We had a wonderful location right on the beachfront, and our room with a sea view and direct access to the beach was truly lovely. The breakfast was also good and offered a nice selection.

There are, however, some areas that could be improved. We found the cleaning to be below expectations during our stay. In addition, both we and a few other guests experienced stomach issues. Of course, we cannot say for certain what caused this, but we felt it was worth mentioning so the hotel can review its routines if needed.

Overall, we appreciated the beautiful setting and hope the hotel continues to develop and improve.

Super fint läge precis vid vattnet och många restauranger att välja på. Fanns nära till lite shopping. Rummet var okej men fanns lite fläckar på sängkläderna och vattnet tog lång tid på sig att rinna ner i brunnen o samma med toaletten men man sover trotts allt bara där så de funkade absolut för oss. Poolen var inte speciellt städat mycket smuts men skönt att man hade nära till stranden o bada där. Frukosten var bra. Servicen vad de som vi upplevde som minst bra tyvärr, vi fick ingen info angående frukost tider, städning eller att man skulle hämta vatten o toalettpapper själv. Alltså slutsats att de inte var så hjälpsamma men annars är vi super nöjda o super fint o fått se koh chang

We stayed in Apple twice last year in a family seafront room and it was excellent.This year although the room had been repainted everything seemed much more run down.Bedding was clean but looking old.However the staff are all very friendly and helpful.Not very fond of the cockroaches in the bathroom.

We paid aroung 100 a night for an icean view. Everything was old. The bed linens, the towels, the room, the patio,...everything needed an update. we stayed 2 nights. There were 1 other group then us. i think we were the only guests in the hotel one night. Our room included breakfast, which was never offered and if it was, who knows how fresh the food was. I understand that it is low season, but there are no excuses for how this place looked. The deck chairs were filthy and sweeping the sand off of the deck would be nice. There was a resort a few doors down that was completly empty, but it looked great and tidy and they even swept the beach.
But i wanted a room \"ON THE BEACH\", and i got that. Apple has some very affordable rooms, and i get it, but a little pride in appearance would go a long way.

I chose to stay here for 3 nights but it ruined my vacation. The rooms was not well maintained. The bathroom drain was clogged. Staff's children play in the pool everyday. Staffs gathering, drinking and smoking by the pool in the evening every night.

The staff is so Not service minded, they are almost rude some times (except for to guy in blue shirt running the place and the cleaning guys, they are kind and good. Same with the lady’s who works in the massage area). The staff also have kids running around and screaming half of the night and early mornings… worst coffe I ever had in breakfast. Breakfast not worth 100 bath.

The staff is really not service-minded, almost ”rude” sometimes and talking bad or no English from Cambodia. The bed is ok with Thai-standard (hard but not the worst I’ve slept in, the rooms are very loudly (paper walls), breakfast was nothing I would recommend with probably the worst coffee in Thailand. You need to ask them to ”clean” the rooms but they are understaffed so it can take up to a hole day to get the room cleaned. The location is good, pool okey but cold.

Beautiful place on the beach the manager was fantastic and always so kind and willing to help you with anything. They arranged tours very well and travelling to and from the property, my little bungalow in front of the beach was just fabulous. They do have a pool it’s not open yet they’re working on it but it’s a beautiful pool when it’s down it will be fantastic.

We booked Apple Beach Resort last minute as part of our trip to the Bangkok area . The resort looks great online and actually it is ok although a bit run down . The room was not very clean either was the bedding , we had to request that this was sorted out and it was without argument. The room was very basic but for the price we paid acceptable . The place is no thrills basic and a bit run down in a lovely location right in the middle of the white sands area .

We spent 5 nights at Apple Beachftont resort. Loved the location, pool, beach and the restaurant. Highly recommend the massages there too. The food in the restaurant and the bbq in the evening were all fantastic. The included breakfast, however, was not. No way for any food to be kept warm so everything just sitting on a table like a sad potluck:( and every single day the same. Needs improvement.
All workers at the resort were friendly and helpful. We booked a poolside deluxe room - def wasn’t deluxe. Asked about it and they assured me it was deluxe. Didn’t detract from our stay. Would definitely return

Positives: a lovely location. Quite busy and at times quite a bit of noise, but the resort is right on the beach,which was pretty peaceful and very clean. The water is clear, calm and warm. There are plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The resort restaurant - we only tried the Thai food but everything we tried was good. Not bad value considering the location. The pool is lovely - shaded and small so safe for kids. We booked 2 family rooms. These turned out to be on the 2nd floor, which was fine for us, but those with young kids might not have felt it was very safe. The rooms were spacious, light and clean, with 2 very comfortable king sized beds in each room. The staff clearly worked hard and were reasonably friendly and polite.

Negatives: one shower was too cold and the other too hot - staff told us that they had already contacted someone about it but they weren't free to fix it at the moment. We stayed for a week and the owners think it's ok to leave families without a comfortable shower? Our sink barely drained. When we had our room cleaned and we were given only 2 towels per room (for 4-person rooms) we were told \"the towels have run out\". When ordering fresh fish from the display at the restaurant, staff didn't know what half of the fish were, or what they taste like. Overall we felt that the owners didn't care much about renovations or customer service, leaving their staff to run it without support.

In short: lovely, but a bit run down and overpriced.

Hard to find, signage on the side of the building coming down the alley is faded and tough to see from a distance. The pool was very good the first few days but rather murky the third, I suspect that the chemicals were not balanced. Nice à la carte breakfast. We were supposed to have a “deluxe poolside” room, nothing too deluxe about it. Great beach access from the restaurant, decent beach furniture. Overall a good budget stay for the price we paid.

The hotel is right on the beach. Many restaurants around, including hotel's own. The road on the other side of the hotel has a lot of street food stalls. The rooms are just basic and bathrooms are very small. If you want to spend a lot of time in the comfort of the room, this hotel will not suit you. Another problem is parking. The parking can accommodate around six cars, but every time one car is to be moved, at least two other cars will have to be moved as well. So the staff phones you when somebody wants to take out his or her car. This happened to me thrice in just one day. But maybe you can leave the car outside in a public parking, around 100-150 m away. Staff was very helpful, though it looked under staffed.

Great place to unwind and relax right on the beach front swim on the beach or in the pool, food and drinks are reasonably priced. Just a few minutes walk to the main road is where the street food comes alive between 5pm and 10pm, come dusk the restaurant setting and soft music arranged on the sands creates a pleasing and romantic feeling especially with all the fresh fish display ready to be cooked specially for you.
Just a bit on the downside, i have to admit that the hotel main road hand written signage seriously needs replacement with a professional painted one inorder to locate the hotel without difficulty and the so called reception and rooms do need a bit of an upgrade especially the tattered towels. Be prepared to roll your suitcase and carry your bags a good 100 meters from the main road to the Hotel as the shuttle drops you off on the main road owing to the narrow internal roads leading to the hotel, apart from this yes, i would visit again

The place is well located on the beach. However, it’s a place for families with lots of ADHD children running unattended and loud. The staff doesn’t do a thing. It’s not a place to relax. And not a place to swim either. The price is ok, however the included breakfast is poor and very basic. My room wasn’t cleaned at all and towel were not replaced.

i will not be back!!!! for sure..

i was there for 4 nights and not once did they asked if i needed new towels or to clean my room,they just pretty much ignored me,i wonder why?i think i was the only guest there during my stay being low season and all,my room was so-so,had a slight problem with flushing the toilet,you can tell something was loose somewhere,you can't seem to find anyone for any help and even if you did they have no clue what you're saying or maybe they're just playing dumb,i had one bad night's sleep because they put a dog in a room just beside mine and he was making so much noise trying to get out,i didn't know where that sounds was coming from until i did some investigating the next morning and freed the poor soul in return for a face wash,it is indeed a beachfront property but you can get something better for just a little bit more,the doors to my room was really shabby,you can't really lock it properly so your personal belongings are always at risk when you're out exploring the island,so security is pretty much out as well,i can go on and on about this place but i see no point in that so you get my drift,i will not recommend this joint to anyone unless i dislike them,hehe..

Rooms were not as advertised. We were stuck in a corner with no view, no balcony and no wifi. Hated this hotel. It was expensive and the owner admitted that the room pictures on hotels.com were not the same as the rooms we had booked. They refused to move us to better rooms and only gave us a tiny refund even though we booked two rooms for 4 nights. I will never stay here again and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

You could not get a better location on White Sand beach than this. Central and right on the beach.
The rooms are basic but everything works ok including the shower, aircon, comfy bed,TV, fridge. No 'frippery' here just the basics, a small seating area outside the room overlooking the small pool. No kettle, no security boxes, no beach towels, no breakfast included, free water on arrival but no more, no umbrellas in the room (ask at reception), no cleaning unless you ask.
Definitely a budget resort.
Really helpful manager, very nice person.

The hotel is next to a field where they keep fighting cocks. They start going off at 4:30am and continue until the sun goes down. We had to change hotels half way through the stay. Even if you like to wake up at 4:30am, you still have to deal with shower water pressure - it comes out at a trickle. They have a problem with mosquitoes.

Good stay, 3 rooms for party of 5 for two nights. Location great - at the beach. Nice pool, staff friendly, service OK, food good, internet fast but only working in the mornings. Beach, excellent at this location, soft white sand, no rocks etc.

From day 1 we have had a strong sewage smell from the toilet. It started with 2 cochroaches in there with is ok in a tropical country but when later in the afternoon there were 5-6 new cockroaches in the toilet every time the door was opened and we killed a total of about 25 cockroaches in one evening it cannot be considered a 3 star hotel. There is no wardrobe or shelf to put suitcases on which meant that they also crawled into our clothes. We contacted the staff who came into the room, jokingly picked up one of the live ones from the floor and held it up to us as if this would be funny. We asked to change rooms and were told that they could look at it tomorrow. for us there was no alternative to stay on a few square meters of floor space with 20 new cockroaches every hour the desire made us take our bags and check into another hotel. at 10:30 pm in the evening.belieivDanielsson

Huone ei vastannut lainkaan kuvattua. Varaamassamme huoneessa ”mountain view” ei ollut ikkunaa, ilma oli tunkkainen ja muovimatto lattiassa kupruillut. Huonetta ei oltu siivottu ainakaan kovin perusteellisesti. Saimme pitkän väännön jälkeen vaihdettua huoneen parempaan, joka oli aivan välttävä.
