waiting 2.5 hours after check in time. BTW thanks for the single cup of tea while we waited, so very genereous.

Otel tesis olarak çok güzel. Elite restaurant yemekler başarılı. Çalışanlar genel olarak çok genç ancak her konuda yardımcı olmak için çaba sarfediyor.

Oğlen servisinde Grill Restaurant’ta servis, temizlik ve yemek lezzeti konusunda memnun kalamadık. Masa ve masa etrafı temizliğine özen gösterilmeli.

Aksam servisinde Kasım Bey’e, Pazarlama müdürü Kadir Bey’e ilgilerinden dolayı ekstra teşekkürler.

Great for families with small children. Slides at the kids pool is amazing for our 6 year old boy, he loved it! Staff is very helpful and friendly. Food is great too!
THe only reason I'm not giving 10 is because we had issues with the shower and pillows in our room. Otherwise it's a 10/10 experience.

Fruit juice at breakfast extra money.
At dinner, After 1st drink the drinks are extra money. Fast Internet extra money. Free Internet is slow and useless.
Room service is slow. They brought water to our room only when we asked for it and it took 1 hour.
The service is slow at the grill bar.
The heated pool is dirty.
The main pool is small.
I wouldn’t go there again. Never.

Overall had a great stay. Hotel is fairly new in a great location overlooking lake and forest views. Facilities were excellent including state of the art gym, 2 indoor pools and a great Turkish Hamam and sauna/spa facilities. Would definitely come back.

3 kisilik odalarda 3. kisiye aynı konfor sağlanacağı söylenmesine rağmen odaya girdiğimizde oda 2 kişilik olarak hazırlanmıştı ve 3. Kişi için koltukta yatması teklif edildi. Uzun uğraşlar sonrası katlanan yataklardan getirdiler ve rahatsızdı. 3 kişilik oda temin edilmedi. Kahvaltı/akşam yemeği vasatın altında kötüydü.Ocakbasi grill restoranın lezzet kalitesi normaldi fakat o da ekstra ücretli. Limonlu soda içinde limon çekirdekleriyle müşteriye sunuluyor. En salaş yerde bile karşılaşmadığımız kadar baştan savma bir hizmet söz konusu. Aşırı ve rahatsız edici bir şekilde kalabalık, asla hiçbir aktivitede yer bulunmuyor. Spa için aynı günde hizmet alamıyorsunuz onceden rez yaptırılması gerekiyor. Outdoor aktiviteleri vs hep ertesi güne yönlendiriyorlar eğer 1 günlüğüne geliyorsanız hiç şansınız yok. Kahvaltı/akşam yemeği için açık alanda yeme opsiyonu yok, kapalı alanda covid riskiyle yemek zorunda bırakılıyorsunuz. Kimse maske ve sosyal mesafe kurallarına uymuyor. Kaç bin kişilik kapasitesi olan otelin bonfire alanında sadece 20-30 kişinin oturabileceği yer var ve ücret karşılığında içmek istediğiniz sıcak şarabı bile içemiyorsunuz, tükendi deniyor yenisi yapılmıyor. Aldığı parayı haketmeyen bir işletme. Halkla ilişkiler sıfır. Aradığınızda santrale bile ulaşımıyor, sadece hayal kırıklığı.

Very nice location on top of hill, clean, kind staff specially I should thank mr.Gohkan manager of reception for helping us in quarantine time. Big enough swimming pool. Yummy food and luxury hotel. Just the music they played from morning till night, distracted my relaxing time. Very good for walking. Nice view gym.

Great Hotel in a Great Location.

The hotel is brand new. Huge and spacious lobby. Our room was spacious, so was the bathroom/restroom. The furniture was modern and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and large. It was clean. Our room had a balcony and a great view of forest. The hotel is literally in the middle of a forest. Hence a lot of fresh air. The staff was helpful, kind and attentive. The food was great, one of the richest menu I can remember in any hotel I stayed in Turkey or elsewhere in the world.
My wife and I had a great night and will definitely come again.

Look, a very nice hotel, like staying at a Hilton, its only four months old and there are going to be faults which will be fixed. Firstly the paths to the lake are still being built and the track around the hotel, but by summer it will be fine. The food is very good and the rooms great, the deluxe biologic is basically the same as the courtyard room but it looks on to a large pond, not lake, still decent but it not worth the extra money. Great place to relax and spend time away from congestion and noise. from my experience of booking after the end of the peak tourist season, the resort is almost free of tourists during working days and thrives on weekends and so meals will not be an open buffet, only on the weekend where there are many of the tourists, and the rest of the days are on the menu. The resort is more than my expectation formed by searching the Internet, perhaps the resort is not high level of luxury, but it is characterized by simplicity and harmony of furniture, designs, and colors evoke self-joy and comfort, especially in the evening dinner outdoors with views of the artificial lake that is decorated with lighting Brilliant.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern und recht geräumig. Die Minibar ist extra - für das Geld, was man zahlt, ist es schon recht teuer. Daher haben wir es nicht in Anspruch genommen. 2 Ocak gecesi konaklamak için otele giriş yaptık. Personel ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. İlk odamızda televizyon kırılmıştı. Değiştirmelerini rica ettik değiştiği halde düzelmedi bu yüzden odamızı değiştirdiler. Odalar oldukça geniş ve temizdi. Yemekler çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. En çok tuz lagününü sevdik. Fakat buraya giden yol biraz daha sıcak tutulabilir diye düşündük. Bir termal otel değil tabi ki ama kapalı havuzların da biraz daha sıcak olmasını tercih ederdim. Bali masajı denedik. Biraz daha etkili bir masaj istediğimiz için onu önermişlerdi ama bize biraz hafif geldi ve biraz yüksek ücretliydi. Bunlar dışında gayet keyifli bir 2 gün geçirip evimize döndük. Teşekkür ederiz

Kahve makinalarında süt bittiğinde hemen tedarik edilmemesi. Bowling salonu arızalıydı kullanamadık maalesef.

Hafta sonları aşırı bir kalabalık var, kahvaltıda oturacak yer bile bulamıyorsunuz. Çay ünitesinin önünde bile yarım saatlik kuyruk var. Tuvaletlerde sabun bile kalmamış oluyor. Aşırı kalabalık sebebi ile otelin hiç bir yerinde 5 yıldız hizmet almanız mümkün değil. Havuzlar bu kadar kalalığı ağırlamak için yetersiz. Çocuklu misafirler çoğunlukta ve sadece tek bir havuzu kullanmalarına müsade var. O havuzun kenarında da dışarıdaki suyu havuzun içerisine süpüren personeller var? 5 yıldız arayanlara tavsiye etmem.
