I recently stayed at Komagane Kogen Resort Linx, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in quick and seamless.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The view from the window was stunning, adding to the relaxing atmosphere.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the hot spring. The onsen was well-maintained, with crystal-clear, soothing water at the perfect temperature. The serene setting made it the ideal place to unwind after a long day. There were both indoor and outdoor options, allowing me to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while soaking in the warm, mineral-rich water.

Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and well-prepared dishes. The overall service was top-notch, and every staff member I encountered was polite and eager to help.

If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with comfortable accommodations and an amazing hot spring experience, I highly recommend Komagane Kogen Resort Linx. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Everything else was excellent except its bathroom, rather small and its floor is slanted for water flow. The room came with the great view of mountains of Komagatake. Within walking distance to various attractions including famous Kozenji temple. The only reason I gave the rating of 4 is because of its bathroom.

A bit overpriced for what it offers

We recently stayed one night at this resort. We received good service and the hotel is nice. The day we checked out there was a wedding at the grounds so the hotel was full the night before. This impacted my experience with parking and the use of onsen, since a lot of people made me long for some privacy. The mattresses were a bit hard, as was the case with other Japanese hotels. Also, not enough electrical outlets in the rooms. Dinner at the restaurant is buffet style and around 6,000/person which we found was a bit steep. Breakfast was buffet style and offered both western and Japanese meals. Quality was average.

A nice resort

A good resort nestles among the mountains with a pond nearby. A very relaxing hotel with a bit aged but comfortable enough room. The hot spring facility is top notch and the buffet at the restaurant is good too.

一都

山の中にあるホテルでスキーを近くのゲレンデでするために利用させていただきました。人には教えたくないくらい素晴らしい滞在でした。具体的には周りのアルプスが綺麗で夜も星空が綺麗でした。温泉も露天風呂があり最高の湯加減で日頃の仕事の疲れを洗い流す事ができました。また夕食はバイキングだったのですが、想像超えたシェフのこだわりの料理をいただくことができました。駐車場にはEVスタンドもあり利用させていただきありがたかったです。料金もほんと？というぐらいな料金設定で大満足でした。

自然探訪の行事参加がお勧め

駒ヶ岳は見えませんでしたが、周辺の山に朝日があたり、南アルプスの影か変化が一様でなく、趣ある日の出でした。
　朝食は十分な品質と量で楽しめます。自然探訪の行事としてムササビと星空があります。ホテルの直ぐ横でムササビの飛行を見られました。案内の人は素晴らしく、自然保護に情熱のある方でした。
　ホテルに車を停めて、真前のバス停から、自家用車乗り入れ禁止の千畳敷カール、駒ヶ岳まだ行けます。

5回目のリピートです。高原の中にあるホテルでロケーションは最高です。特に紅葉の時期はとても景色が素晴らしい。
夕食のバイキングのレベルはかなり高いです。
ムササビを見たり、星空の散歩ツアーなど楽しめるイベントもあります。スタッフさんの接客もとてもよいです。

眺めがいい窓

部屋から見える山の景色はとても綺麗でいい部屋だった。料理もブュッフェ式ですが大変美味しく朝、夜満足でした。ただ大浴場は湯船に浮かんだ虫やゴミを定期的に取った方いいです。２日とも気になりました。せっかくの露天風呂と大浴場がもったいなく残念でした。

素晴らしい環境で、最高のサービス

スタッフの対応、清潔さ、落ち着いた雰囲気があり、海外からのお客様も多いが、騒がしくなく、ビッフェも美味しく、快適に過ごす事が出来ました。小さな3か月の子どもにも、食事中寝かせられる場所を作って頂き、配慮してもらいました。

ロケーションと雰囲気がとてもよいです。まさにリゾートです。何よりもバイキングが最高に美味しい。今回2泊しましたが、定番メニュー以外は二日間とも違っていて楽しめました。

全体的には満足

全体的に高評価です。
ビュッフェについても料金に見合うだけの対価はあると思います。（とはいえホテル料金ではありますが。）
サービスについてもビジネスホテル程度の期待値だったので特に不満はないのですが、3日間の滞在中に二組の常連（もしくは上位ルーム宿泊）のチェックイン/アウトに遭遇し、スタッフの対応及びその対応にかける人数のあまりの違いに格差を感じました。
ホテル側からすれば常連に対して違いを感じさせるのがホスピタリティ経営の最適解だとは思うのでなんとも言えません…
立地は千畳敷カールに向かう人にとってはかなりよいロケーションです。
バスの乗り場が菅の台バスセンターの一つ手前なので、行列に並ばずに済みます。
臨時バスは菅の台バスセンター止まりや始発だったりしますが歩いて10分もかからないのでその場の判断で臨機応変に対応できます。

温泉が気に入りました

静かな立地でアクセスも良く好印象です。

マイナス面は、空調が各部屋でコントロールできず、風呂のシャワーカーテンが少し匂う、部屋が裏側だったので眺望は全くなかった事です。

立地以外で良かったのは、温泉の雰囲気がとても良かったです、曜日的に客が少なく暗い雰囲気の大浴場を独り占めできて映画の一場面のようでした。

初秋の高原の夜を堪能

高原の雰囲気の中で、ウェディング施設もあり格式を感じるとても素敵なホテルでした。バイキングですが料理も一流。ワインにとても詳しいウエイターさんのお勧めの地元産赤ワインでディナーを堪能しました。宿泊代金もリーズナブルで大満足。また訪れたいホテルです。

スタッフの方は親切で丁寧な接客をしていただいたが、設備は古く、インターネットの接続は不安定で遅かった。
自分が泊まった部屋は、正面入り口の上にある部屋だったので、駐車場がよく見えて決して良い景色とは言えなかった。
夕朝食のブッフェはいろいろな種類があり美味しくいただけました。

天気の都合で当日予約をしましたがスムーズに宿泊できてありがたかったです。
翌日は登山したのですが下山まで車を置くことができて助かりました。
ただ部屋が暗いのが何かと不便でした。

金額相応かと思いますが、朝４時ころから隣の部屋の音が響いてきたので気になっておきました。
洗面室に髪の毛が少し落ちていて掃除が不足かと思います。壁紙も傷んでるところを補修してあるとよかった。
また、室内の電気スタンド２つがつかず、薄暗かったのが謎。
良かった点は、喫煙室で予約していたところ入室後気になってお願いしたら禁煙の部屋に変えていただけました。あとはロケーションがよかった。
スタッフさんの接客態度も結構よかったです。

こじんまりしていて良かったです。

環境も良くのんびりするには大変良い。
夕食はバイキングでしたが大変おいしく質量ともに満足できました。朝食も同じく良かったです。
スタッフの対応も非常に良かったです。
部屋に水のサービスがなく、それから風呂に行く際の袋がなく困りました。1階に貴重品ボックスが有り安心でした。

山の中でした。

朝食と夕食付きのプランを選択しました。夕食はビュッフェ方式で、牛ひれ肉のステーキを目の前で焼いていましたし、アップル豚の塩釜焼のスライスも。どれも美味しくいただきました。希望をいえば地場野菜のサラダとか、そういったものが欲しかったですね。部屋は山側でしたが、夜になると本当に真っ暗で、それが結構新鮮でした。朝食はオムレツを焼いていて温かいものがいただくことが出来ました。お風呂はお湯がそれほど熱くなかったのでゆっくりと浸かることが出来ました。露天風呂も森に囲まれている雰囲気が良かったです。ただ、建物が年季が入っているため、部屋のコンセントが少ないのでスマホの充電で苦労しました。タップを借りられるといいかもしれません。枕元にないので少し不便かな。
