Check-in was fast. Our room was very outdated, wallpaper peeling off, cracked bathroom tiles. However, the room seemed pretty clean. The heat worked too good and we had to change over to AC because we felt like a sauna even after turning the heat down. The toilet ran randomly throughout the night. In the morning, another room must've turned on their shower and it made a loud cranking sound in our room. Very strange. This was a decent motel room and the price was reasonable for that. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast. We just needed an inexpensive place to sleep near Foxwoods due to an event we were attending. This was good for that purpose.

The house was very nice and organized . Everything was clean , the kitchen was nice, all bedrooms were clean we had an amazing time was there with my children. Family of 7 , this was the first time I decided doing an Airbnb. Was a nice experience . Definitely recommend this place .

We booked a suite which according to definition consists of “typically” more than one room connected such as separate living area and bedroom. This suite consisted of a bedroom and a bathroom with the shower being super small. Most hotel rinks have a bureau to put your clothes away- this one didn’t. Check-in was awkward. Young girl was training and the person who was training her was rude to her in front of us. Again super awkward. Huge potholes in driveway and parking lot. Definitely NOT WORTH the $$ we paid. Very fortunate to have met an onboard Amtrak traveler to New London whereby we ride shared an Uber known to the traveler. The Uber driver became my shuttle throughout our venture. The shuttle from the inn to Foxwoods casino is only available Friday & Saturday.

Being in the industry a happy guest looking to stay should be offered as close to the rate they paid originally as possible. I realized we wanted to extend Saturday night but clearly 3 nights should account for something especially the day of when you aren’t full. I would stay again just not on a Saturday.

First we witnessed the woman at the front desk being rude to many guest on different occasions, when they let her know that the room keys were not working she insisted that they do.
The beds appear to bed old and we could feel springs in the mattress the pillows were like couch pillows not very comfortable at all. The “deluxe” continental breakfast consists of bagels and waffles.

They provided towels and toiletries and the room even has a fridge There's a continental breakfast that's just full of carbs, no protein whatsoever, but there's coffee and tea...So there's that. One strange thing, though they came in to straighten up the room, you know, make the beds and give us new towels, and they only made up one bed and left the other 1 unmade. I didn't understand that, but whatever it was weird. It's actually not a bad stay. And if I'm going to foxwoods again or staying in that area, I definitely would stay there again.

Valentine’s Day weekend: We walked into the lobby and the eveing staff was very frustrated. A blonde woman behind the counter really hated her job that day. She handled another guest so rudely and then came to me and tood me she needed a drink. Check in was quick and easy, then she asked me if i knew where my room was. I told her it was my first time at the establishment. She asked me to follow her and got frustrated when i took to long gather my things. The room.was ok, a bit dated but not horrible. They were clean. We did have trouble with our tv. Almost every channel had trouble getting a clear picture. Lots of buffering. There are no elevators. The soda machine ate my money. Our keycards stop working outlr 2nd day. Pros: daytime staff was much happier and friendly. Decent complimentary breakfast. Easy check out process.

First of all, we got a great deal for two rooms so I can’t complain about the price. The rooms were OK a little tacky it’s OK they’re clean. Check in was super quick. My issue lies with gaining access to our room. Because of the cold weather, the key cards did not work very well. We were stuck out in the cold for 5-7 minutes while continuously trying to activate the door via the key card. We were warned there would be an issue but if that is a reoccurring condition, maybe key cards should not be the only way to gain access to rooms.

Evening front desk worker was very impersonable, and not helpful. When asked a question would get a one word attitude of a response. Asked for a late check out for the next day and before i could finish speaking, got cutoff and told “no”. Mind you the hotel was not fully booked or busy.
